Abstract

The conventional amplifier involves a power supply (ground) line connected to the audio path. This In the processing of the audio signal will appear IHM (Interval Hum Modulation) noise. Therefore, to be able to suppress the occurrence of noise to a minimum, then made an amplifier that does not refer to a ground power supply. The amplifier must really balance from input to output. To realize the balance amplifier is specified class AB push-pull specification with arms power of 120 Watt and bandwidth width between 50 to 10kHz. In the power amplifier used complementary pairs circuit system as a current amplifier. Based on the test results turned out output power to the speaker only 100 Watt with 20 volt supply voltage and has a bandwidth width between 30 Hz to 15 Hz with a gain of 163 times.

Abstract

The development of industry in Indonesia has experienced a fairly rapid capacity in recent years, in line with that, many problems have arisen. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to test the results of an industrial product in order to determine the properties of the materials produced so that the results of a product can be used in accordance with good standards and quality. Testing is also useful in preventing harm to humans and the surrounding environment caused by breakdown of cable insulation. So that repeated tests are very good in the selection of conductors to be used. Every industrial product material before being used as part of an equipment, for example for transformer coils, must be tested based on predetermined standards. This is so that the dielectric properties of these materials can be known from the test results, so a conclusion will be drawn whether the material is suitable for use or not.

Abstract

The hydrogen generator is one of the devices used to cool the main generator. The hydrogen produced by the hydrogen generator is sent to the main generator to reduce the very high temperature. The hydrogen generator system is the hydrogen obtained from the electrolyte. After the electrolysis process, it flows into the generator to cool the main generator. The PLTU Pangkalan Susu hydrogen power plant was interrupted by a sudden power drop. As a result, the system tripped, cutting off the supply of hydrogen injected to the generator. According to the analysis, the reason for the current drop is that the electrolyte concentration value is low. in order to replace it in such a way that the current in the generator returns to normal.

Abstract

The problem of air pollution in this technological era has reached an alarming level. This is in line with the increasing number of pollutants produced from daily activities. Some industrial factories, power plants, and motorized vehicles that every day always produce harmful pollutants that pollute clean air. Coal-fired power plants could be a source of air pollution if coal combustion was not handled properly. Where the ash from coal combustion in the boiler produces fly ash and bottom ash. Based on these conditions, a tool is needed to reduce or control fly ash. This study describes the reliability of the equipment in the generating unit so that the reliability of the ESP system can be guaranteed and maintained. With the results of cases that occurred in ESP during the review, 90% of the problems in ESP were found in ESP. This problem is closely related to other equipment which can later cause the ESP field to stop. It is necessary to pay attention to the readiness of the inside for the long term because the repair process takes a long time and when the unit is off (offline). To minimize problems on the inside, we can monitor the ESP performance chart itself by paying attention to the points in the cases described above. It is recommended that the inner parts such as stopper plates, etc., which are related to the mounting parts are expected to be welded to avoid loss. we can monitor the ESP performance chart itself by paying attention to the points in the cases described above. Abstract

Different types of human labour in the contemporary era of globalization rely on electronic tools like 3-phase induction motors. The usage of a 3-phase induction motor in this investigation is essential for synchronized gait and function. Due to differences in the R, S, and T phase angles, which result in an uneven load overload in the electricity distribution system, voltage changes between the three phases of the electrical energy system arise. Overvoltage, Undervoltage, Unbalanced Inter-Phase Voltage (unbalance voltage), Overload (overload), and Overheat are a few of the issues that might arise. In response to this conflict, a three-phase induction motor protection system was developed.

Abstract

PLN's business is closely related to service to the community. The main problem in carrying out such functions on the part of the distribution is to overcome the interference of the refiner . One of the improvements in the quality of service is by making efforts to reduce the frequency of disturbances and the duration of disturbances. In this journal, the author conducts an analysis on bulusema (RM-1) refiners located at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Rimo, where this refiner is one of the chronic refiners who have a fairly high level of disturbance, so initiatives are needed to improve the reduction of disturbances, in order to improve the quality of service to customers. Based on the results of the author's analysis, the cause of the RM-1 refiner disturbance found was caused by animals, trees that crossed the safe limit, namely a minimum row of 3 meters. One of the efforts to maintain the reliability of the distribution network system from interference is to optimize the implementation of distribution network maintenance, which is prioritized on thermacam inspection to find potential disturbances, replacement of JTM materials based on thermacam inspection and tree planting according to ROW 3 meters implementation of RM-1 feeder network improvement initiatives was carried out in the period from Juneto August 2020 and the Evaluation Results of rm-1 refiner maintenance can be seen in October 2020.

Abstract

Smart Card is the main support in the gate system. This study aims to apply smart cards to smart gates among the academic community as users. This system uses a MIFARE type Near Field Communication (NFC) smart card as an identity for identification and authentication. The read/write process is configured where data blocks can be read using the Arduino integrated hardware. Information security on NFC tags is carried out using Caesar Chipper encryption and the rotary letter method. The time needed to read information from the database to the NFC tag without a barrier is the fastest time of 1.49 deTechnology and the longest 2.26 deTechnology with an average processing time of 1.84 deTechnology, while for testing using the fastest time barrier it is obtained 1, 53 deTechnology and the longest time is 2.21 deTechnology with an average processing time of 1.83 deTechnology. This shows that the time used in the process of writing information is efficient and is not affected by obstacles.
