Abstract

The term Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is called MSMEs. In its simplest form, MSMEs refer to all types of businesses, including those carried out by households, small business entities, organizations, and individuals. In order to improve the ability to create community independence, especially in the economic sector, Indonesia as a developing country makes MSMEs the main base of the community's economic sector. Purchasing decisions are steps by consumers to make judgments about whether or not to buy a product when making a purchase. This indicator explains what factors influence purchasing decisions, namely (1) buying stability after knowing consumer product information. (2) decide to buy because of the preferred brand (3) buy because of wants and needs (4) buy because of recommendations from others (5) buy because of price and quality. Quantitative research with a questionnaire which translates the diagram of the results of the questionnaire into the form of analysis with a sample of students with a sample of 30 respondents and is supported by secondary data in the form of competent previous research literature and related to the title discussed. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the most influential factor in the decision to buy MSME products made by students is the purchase factor because it is in accordance with their wishes and needs.

Abstract

Investasi digolongkan menjadi dua jenis, yaitu investasi dalam surat kepemilikan (saham) dan investasi dalam surat utang (obligasi). Bursa Efek Indonesia mendefinisikan obligasi sebagai surat utang jangka menengah-panjang yang dapat dipindahtangankan yang berisi janji dari pihak yang menerbitkan untuk membayar imbalan berupa bunga pada periode tertentu dan melunasi pokok utang pada waktu yang telah ditentukan kepada pihak pembeli obligasi tersebut. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) manajemen laba berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi; (2) rasio likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi; dan (3) rasio aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi.

Abstract

This study's objectives are to ascertain the findings from a comparison of the effectiveness of using digital marketing vs traditional marketing, as well as to give a general overview of how to use digital marketing to boost sales volume. We employed sample counting with the Multiple Linear approach, which was processed using SPSS 26.0 and the EPIC Model method, in this investigation because we needed about 100 respondents. Using an online questionnaire was the study's method for gathering data. According to research findings, using digital marketing to promote products might enhance potential buyers' understanding of the things being promoted and their interest in purchasing them. The Multiple Linear Regression test findings indicate that the conventional market (X2) and the digital market (X1) have a favourable impact on customer buying interest (Y). From the results Cronach alpha values for X1, X2, and Y are based on the table mentioned above and have a significance level of 0.05 df = 100 - 2 = 98 = 0.1654. In the EPIC Model method, the effectiveness level of the Digita Market variable is higher at 4.07 when compared to the Conventional Market variable, which is 3.63.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung program pemerintah untuk mendorong ekonomi kreatif, perlu adanya kreativitas dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada di lingkungan sekitar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian in melatar-belakangi pemilik usaha untuk mendirikan EcoPaliko Bags & Crafts, atau produk kerajinan tangan berbahan dasar dari alam yang diproduksi suatu usaha, harus memastikan kelayakan usaha atau bisnis yang dijalani, apalagi suatu produk yang sudah dikenal banyak orang. Studi kelayakan bisnis adalah studi yang betujuan untuk mengukur kelayakan suatu bisnis atau suatu proyek bisnis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi masalah. Metode pengabilan data dlakukan dengan wawancara langsung, observasi dan dokumentasi, data yang digunakan adalah data premier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bisnis EcoPaliko ini layak untuk dijalankan dari Segi Pemasaran, Teknis dan Teknologi.

Abstract

Permasalahan ini berkaitan dengan keputusan pembelian di Coffe Cadiak.adapun teknik yang digunaan dalam mengumpulkan data ini dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode yang dipakai untuk menganalisis penelitian mengenai keputusan pembelian di coffe cadaiak merupakan analisis regresi berganda. Adapun hasil yang dapat iperoleh dengan menggunakan metode ini merupakan data coeeficient T value diperoleh Promosi: nilai sig 0,633> 0,05 sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat. Maka, promosi tidak mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Cadiak Coffe.Pelayanan: nilai sig 0,903 > 0,05 sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat. Maka, pelayanan tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di Cadiak Coffe. Inovasi: nilai sig 0,037 < 0,05 sehingga memenuhi syarat. Maka, inovasi mempengaruhi pembelian di Cadiak Coffe.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan kegiatan wisata yang didukung fasilitas dan layanan yang disediakan oleh masyarakat, pengusaha, pemerintah, dan pemerintah daerah (UU Kepariwisataan No. 10 Tahun 2019). Berwisata memerlukan penginapan salah satunya pengalihfungsian rumah penduduk sekitar destinasi wisata biasa disebut Homestay. Salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang meyajikan wisata alam dan sejarah yaitu provinsi Sumatera Barat, tepatnya di Kota Bukittinggi dan memiliki berbagai macam jasa penginapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kelayakan bisnis pada salah satu penginapan di Kota Bukitiggi yaitu Carano Homestay. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan analisis finansial menggunakan tiga kriteria investasi : Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR); analisis Pay Back Period (PBP) dan Break Event Point. Hasil yang diperoleh pada analisis finansial yaitu (NPV) = 1.707.630.167, Net B/C = 2,97 , IRR = 27,5%, PBP membutuhkan waktu 4 tahun 3 bulan 5 hari, dan BEP terjadi dalam waktu 4 tahun 2 bulan 12 hari. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa usaha Carano Homestay di Kota Bukittinggi layak untuk dilanjutkan.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha ekonomi yang berpotensi membuka lapangan kerja dan menawarkan layanan ekonomi yang luas kepada masyarakat. UMKM berkontribusi dalam mempromosikan kesetaraan, meningkatkan pendapatan individu, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan berkontribusi pada stabilitas nasional. Selain itu, UMKM sebagai salah satu tumpuan utama perekonomian nasional, memperoleh peluang, dukungan, perlindungan, dan pengembangan yang cukup besar sebagai komitmen untuk memberdayakan sektor ekonomi kerakyatan, tanpa mengabaikan peran usaha besar dan badan usaha milik negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara dan survei langsung terhadap pemilik usaha. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang didasarkan pada filosofi postpositivisme, yang digunakan untuk penelitian dalam kondisi ilmiah dimana peneliti sendiri sebagai instrumen, teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis kualitatif menekankan makna. (Sugiyono: 2018) Meski begitu, UMKM Gelamai Tek Tam secara tidak langsung telah menerapkan supply chain management, sekaligus delivery ke lapangan. Semua kegiatan tersebut meliputi kegiatan pembelian dan outsourcing, ditambah fungsi lain yang penting untuk hubungan baik antara pemasok dan distributor. Gelamai tek tam merupakan usaha kecil menengah yang berlokasi di kota Payakumbuh, UMKM ini bergerak di bidang usaha kuliner tradisional. Gelamai tek tam sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1950.

Abstract

MSMEs are the largest contributor to GDP in Indonesia to absorb labor. Therefore it is necessary to do research on UMKM products, especially geprek chicken which is of interest to the public to increase appetite. The purpose of this study was to determine the position of geprek chicken products from various chickens in the city of Payakumbuh when compared to its competitor's ayam penyet. This study uses the Correspondence Analysis method through SPSS software. The results of the study show that SMEs with ayam geprek Mahkota Ayam and Ayam Bikamari: Both of these ayam outlets have focused on increasing their product catalog by providing better variety, Mahkota Ayam can focus on good customer service. Ayam Teteh: Ayam Teteh has a focus on good customer service and has an extensive store.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the success of implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in donation applications. This research will be carried out using a quantitative approach. Researchers will carry out observations and questionnaires using accidental sampling to ask respondents to answer questions that have been created in the form of a Google Form link. Researchers collected samples using the purposive sampling method. 100 people were used as respondents in this research. SmartPLS was used to carry out inferential data processing. In accordance with the results of the analysis discussion, it can be concluded that the variables in the UTAUT and EUCS models that are proven to have a positive and significant influence in measuring the level of success in implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in applications are accuracy, content, facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, price value, social influence, user satisfaction, behavioral intention, and use behavior. Meanwhile, the effort expectancy and perceived credibility variables were proven to have no positive or significant effect in this research. Based on data analysis, the biggest variable that influences the level of success in implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in applications is the behavioral intention variable towards use behavior. The second variable that has the most influence is performance expectancy on perceived credibility. Meanwhile, the other variable is user satisfaction with behavioral intention. From the results of the data processing that has been carried out, the variable that has the smallest influence on the level of success in implementing the donation-based crowdfunding system in the application is effort expectancy on behavioral intention. Next is the variable perceived credibility on behavioral intention.
