Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward on performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable at PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Prima Medan. The population in kar research is the employees of PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Prima Medan, amounting to 72 respondents while the determination technique with saturated samples. So that the sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. The path analysis results show that reward (reward) has a positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. While partially shows that the reward (award) has a positive and significant effect on performance and organizational commitment variables also have a positive and significant effect on performance. PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Prima Medan have contributed to a strong level. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) 0.708 (70.8%). So it can be said that 70.8% of the dependent variable variations namely rewards and organizational commitment to the model can explain the employee performance variables at PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Perkasa Medan while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward (penghargaan)terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian kar yaitu karyawan PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima Medanyang berjumlah 72 responden sedangkan teknik penentuan dengan sampel jenuh. Sehingga sampel dalam peneltian ini berjumlah 72 responden. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa reward (pengahargaan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa reward (penghargaan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaserta variabel komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaHasil koefisien determinasi dengan nilai regresi korelasi sebesar 0,846 artinya secara bersama-sama reward (penghargaan) dan persepsi konsumen terhadap kinerja pada PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima Medan memiliki kontribusi pada taraf yang kuat. Kemudian koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,708 (70,8%). Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 70,8% variasi variabel terikat yaitu Reward dan komitmen organisasi pada model dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dinamika Indonusa Perkasa Medan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model.

Abstract

Polytechnic is a university focusing on vocational education. Politeknik Unggul LP3M is to provide an appropriate vocational education in supporting industrial demand. This study focuses on maximizing students’ loyalty influenced by brand image and trust, where students’ satisfaction is an intervening variable. Path analysis was chosen for this study. As many as 125 people were chosen as respondents, and the technique sampling used purposive random sampling. The study showed that brand image and trust significantly impact students’ loyalty and satisfaction in Politeknik Unggul LP3M. Students’ satisfaction has a crucial role in mediating brand image and brand trust on students’ loyalty.

Abstract

The current problem in the production of this porridge is that sales are made only to the surrounding community. This happens because many people outside the region are not aware of the existence of the spicy porridge because no branding has been carried out and trust in the spicy porridge product is not yet strong. To overcome this, the solution offered to SME partners is by utilizing social media in building a brand image and finding the most suitable packaging through social media. These activities are carried out such as assistance in making social media and website creation, improving production management, Organizing Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities in the form of socializing the use of social media, utilizing Viral Marketing social media by uploading as often as possible related to spicy porridge products and finally Hastag services. and Google Trends can be part of a strategy to increase sales. The results of the activity can be concluded that (1) this PKM activity is successful, it can increase the understanding of SME partners in utilizing information technology such as social media in building a brand image, (2) In solving problems related to porridge packaging, SME partners have been able to find attractive packaging with utilizing social media and (3) PKM activities are found to be fun and in accordance with their objectives, and participants will feel happier if this activity is continued with collaboration between the service team and SME partners.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana yang berjumlah 46 responden sedangkan teknik penentuan dengan sampel jenuh. Hasil hasil uji (t) atau uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana dapat dilihat nilai t hitung 4,444 > ttabel 2,016 serta variabel kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana dapat dilihat nilai thitung 5,563 > t tabel 2,016. Hasil koefisien determinasi dengan nilai regresi korelasi sebesar 0,781, artinya secara bersama-sama masa kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana memiliki kontribusi pada taraf yang kuat. Kemudian koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,592 (59,2%). Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 59,2% variasi variabel terikat yaitu Masa Kerja dan Kompetensi pada model dapat menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model.

Abstract

Job satisfaction gives hope, especially for a lecturer in improving his welfare. Having good work motivation is expected to be able to increase the quantity and quality of lecturers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The main focus of this study is to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating motivation on performance. This research method uses a Structure Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). In this study, the population and sample were 52 permanent lecturers of the LP3M Superior Polytechnic. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, indirectly motivation does not affect performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Indirectly job satisfaction has a role in mediating motivation to performance.

Abstract

Pendidikan, warisan dan pernikahan dini merupakan suatu fenomena yang saat ini sering di kaji dalam berbagai kegiatan seminar, ceramah, di berbagai acara dan sangat menarik untuk di perbincangkan ,Pendidikan begitu sangat penting karena pendidikan pada saat ini sangat terkait dengan kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi setiap individu. Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan, keterampilan, mempertinggi budi pekerti, memperkuat kepribadian, dan mempertebal semangat kebersamaan agar dapat membangun diri sendiri dan bersama-sama membangun bangsa. Abstract

The main objectives of this research are to study the factors that influence Electronic Word-Of-Mouth (E-Wom) and consumer decisions and to formulate the Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-Wom) model and consumer decisions to travel on the beach. Deli Serdang Mirror. This study uses descriptive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis with statistics used is the Structural Equation Modeling (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of Service Quality on E-WOM. There is a significant effect of Price on E-WOM. There is a significant effect of Service Quality on Purchase decisions. There is a significant effect of E-WOM on Purchase decisions. There is a significant effect of E-WOM on Purchase decisions. There is a significant influence of Service Quality on Purchase decisions through E-WOM. And there is a significant effect of Price on Purchase decisions through E-WOM

Abstract

In normal operations the company needs capital to be used as a basis for financing in carrying out the company's normal operations, the capital contained in the company is useful to move the company so that it can operate in achieving company goals, profits, and investment from external parties of the company can provide an increase in company capital plus loans made provided by third parties can improve the capital structure of the company. This research is a type of quantitative research that processes data into numbers or quantitative data. The object of this study, namely manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, which will be taken as research data are the financial reports of each company for the 2017-2021 period. Profitability has a significant effect on capital structure, asset growth has a significant effect on capital structure, Firme size can strengthen the effect of profitability on capital structure, and Firme size strengthens the effect of asset growth on capital structure

Abstract

Main objective of this research is is to find out the effect of motivation and organizational culture to the job satisfaction are affecting both partially and simultaneously on Budisatrya Institution. Its research using cause and effect approach which measured the effect of independent variable to dependent variable. The population of its research are 97 the teachers of Budisatrya Institution as respondent. The data of the research are from questionnaire with Likert scale that were distributed and answered by the respondent. Double linear regression analysis is using of its research. The results show that all independent variable are positively and significantly affected to the job satisfaction. Supervision,motivation, and organizational culture are affecting job satisfaction,and dominant variable is supervision that Budisatrya do to their teachers. Abstract

Cash is the company's most liquid asset and plays a significant role in funding the company's operations compared to other investments, so cash control is needed within the company. Companies with organizational management where internal controls can control errors in carrying out the profession to protect cash from misuse efforts from when cash is received until it is disbursed. LP3M Superior Polytechnic is a private tertiary institution whose primary income is the payment of student tuition fees. The research method uses the descriptive analysis method. The test results show that the cash receipts internal control system is effective, contrary to the cash disbursement internal control. At the same time, the internal control system for cash disbursements has not been effective because there are still elements of Internal Control within the company that have not been fully implemented, including placing the cashier in the same room as other employees, which should be separate and have a separate room as accounting control.
