Abstract

This study aims to utilize media technology to develop counseling services for students. The method used is a literature review study, articles are searched through the database using Google Scholar, which were published from 2019 to 2023 and were written in English and Indonesian. Based on the data synthesis, 19 selected articles were studied and input prepared by the reviewers for analysis. design, along with the results and conclusions of each paper. Qualitative, quantitative research and review articles are included to have a broader picture of this subject. The results of this study are good language skills, this is a source of strength from implementing online counseling using chat features good language skills, this is a source of strength from implementing online counseling using chat features the use of information technology can improve planning and career maturity in students. Online counseling takes the form of virtual e-counseling technology media in the form of: websites, telephone/mobile phones, email, video conferencing, chat, instant messaging, computers and other social media networks which are now growing more and more easily accessible via smartphones. The survey shows that the type of counseling media application feature that is most widely used by students and counseling teachers is chat (93.75%). BK teachers about the duration of online counseling that students often do between 20-60 minutes, reported by 57.5% of counseling teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of academic stress in students and the impact of applying the cognitive behavioral therapy approach to dealing with academic stress. The method used in this study is in the form of a literature review study, articles are searched through the database using Google Scholar is a web search engine run by Google that indexes scientific literature such as journal articles, academic books, conferences, found using the keywords "academic stress","Cognitive Behavior Therapy”, and “CBT to deal with academic stress”, which were published from 2018 to 2023 and were written in English and Indonesian. Based on data synthesis, 30 selected articles were studied and inputted which were prepared by reviewers for analysis. design, along with the results and conclusions of each paper. Qualitative research, and review articles are included to have a broader picture of this subject. The occurrence of academic stress on students is first the condition (Covid-19) then the occurrence of online learning which according to students is difficult to follow because of various problems such as exams, class rankings, homework, expectations, future achievements, and impacts on health such as suffering from illness headaches, difficulty concentrating, feeling excessive anxiety about everything, easily agitated, even consuming alcohol and drugs excessively. Second, student stress is influenced by personal desires that are not in line with the conditions of the learning environment, such as a dense school curriculum. , making decisions, continuing studies, majors, teachers and friends who have a variety of characters, and experience this on average at the high school level and are female, and the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in increasing the locus of control of students who experience academic stress can be seen through the statements contained in the homework that the counselee has given in each session.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the guidance and counseling program to improve mindful self-care in the welfare of students in senior high schools.The method used is quantitative research by analyzing and comparing the scale of self-care and adaptation of students with self-care awareness by using instruments to find out about this, as well as the library research method, namely analyzing previous research by proving that the development of counseling guidance programs is to increase mindfulness self-care in high school students is known by the results obtained by measuring using diagrams and table scales. The design used in this study was a survey research design, high school level student population, a sample of 32 people, questionnaire data collection instruments and a multilevel scale, descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of research from the field can be said that the positive behavior of students greatly influences their physical and spiritual health. For the entire population, the mean frequency is 3.44. A summary of the total average for each subscale is displayed graphically, namely to understand the extent to which participants are involved in activities and see which activities they like. Students vary in their feelings about the effectiveness of their personal self-care practices, and they actively seek ways to enhance these skills. Students also want to improve their self-care practices because they feel self-care plays an important role in OT. To help students achieve these goals, PL programs can support students' knowledge and self-care practices in a number of ways. Supporting students in developing health-promoting self-care practices can enhance their well-being and enhance their professional practice, ultimately improving the lives of the clients they serve.

Abstract

Evaluasi program bimbingan adalah usaha menilai efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan bimbingan itu sendiri, khususnya seluruh kegiatan dalam rangka program bimbingan yang dikelola oleh staf bimbingan (Winkel & Hastuti, 2005). Evaluasi pelaksanaan bimbingan merupakan kegiatan menilai keberhasilan layanan dalam bidang bimbingan pribadi, sosial, belajar dan karir (Thantawy, 1995). Untuk menilai suatu keberhasilan maka diperlukan evaluasi program. Menurut Myrick (Badrujaman, 2011) bahwa lima alasan yang menjadi faktor penghambat guru pembimbing tidak melakukan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling tidak melakukan evaluasi meliputi: (1) Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak memiliki cukup waktu melakukan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling. (2) Guru bimbingan dan konseling kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan evaluasi program  bimbingan dan konseling. (3) Adanya ketakutan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap akuntabilitas. (4) Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak merasa bermasalah kalau tidak melaksanakan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling. (5) Guru bimbingan dan konseling berpersepsi bahwa hasil evaluasi program sulit diukur.
