Abstract

Abstract. The main aim is to investigate the digital technologies supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in creative industries in their supply chain management strategies. In the globalization era, digital marketing platforms play a significant role in increasing customer loyalty and indirectly effect on the economic growth of a community. In conjunction with its essential issue, the current study aims to investigate the role of digital marketing platforms (online media) and its structural relationship to the consumer satisfaction and loyalty in SMEs at Aceh province, Indonesia. This study designed using Quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional study through a survey questionnaire. This study involved all of the customers the SMEs products in Aceh province, Indonesia. A total of 219 customers have participated in answering the survey questionnaire via Google forms. The data analyzed using the Analysis of Moments Structure by assisting the statistical software IBM - AMOS Version 22. The digital platforms performed by using the Sobel test. The results of this study found that the digital marketing for supply chain (online media) significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Then, digital supply chain has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Also, this study found that the product review does not significantly affect the consumer loyalty. Besides that, the consumer satisfaction and the use of online media directly affect the consumer loyalty. In conclusions, this study successfully investigated the online media digital supply chain, and consumer satisfaction and its structural relationship on consumer loyalty in SMEs products that viewed as a digital marketing perspective. Then, this study comprehensively evaluated the role of digital supply chain, consumer satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in providing SME products with competitive advantages that contribute to regional economic growth. Supply chain management practices were also statistically significant, and mediated the relationship between customer satisfaction and product quality and flexibility

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Characteristics on Intrinsic Motivation to share knowledge online by using Affective Commitment as mediation. Sample used in this research is employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 97 questionnaires. Sampling technique using probability sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The result of the research shows that (1) Job Characteristics has a significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation to share knowledge online, (2) Affective Commitment has significant influence on Intrinsic Motivation to share knowledge online, (3) Job Characteristic have significant influence to Affective Commitment, (4) Job Characteristics have a significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation to share knowledge online with Affective Commitment as mediation.Keywords: Job Characteristics, Intrinsic Motivation, Affective Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the moderating effect of human resource management practice (HRMP) variables on the relationship between nepotism variables and attitude variables (job satisfaction, organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and organisational commitment).A research sample of 300 workers in the three largest hospitals in Aceh (Dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Meuraxa General Hospital and Harapan Bunda Hospital). Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to participants in the three hospitals with 100 questionnaires each.Data were analysed using simple regression and moderated regression analysis.The results of our analysis found that HRMPs have a moderating effect on the relationship between nepotism and job satisfaction and nepotism and organisational commitment.The moderating effect of HRMPs was not found in the relationship between nepotism and OCB.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the effect of sanctions and severity of sanctions against deviant behavior of employees, while also analyzing the role of self-efficacy variable as a mediator in effect between sanctions and the severity of sanctions against deviant behavior. The study was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, the unit of analysis is the company's employees. These samples included 117 employees, defined by the formula Slovin. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to members of the sample were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using Hierarchical Linear Modeling (Baron & Kenny, 1986). The results showed the effect of sanctions and the severity of sanctions against deviant behavior of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, while also found the role of self-efficacy variable as a mediator in the relationship that effect.Keywords: Sanction, deviant behavior, self-efficacyAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sanksi dan beratnya sanksi terhadap perilaku menyimpang karyawan, selain itu juga menganalisis peranan variabel self-efficacy sebagai mediator dalam pengaruh antara sanksi dan beratnya sanksi terhadap perilaku menyimpang. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, dengan unit analisis adalah karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 117 orang karyawan yang ditetapkan berdasarkan formula Slovin. Data primer diperoleh melalui pendistribusian kuisioner kepada anggota sampel yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Hierarchical Linear Modeling (Baron & Kenny, 1986). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh sanksi dan beratnya sanksi terhadap perilaku menyimpang karyawan pada PT. Abstract

This article is an empirical research aimed to analyze the influence of discipline,compensation, and work environment on employee performance and its impact on the effectiveness of government performance Pidie. A sample of 87 employees of the government secretariat Pidie. Sampling was carried out with random sampling method in which all of the respondents in the population have an equal opportunity to be observed. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that discipline, compensation, and work environment, partially no effect on employee performance, but simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the analysis also showed that either partially or simultaneously variable discipline ,compensation, and work environment are positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of government performance Pidie. In addition, the results of the analysis indicate a positive and significant effect between employee performance by enhancing the effectiveness of government performance Pidie.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of person–organization fit (P-O fit) on work–family conflict (WFC) and job satisfaction (JS) relationships at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Aceh Regional in Banda Aceh. The sample includes 127 employees, those who have worked more than two years. The data are collected via questionnaire. The equipment of data analysis is structural equation modeling (SEM), which proceeds using analysis of moment structure (AMOS). The results of the study show the varible P-O fit role as a mediator variable in the relationship of WFC and job satisfaction. WFC does not have a direct effect on job satisfaction
