<![CDATA[Gunung Tunak Natural Tourism Park (TWA Gunung Tunak) is a conservation area developed as a tourist area with the concept of community-based eco-tourism. Including as a buffer destination for the sustainability of the Mandalika special economic zone (KEK Mandalika) so that it must have good and sustainable management. This study aims to explore and assess the sustainability of the management of TWA Gunung Tunak since it was first opened as a tourist destination until now. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The findings of this study are divided into two categories, namely the strongest potential and participatory management. The potential of TWA Gunung Tunak has been managed with an integrated collaborative approach through the local community's Tunak Besopok forum. Management of diversity of flora and fauna is preserved with a strong socio-cultural culture of the community. Participatory management involving elements of the local community supports the sustainable management of TWA Gunung Tunak.]]>

<![CDATA[Donald Cressy's theory states that pressure, opportunity, and rationalization can drive a person to commit fraud. The theoretical concept is packaged in the concept of the fraud triangle theory. This study aims to test this theory using 89 respondents who come from business and finance students at University XYZ. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data using a questionnaire. The study results show that only rationalization factors partially influence student academic fraud. However, if tested simultaneously, the three factors in Donald Cressy's theory are proven to have an influence that can encourage students to commit acts of academic fraud]]>

<![CDATA[Tata cara pengelolaan keuangan menjadi topik yang sangat hangat untuk didiskusikan di tengah kondisi masyarakat yang saat ini sedang bermasalah dalam hal manajemen keuangan. Konsep Piramida Keuangan menjadi salah satu solusi dalam masalah keuangan tersebut, terlebih bagi masyarakat yang masih kurang mampu dalam menentukan skala prioritas kebutuhan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui siaran radio di RRI Pro 2 Mataram, yang disiarkan secara langsung dalam durasi 60 menit. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode diskusi melalui kegiatan talk show yang dipandu oleh penyiar radio. Siaran ini menjangkau seluruh titik di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kegiatan ini memberikan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai literasi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan dasar kepada para pendengar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan ilmu pengetahuan terkait literasi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan dasar kepada para pendengar sehingga dapat lebih bijak lagi dalam mengelola keuangan menggunakan konsep piramida keuangan.]]>

<![CDATA[In the modern era, when e-commerce such as Shopee, Tokopedia and other platforms dominate the business market, the young generation (Millennial Generation) takes a particular role. When they have money or gain a salary, they do not know how to manage it. They buy impulse and buy anything they want, not what they need. Based on this, financial literacy must be informed and explained to the young generation so that they can understand the importance of money management in life. Being minimalist by minimum budget is introduced in this talk show to spread the minimalist financial vibes to the millennial generation. This article aims to share knowledge about managing money using the minimalist concept, which has been transferred and broadcasted on Radio using sharing session method. Finally, Millennial generations close to technology should be able to control their financial budget to have good financial health. More investment in many sectors is suggested to have an excellent financial condition in the future. A good financial situation is started with how to manage the financial budget.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this activity is to facilitate students in developing a comprehensive understanding of their chosen professional path, specifically in banking. This exercise is specifically designed for students enrolled in the Management Study Programme. The service employs a peer mentoring methodology encompassing preparation, design, implementation, and evaluation stages. This technique was selected due to its appropriateness in facilitating students' acquisition of new knowledge through interactions with those possessing greater expertise. This activity encompasses a comprehensive examination of several aspects related to the banking industry. The topics covered include the precise delineation of a bank, a preliminary overview of bankers, the prerequisites that necessitate fulfillment to pursue a career as a banker, the potential trajectories within the banking profession, and lastly, valuable insights and strategies to facilitate success in the pursuit of a banking career. Through this service activity, students are provided with a comprehensive understanding of their intended job. Subsequently, those aspiring to pursue a career in the banking industry can adequately equip themselves with the necessary prerequisites.]]>

<![CDATA[The Sandwich Generation has financial difficulties. They are unable to handle additional tasks due to a shortage of resources and the presence of multiple personal obstacles. Residing with their family poses more financial issues due to the additional intricacy of financial planning. This article offers an extensive examination and discourse on the financial difficulties encountered by the sandwich generation, as well as possible solutions. To tackle the financial crisis, the sandwich generation must be provided with extensive financial literacy instruction. This service is provided through a live discourse program aired on Fresh Radio station 95.9 FM. The radio is widely embraced by the younger demographic in Lombok Island. The primary impact of this community project is to cultivate awareness and comprehension among the younger generation regarding effective money management strategies. It is important to aggressively educate the younger generation, especially the sandwich generation, on financial literacy to develop their understanding of financial matters and improve their skills in managing their finances.]]>

<![CDATA[ Education is an essential component in determining one's future. Individuals, especially university students, want to get a higher and improved degree of education. College students should be provided with access to information on scholarships in order to explore exceptional opportunities offered by international schools. This content is sourced from the talk shows conducted at Universitas Mataram. Around 300 students participated in the live discussion event to gather information on scholarships in Australia and many European countries, such as Poland, France, and Germany. This article aims to offer motivation and information about an international scholarship opportunity for persons who have successfully obtained their bachelor's degree. The outcome of this community activity is that participants have a comprehensive understanding of the right selection of scholarships and the necessary processes involved in the scholarship selection process.]]>

<![CDATA[The young generation was an agent of change demanding environmental hygiene, which was particularly vital to disease prevention efforts. Besides, young representatives from diverse groups were advocating for environmental restoration and preservation out of concern for the potential consequences of climate change on the global community in the future. Thus, the article's objective was to introduce the young generation to the significance of environmental protection and influence their perspective on beginning to safeguard the earth at a young age. Also, the article's objective was to disseminate information regarding the implementation of the concept of environmental protection, which was transmitted and disseminated on the radio via a sharing session. The approach method utilized in this article is a shared session, presented in the manner of a Talk Show. Therefore, the young generation were spearheading the effort to address climate change with enthusiasm, ingenuity, and an unyielding dedication to a sustainable trajectory. The youth's crucial position on the environment will solve climate change, emphasizing their contributions, obstacles, and the significance of their participation in shaping a more favorable future for future generations.]]>

<![CDATA[Real Work Lectures (KKN) is one of the programs organized by the Bumigora University campus which involves students in learning activities outside the campus, interacting directly with the community. The aim is to increase students' understanding of practical sharia banking practices and to find out the use of the Document Management System (DMS) application used by Bank NTB Syariah Mataram, especially the Financing Division, as well as to apply the knowledge gained on campus in real life and provide benefits to the company. . The location of the KKN is on Jl. Udayana, Dasan Agung, Mataram. With a focus on the subject of internship activities at Bank NTB Syariah Mataram. With an internship period of 1 month. The methods used in this practice are observation and interviews. Through an observational approach, the author will directly observe the work processes and practices of sharia banking and pay attention in detail to how the document management system (DMS) is applied in financing management. Meanwhile, through interviews, the author gained an in-depth understanding from bank staff and managers regarding internal policies, challenges, and prospects for the Mataram Sharia banking industry. This activity implies that it is hoped that the company will continue to optimize its operational processes using the DMS application and utilize the knowledge and new ideas students bring.]]>

<![CDATA[Microsoft Excel and Realta Global System (RGS) are essential tools in financial management and inventory control within the hospitality industry. This KKN (community service) report focuses on these tools' application at Qunci Villas Hotel in Lombok, aiming to improve operational efficiency. The topic was chosen due to the critical role of accurate financial and inventory management in ensuring smooth hotel operations and customer satisfaction. The study employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involved active participation from the hotel's staff and management in identifying issues, developing solutions, and evaluating outcomes. Through detailed observations and interviews, the project identified key challenges in the processes of recording Store Requisitions (SR), creating Purchase Orders (PO), and receiving goods. The findings highlighted the need for enhanced training on Excel and RGS usage, better system integration, and improved data management practices. Implementing these recommendations is expected to lead to more accurate data entry, better decision-making, and increased overall efficiency. The results underscore the importance of leveraging technology in financial and inventory management and provide a practical framework for other hotels aiming to optimize their operations. This study demonstrates that participatory approaches can significantly improve organizational processes and employee engagement.]]>
