Abstract

AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) adalah sekumpulan gejala penyakit yang timbul karena menurunnya sistem kekebalan tubuh yang disebabkan oleh Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Kelompok umur dengan kasus AIDS tertinggi adalah: kelompok umur 20-29 tahun, ini berarti jika sejak terinfeksi sampai masuk ke kondisi AIDS lamanya 5 tahun, maka usia terendah saat terinfeksi sekitar 15-24 tahun. Jenis penelitian korelasional menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah 67 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pusposive sampling. Melakukan analisa data untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada remaja adalah dengan menggunakan uji statistic non parametis Spearman Rank. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji korelasi spearmandengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5% (0,05) maka diperoleh hasil perhitungan t = (6,36). Kemudian t hitung tersebut dibandingkan dengan t tabel, dan didapatkan t hitung 6,27 > t tabel 1,996 maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada remaja di Kota Manado.

Abstract

Creativity if poorly developed from an early age can adversely affect future life. A child who cannot develop his creativity will lose confidence in him in the future because he feels in him there is nothing to be encouraged about. Promoting a child's creativity requires stimulus using a teaching strategy or method. The need for creativity to be developed at an early age is because at this age the child-children have the ability to respond to everything from the outside quickly. In addition to clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) in the school ward are conscious efforts of students and teachers to prevent disease, freeing a healthy environment from illness. The stages of brain development in preteens occupy the fastest possible position of up to 80% of brain development. The goal of devotion is to foster creativity and deliver health education in children of an early age. Public service activities have been conducted in the temple of hosana pineng district of minahasa sulawesi north on April 26, 2022. The development of children's creativity and PHBS application, through education and simulations. Applying the method of playing "slime" was one of the educational forms of preserving optimum development or growth of children ata very early age through creative, interactive and integrated play that jugan "slime" was a tool the teacher could observe and observe. Learners are also taught to do simple things as a child's routine of daily activities as an effort to maintain good health (washing hands and brushing teeth).The result of this PKM activity on the development of early childhood creativity in the creativity attainment indicator is that 16 children have a high level of creativity that shows the results are beginning to grow (MB) and 4 children show the undeveloped results (bb). As for PHBS children-a very early age children were especially conscious when teaching them how to wash their hands and brush their teeth.

Abstract

Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) disebabkan oleh berbagai macam bakteri, virus, dan parasit yang ditularkan dari satu orang ke orang lain terutama melalui kontak seksual melalui vagina, anus, atau mulut. Infeksi menular seksual yang berbeda dapat hadir atau ditularkan secara bersamaan, dan adanya infeksi semacam itu meningkatkan risiko tertular jenis IMS lainnya. Infeksi menular seksual sering oligo- atau tanpa gejala. Dari data WHO pada tahun 2016 terdapat 376,4 juta orang yang ter infeksi gonore, sifilis, klamidia dan trikomoniasis yang menginfeksi wanita berusia 15-49 tahun.Jenis penelitian korelasional menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah 37 sampel responden Wanita Usia Subur. Uji hubungan antar variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi Square.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berumur 20-36 tahun sebanyak 25 orang (67,6%), tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar responden berpendidikan SD/SMP sebanyak 18 responden (48,6%), sosial ekonomi sebagian besar responden berpendapatan < Rp. 3.530.000 yaitu 26 (70,3%), dan 18 responden (48,5%) berpengetahuan kurang. Dari uji chi square diperoleh hasil ada hubungan antara karakteristik Wanita Usia Subur dengan tingakat pengetahuan tentang IMS.

Abstract

Cervical cancer generally affects women aged between 15 and 49 years. Globally in 2020, there were 19.2 million new cancer cases which caused nearly 10 million deaths, according to data from WHO. The WHO cancer profile also recorded around 604,127 cases of cervical cancer worldwide, where this incidence was the second largest in Asia with a percentage of 58.2%, or around 351,720 individuals affected by the disease. In Indonesia, based on data from Global Burden Cancer (GLOBCAN) described in the Indonesia Cancer Care Community (ICCC) article, cervical cancer is in second place in terms of the highest number of sufferers after breast cancer in women, with around 32,469 cases (17.2%) and the death rate was around 18,279 people (8.8%). Objective. Knowing the Relationship between Cervical Cancer Knowledge and Early Detection of Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) in Women of Childbearing Age in Tawaang Barat Subdistrict, Manado City in 2023 Research Method. This research uses quantitative research with analytical survey methods and a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was women of childbearing age aged 25-49 years. The sample was taken using Cluster random sampling, obtaining a sample of 135 respondents. Data analysis used Chi square. Results. For sufficient knowledge, 53 people (39.3%), 78 people (57.8%) did not carry out early detection. The results of Chi square analysis for the relationship between knowledge of cervical cancer and early detection of VIA examination are p value (0.000) ˂α (0.05).
