Abstract

The Role of the Movement Teacher In Realizing Profile Of Pancasila In School. In the current era, there are four major challenges in the world of education, including problems related to the noble values and morals of the nation; the need for maturity to become a citizen; support the realization of social justice and the creation of 21st century competence. To face these challenges, the government established a Teacher Motivator program to launch the Pancasila Student Profile. The goal of this research was to uncovered the role of the teacher in the development of students’ profiles at Pancasila in order to realized resilience in character education in the twenty-first century so that Indonesians could compete globally. What were the rights and responsibilities of a teacher-mover in carrying out the process of education to strengthened the profile of students in Pancasila. What importance should the master drive had in realizing the resilience of character education in the twenty-first century. This was a normative study; the research phase of the study of literature and the deductive analysis. The conceptual approach and the legislative approach were two types of research approaches used by researchers. Researchers conducted research on what the role of the teacher was in the effort to strengthened the profile of Pancasila students on the students as an effort to resilience character education in the twenty-first century. Researchers were also employing the literature method and interview with teacher. . The results of this study were the Master Drive had an important role in shaping the resilience of the character of their students. Such a role, which was to became the leader of learning that encourages the well- being ecosystem education in schools, moving the learning community (to the practitioner community) for co-teachers in the school and in its territory, becoming a teacher practice (coach) for his other teacher related to the development of learning in schools, Open space discussions and positive space of collaboration between teachers and stakeholders in and outside of school to improved the quality of learning, and encourage the improvement of students ‘ leadership in school.

Abstract

This type of research is research and development. The development model in this research is the 4-D model which consists of four development stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The test subjects of this module were seventh grade students of MTs Al Khairaat Tavanjuka. This research was limited to MTs that have used the revised edition of the 2013 curriculum. The school is MTs Alkhairaat Tavanjuka. The data obtained from the trial were in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. The instruments used to collect data were validated by experts who understood them first. The instruments used consisted of interview sheets, student analysis questionnaires, curriculum analysis questionnaires, concept analysis questionnaires, product validation sheets, e-module practicality sheets, student activity observation sheets, writing performance tests, writing performance test assessment rubrics, and e-module distribution questionnaires. The e-module development process that has been carried out includes four stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The development process produced a product in the form of e-modules for learning to write inquiry learning-based observation report texts that are valid, practical, and effective. The feasibility aspects of content, language, presentation, and graphics can be reviewed from the validity of this learning e-module with an e-module validity value of 94.62 with a very valid category.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population in the world, is half female. The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia provides equal space for men and women in education. However, the principle of gender equality in Islam is sometimes ignored, and unfair treatment is legitimised by interpretations of religious texts. In fact, leadership in Islam does not distinguish between men and women; however, in the pesantren environment, female leaders are still considered taboo by the local community. The symbol of gender segregation in pesantren is manifested in the strict segregation between male and female santri. Male dormitories are often placed more prominently, while female dormitories are often placed at the back and closed. The leadership of pesantren is generally male, which affects the management of education and the division of roles in it. Women are considered to have a role in the domestic sphere and do not have the same role as men in the public sphere. In addition, the leadership of pesantren tends to be passed down from generation to generation to sons, excluding daughters even though they have the same abilities. Female caregivers in pesantren are only considered as successors, while the power over leaders in pesantren is traditionally only owned by boys. These difficulties hinder women's leadership potential in the pesantren environment, resulting in a gap in the provision of rights and opportunities between men and women in the religious context.AbstrakIndonesia, yang memiliki populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia, separuhnya adalah perempuan. Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia memberikan ruang yang sama antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam dunia pendidikan. Namun, prinsip kesetaraan gender dalam Islam terkadang diabaikan, dan perlakuan tidak adil dilegitimasi oleh penafsiran teks agama. Faktanya, kepemimpinan dalam Islam  tidak membedakan antara laki-laki dan perempuan; Namun di lingkungan pesantren, pemimpin perempuan masih dianggap tabu oleh masyarakat setempat. Simbol segregasi gender di pesantren diwujudkan dalam segregasi yang tegas antara santri laki-laki dan santri perempuan. Asrama laki-laki seringkali ditempatkan lebih menonjol, sedangkan asrama perempuan sering ditempatkan  di bagian belakang dan tertutup. Kepemimpinan pesantren pada umumnya adalah laki-laki, hal ini mempengaruhi pengelolaan pendidikan dan pembagian peran di dalamnya. Perempuan dianggap mempunyai peran di ranah domestik dan tidak mempunyai peran yang sama dengan laki-laki di ranah publik. Selain itu, kepemimpinan pesantren cenderung diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi kepada anak laki-laki, tidak termasuk anak perempuan meskipun mereka memiliki kemampuan yang sama. Pengasuh perempuan di pesantren hanya dianggap sebagai penerus, sedangkan kekuasaan atas pemimpin di pesantren secara tradisional hanya dimiliki oleh anak laki-laki. Kesulitan-kesulitan tersebut menghambat potensi kepemimpinan perempuan di lingkungan pesantren sehingga menimbulkan kesenjangan dalam pemberian hak dan kesempatan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam konteks agama..
