Abstract

Along with the increasingly difficult economic situation and the many demands need to be met  by the community then purchase a house in cash more difficult, especially for people who are middle to lower economic level. Thus, the purchase of subsidized home loans  among  people  becomes  a  very  attractive  option.  Based  on  data  collected  by  an increase  in  the  demand  for  subsidized  housing,  especially  in  the  district  of  Medan Marelan. It can be seen from the increasing property business. Private developers tend to be  more  interested  in  the  property  business  (houses)  in  the  district  of  Medan  Marelan because the area is still beautiful and population growth rates are higher. The high level of competition among developers of property (housing), makes an analysis of the factors that influence  the  decision  of  the  community  in  need  of  subsidized  housing  memebeli  known.This study aimed to analyze and determine whether the factor of location, public revenues, ease  of  access  to  credit,  and  public  facilities,  the  market  price  of  the  home  as  well  as legislation affecting peoples decision in the purchase of subsidized  housing in the district of Medan Marelan.The  results  showed  that  the  location  factor  is  the  most  dominant  factor  of  the factors that influence the decision to buy subsidized housing communities in the district of Medan Marelan with a coefficient of determination of 42.1%.Keywords: Purchase Decision Factors

Abstract

The success of an organization is inseparable from the quality of human resources that the organization has. Work achievement deserves a look in support of the achievement of organization goals. The main focus in this study is to analyze the effect of work placement, motivation and non-physical work environment on teacher work performance at Budisatrya Foundation. Data collection using questionnaires. The results of the study showed that all variables of work placement, motivation and non-physical work environment significantly affected the teacher's work performance. The variable that has the greatest influence in improving work performance is the non-physical work environment. The implications of the findings suggest that the variables of work placement, motivation and non-physical work environment that exist at Foundation Budisatrya have been excellent. Especially the emotional connection between the teacher and the foundation.

Abstract

In this era of globalization and technology, there is a demand for changes in all areas of business in the world today. One of them is in the field of marketing. The development of the information technology system which is growing rapidly and increasingly sophisticated has made the company take advantage of the marketing and selling interests of its products. This research aims to examine the effect of product quality, promotion and trust on purchasing satisfaction at PT Weedo Niaga Global both partially and simultaneously. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The software used to manage and analyze this data is SPSS version 25. The sample was determined using random sampling of 115 respondents. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the variables of product quality, promotion, trust and purchase decisions are normally distributed data, the independent variables do not occur multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. From the results of the determination coefficient of 51.7%. The t test results show that the value of product quality is 3.239> 1.98118 with sig 0.002 <0.05 means that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the promotional value of 5.454> 1.98118 with sig 0.000 <0.05 means that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the value of trust 2.983> 1.98118 with sig 0.004 <0.05 means that trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the f test results show the value of 39,581> 2.69 with sig 0.000 <0.05, so simultaneously the variables of product quality, promotion and trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PT. Samudera Perdana , sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam kegiatan usaha transportasi barang di darat (land transportation) tentu harus memiliki program K3 yang efektif. Program K3 harus diutamakan, sebab PT. Samudera Perdana memiliki 6 kegiatan utama yang berada banyak diluar lapangan, seperti pengangkutan kargo peti kemas & pemilik barang langsung, reposisi peti kemas kosong, distribusi kargo, pengangkutan kargo proyek & angkutan pelabuhan, mesin dan peralatan yang digunakan kemungkinan besar dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan bagi pekerja apabila tidak digunakan secara tepat yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya. Peningkatan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja diharapkan berdampak pada penurunan angka kecelakaan kerja yang mampu mengendalikan masalah diperusahaan. Sehingga karyawan saat kembali bekerja, dapat lebih optimal untuk menghasilkan output yang maksimal khususnya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan Ilmu Manajemen yang berkaitan dengan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, Lingkungan kerja dan Kinerja.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan, dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Samudera Perdana yang berjumlah 164 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode rumus slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel menjadi 63 orang.Hasil penelitian pada hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja ( K3 )dan Lingkungan kerja secara serempak maupun parsial menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan dimana sebesar 68,4% variasi variabel Kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel K3 dan Lingkungan Kerja, sedangkan sisanya 31,6% divariasi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah talent management danknowledge management memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadaporganizational performance dan dampaknya terhadap employee retention.Employee retention merupakan upaya untuk mendorong karyawan berbakat agarmemiliki loyalitas tinggi. Tingkat employee retention yang tinggi mampu dicapaijika perusahaan memperhatikan faktor talent management dan knowledgemanagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan motede penelitian kuantitatif danmenentukan sampel sebanyak 160 responden, melalui teknik analisis regresiberganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa talent management danknowledge management masing masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap organizational performance. Talent management dan knowledgemanagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employeeretention. Employee retention memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadaporganizational performance. Employee retention mampu memberikan pengaruhpositif dalam memediasi hubungan talent management terhadap organizationalperformance pada karyawan PT.Infomedia Nusantara Divisi Call Centre TelkomselMedan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics on employee job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction and to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan, amounting to 60 people. The sample technique used is saturated sample, thus the sample in this study were 60 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of work ethics on job satisfaction, there is a negative and significant effect of work stress on job satisfaction, and there is an influence of work ethics and work stress on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factors that determine the work motivation of employees of PT Mahkota Group Tbk - Medan  and to determine the dominant factors that determine the discipline of employees of PT Mahkota Group Tbk - Medan. The population is the total number of objects of this research, namely all employees in the area of PT Mahkota Group Tbk - Medan  as many as 41 people and at the same time being the sample in this study. Data collection techniques in this study were a list of questions (Questioners) and. The results show that the instrument is valid because the KMO MSA (value exceeds the 0.50 significance limit. Of the 3 factors for motivational variables analyzed and after passing the KMO MSA analysis, it turned out that from the results of computer extraction analysis it became 1 factor. Factor 1 was able to explain 80.426% of the variation, while from the 3 factors for the analyzed discipline variables and after passing the KMO MSA analysis, it turned out that the results of the computer extraction analysis became 1 factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect both partially andsimultaneously to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on jobsatisfaction of PT Mahkota Group employees. The population in this study were all employees ofPT Mahkota Group, totaling 105 employees. The sampling technique used was purposivesampling. Where a sample of 51 employees was selected to be used as research samples. The datacollection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in thisstudy is multiple regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and coefficient ofdetermination. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive effect ofwork environment variables on employee job satisfaction variables at PT Mahkota Group. There isa significant and negative effect of workload variables on employee job satisfaction variables atthe PT Mahkota Group company and there is a significant and simultaneous influence on workenvironment and workload variables on employee job satisfaction at PT Mahkota Groupcompanies. The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.615 or 61.5% where the workenvironment and workload can explain in this study while the remaining 38.5% are other variablesnot examined by this study.

Abstract

Aceh Regional Secretariat is one of the Aceh Apparatus Work Units playing a role in supporting the improvement of Mandated Governance (Performance Report of Aceh Regional Secretariat, 2020). This achievement is carried out through the implementation of various programs and activities according to the Strategic Plan of Aceh Regional Secretariat and Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Aceh (RPJMA). However, in the implementation of its current activities, it is inseparable from various obstacles in improving its performance. Based on the description of previous research and because there are still differences in research results in the literature about the influence of LMX on performance, it is necessary to produce a new study to produce a clearer understanding for literature enrichment and also fill in the gaps that have occurred so far. This study wants to see the overall influence of LMX variables and work spirituality on the performance of employees of the Aceh Regional Secretariat. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method. Leader-member exchange and work spirituality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Province.
