Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komputer sudah menjadi kebutuhan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari, baik di instansi swasta maupun pemerintahan, terutama dalam hal pelayanan kepada masyarakat, penggunaan teknologi informasi tentunya sangat menunjang kegiatan yang ada. Salah satu kegiatan di Badan Pusat Statistik adalah banyaknya surat masuk dan surat keluar, hal ini menyebabkan permasalahan dalam pengarsipan baik surat masuk maupun surat keluar, maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibuatlah sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis website. Mengingat arsip adalah segala bentuk rekaman kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh organisasi dan lembaga dalam berbagai bentuk, seperti dokumen, arsip dan sebagainya, maka keberadaannya perlu dipelihara dengan baik metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem filing adalah metode prototype, model ini mengambil pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Communication, Quick plan, Modeling Quick Design, Pembentukan Prototype dan Deployment Delivery & Feddback yang akan meliputi bagaimana konsep, perencanaan, analisis dan perancangan apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem yang akan dibangun. Selain itu menggunakan PHP & MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dengan framework codeigniter penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pengelolaan arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar yang dapat menyimpan surat secara digital dan memudahkan setiap divisi untuk mencari surat dan membantu staff dalam mengelola surat,petugas administrasi dapat menambah, mengedit, menghapus, dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, mencari berdasarkan nomor surat, subjek, pengirim, tujuan, dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian dengan mengakses aplikasi pemberkasan ini dengan user login yang tepat . Sistem pengarsipan surat yang telah dibangun dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pengolahan data arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar dengan cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

Rational Unified Process (RUP) as a development method in Decision Support System (DSS) is suitable for decision-making processes due to its possibility to show iterative and incremental processes in RUP. The decision-making process takes several phases, which are the intelligence phase, the design phase, the choice phase, and the implementation phase. In Decision Support System has many management models. Simple additive weighting (SAW), also known as the weighted summing method, is used as a management model in this paper. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The RUP Approach, which has an iterative and incremental nature, is expected to become a solution in a decision support system. The RUP project has four phases: inception, elaboration, construction, and transition to the software product. RUP divides software development into a number of "disciplines" that are iterations or phases. Each discipline has associated goals and outputs that are accomplished through planned activities. Complete documentation for every stage of development is also emphasized by RUP. The fundamental of RUP are architecturally based approaches, iterative and incremental development, object-oriented modeling, risk management, and a focus on software quality. Collaboration between the software development team and relevant stakeholders is also encouraged by this methodology.

Abstract

The Tegalwangi rattan industry, as one of the traditional industries with high cultural value, faces various challenges in the era of globalization. One proposed solution is the training in the use of rattan sales information systems to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of this industry. This Community Engagement aims to analyze the situation of the rattan industry in Tegalwangi, identify the challenges it faces, and design a community engagement approach to help address these issues. The training has brought significant benefits to rattan business operators in Tegalwangi. With the implementation of the Rattan Sales Information System, they can optimize the sales process, improve operational efficiency, and expand their market reach. This system also enables them to be more responsive to customer demands and needs. Additionally, training participants have gained a deeper understanding of information technology and how to apply it to their businesses. They have learned how to manage sales data more effectively, analyze sales trends, and make decisions based on accurate and up-to-date information. With this training, rattan business operators in Tegalwangi become more competitive in an increasingly competitive market. They can compete more effectively through the improvement of service quality and products, as well as adaptation to technological advancements.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the educational paradigm globally, presenting major challenges for educational institutions throughout the world. Cendikia Vocational High School (SMK) in Cirebon City is no exception. This research aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the situation at Cendikia Vocational School, Cirebon City during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially related to the implementation of Hybrid Learning Training (Darmin et al., 2022). In this analysis, we will explore partner locations and cases that have occurred, social and cultural aspects that influence education, specific problems faced, methods or approaches used in community service, and the implications of the results of this service. The results of community service, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the education sector to adapt and evolve quickly. One significant response was the introduction of a hybrid learning system at Cendikia Vocational School, Cirebon City. By combining online and face-to-face learning, this approach allows students to remain involved in the learning process even in limited situations. The results of this Hybrid Learning training show that this learning method is able to meet students' needs effectively. Students experience increases in active engagement, ability to adapt to technology, and independent learning skills. Apart from that, educators also reported that they were able to provide material in a more structured and interactive manner. The experience of implementing Hybrid Learning at Cendikia Vocational School, Cirebon City provides valuable insight for the education sector in the future. This shows that despite major challenges such as the pandemic, innovation and adaptation are key to ensuring that education continues to provide maximum benefits for students. By continuing to improve and develop hybrid learning models, we can prepare future generations to face challenges more prepared and capable.
