Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan masa yang paling penting dan juga kritis bagi wanita dalam kehidupannya, pada masa kehamilannya wanita akan mengalami perubahan fisik, psikis dan juga emosi serta dapat mempengaruhi pada kesehatan mental ibu. Kesehatan mental juga dapat dikaitkan dengan kecemasan selama kehamilan. Scoping review yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memetakan bukti yang ada tentang faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental ibu hamil. Database yang digunakan Pubmed, Ebscho, Sience Direct dan grey literatur yaitu Google Scholar dengan kriteria inklusi original artikel, terbit diatas tahun 2017 diterbitkan menggunakan bahasa inggris, artikel yang membahas tentang tentang faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental ibu hamil , artikel free full text dan open access. Kriteria eksklusi artikel review, artikel opini, dokumen/pedoman organisasi. Kelayakan artikel dinilai Menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute tools (JBI), dan Critical Appraisal Programme (CSAP) faktor penyebab terganggunya mental ibu hamil yaitu dapat dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya dukungan suami dan keluarga, lingkungan sosial dan juga status ekonomi serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimiliki ibu.

Abstract

Cervical cancer generally affects women aged between 15 and 49 years. Globally in 2020, there were 19.2 million new cancer cases which caused nearly 10 million deaths, according to data from WHO. The WHO cancer profile also recorded around 604,127 cases of cervical cancer worldwide, where this incidence was the second largest in Asia with a percentage of 58.2%, or around 351,720 individuals affected by the disease. In Indonesia, based on data from Global Burden Cancer (GLOBCAN) described in the Indonesia Cancer Care Community (ICCC) article, cervical cancer is in second place in terms of the highest number of sufferers after breast cancer in women, with around 32,469 cases (17.2%) and the death rate was around 18,279 people (8.8%). Objective. Knowing the Relationship between Cervical Cancer Knowledge and Early Detection of Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) in Women of Childbearing Age in Tawaang Barat Subdistrict, Manado City in 2023 Research Method. This research uses quantitative research with analytical survey methods and a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was women of childbearing age aged 25-49 years. The sample was taken using Cluster random sampling, obtaining a sample of 135 respondents. Data analysis used Chi square. Results. For sufficient knowledge, 53 people (39.3%), 78 people (57.8%) did not carry out early detection. The results of Chi square analysis for the relationship between knowledge of cervical cancer and early detection of VIA examination are p value (0.000) ˂α (0.05).

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescence is a vulnerable period regarding information about sex. Teenagers need people around them, especially parents, to guide them in providing sex education. Therefore, parents must have the knowledge and insight to help teenagers understand sex as early as possible. Objective: to find out the description of parents' knowledge about sex education for teenagers. Method: This research uses a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 30 respondents. Results: of the 30 respondents, 11 respondents had a good level of knowledge, while there were 10 respondents in the sufficient category and 9 respondents in the poor category. Conclusion: 4 respondents graduated from junior high school, 18 respondents graduated from high school and 8 respondents graduated from bachelor's degrees. Of the respondents who were junior high school graduates, 1 respondent had sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents had insufficient knowledge. There were 5 respondents who graduated from high school who had good knowledge, 6 respondents who had sufficient knowledge and 7 respondents who had poor knowledge. Of the 8 respondents who graduated from bachelor's degrees, 5 respondents had good knowledge, 2 had sufficient knowledge and 1 respondent had poor knowledge.
