Abstract

Covid-19 has become a worldwide pandemic disease. In Indonesia, every year the anxiety rate continues to increase, estimated at 20% of the world's population and as many as 47.7% of adolescents feel anxious. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge levels and anxiety levels against covid 19 in adolescents at SMPN 16 Kerinci. This type of research is descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted at SMPN 16 Kerinci on June 22, 2021. The study population was all students of grades VII and VIII at SMPN 16 Kerinci using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires was analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that adolescents whose knowledge level was sufficient and moderate had the same value, which was 34% and the level of moderate anxiety and no symptoms had the same value, which was 34%. The results of the Chi-square test found a relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of anxiety about Covid-19 in adolescents at SMPN 16 Kerinci (p-value 0.019 < 0.05). The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of anxiety about Covid-19, it is hoped that the principle of SMPN 16 Kerinci can form a Covid-19 task force team in schools to be more vigilant about Covid-19.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Beberapa intervensi terapeutik di NICU seperti Kangaroo Mother Care dan terapi musik memiliki manfaat bagi aspek psikologis dan respon fisiologis bayi. Musik pengantar tidur dapat memberikan dukungan prosedural yang efektif di lingkungan yang bising. Tujuan: menjelaskan pengaruh kombinasi kangaroo mother care (KMC) dan musik Lullaby terhadap perubahan suhu dan denyut jantung pada bayi berat lahir rendah. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain non-ekuivalen control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah bayi BBLR yang dirawat di bangsal NICU. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 36 bayi BBLR yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bangsal NICU RSUD Ambarawa dan RSUD Ungaran. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat. Uji statistik menggunakan Paired t-test dengan taraf signifikansi p<0,05. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan intervensi kelompok kombinasi terbukti efektif terhadap perubahan suhu, nadi dan saturasi oksigen dengan nilai rerata lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dan musik pengantar tidur, secara statistik deskriptif diperoleh rerata suhu 0,100 dan 4,00 untuk detak jantung. Kesimpulan: kombinasi metode KMC dan musik Lullaby efektif terhadap perubahan suhu dan denyut jantung pada bayi BBLR. Intervensi ini dapat digunakan sebagai pengobatan untuk bayi BBLR di bangsal NICU atau di rumah.

Abstract

The level of anxiety in mothers giving birth becomes arrhythmic in the birth experience and can have a long-term impact on the well-being of the mother and baby. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and family support and the level of maternal anxiety during the first stage of labor. Descriptive analytical research type with cross sectional emphasis with a total sample of 31 primigravida mothers in the first stage of labor. The results showed most respondents had a moderate level of anxiety (48.9%), most respondents (77.4%) had a low level of knowledge and most respondents (58.1%) had good family support. The chi square statistical test shows that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and family support and the anxiety level of mothers in the first stage of labor with p values ​​of 0.046 and 0.006 (p value < 0.05), respectively. The level of knowledge and family support is related to the level of anxiety of mothers in the 1st stage of labor.

Abstract

The World Health Organization states that the highest complications in pregnancy and childbirth are bleeding with a case number of 32.1%, followed by preeclampsia 26.7% and premature rupture of membranes with an incidence rate of 24.98. The study aimed to determine the factors associated with the incidence of preeclampsia at the Mentawai Islands District General Hospital.This type of research is analytic with a case-control design with a retrospective approach. The population is all mothers giving birth at the Mentawai Islands Hospital in 2022, totaling 279 people. Samples were taken by matching and systematic random sampling of 30 respondents, the data used were secondary data taken from medical records using a checklist. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariate with the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that 15 people had preeclampsia, 8 respondents (53.3%) had a history of hypertension, 5 respondents (33.3%) suffered from obesity, and 4 respondents (26.7%) had diabetes mellitus.the Mentawai Islands District General Hospital, a p-value of 0.020 was obtained, for the relationship between obesity and the incidence of preeclampsia at the Mentawai Islands District General Hospital, a p-value was obtained of 0.014, The Mentawai Islands District General Hospital obtained a p-value of 0.032. In conclusion, there is a relationship between a history of hypertension, obesity, diabetes mellitus, and the incidence of preeclampsia at the Mentawai Islands District General Hospital. Suggestions, it is hoped that health workers can detect preeclampsia early in pregnant women to reduce the incidence of preeclampsia in Indonesia, especially in the Mentawai Islands.
