Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the development / development of oil palm in Kalimantan, in terms of the area, production, productivity of palm oil and labor absorption and its contribution to the scale of Indonesia. Here, Kalimantan ranks second after Sumatra. Kalimantan's contribution to Indonesia for the last 3 years until  2023, the area ranges from 34.79% to 39.49% (5,856,853 ha to 6,038,573 ha), production ranges from 38.62% to 42.44% (17,587,623 tons to 20,472,160 tons), productivity is 3,604 tons / ha to 4,192 tons / ha, the number of farmers ranges from 478,720 families to 516,146 families and the number of workers ranges from 2,273,901 kindergartens to 2,343,031 kindergartens,  The distribution of oil palm is in West Kalimantan (13 districts), Central Kalimantan (14 districts), South Kalimantan (13 districts), East Kalimantan (10 districts), and North Kalimantan (5 districts).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work discipline has on employee performance at PT. Mughi Factory Indonesian. The population of this research is all employees and employees at PT. Mugni Factory Indonesia, which has 30 employees. While the sampling method used is a quantitative method, so the number of samples is determined as many as 30 people. To obtain the required data, the data collection method used is a questionnaire or questionnaire.The results show that: 1) The influence of Work Discipline (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), because the tcount value for the X variable (Work Discipline) is 8,156, while the ttable value for n = 30 is 2,042. So 8,156 2,042, it can be concluded that partially the Work Discipline variable (X) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). 2) In the Summary Model, it is proven that the R Square value of 0.704 means that Work Discipline has an influence of 70.4% on Employee Performance while the remaining 29.6% has an effect on other factors not examined by the authors in this study.Keywords: Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik di marketplace Shopee. Data dikumpulkan dari 96 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dengan 5 skor dan menggunakan SPSS 25. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Y = 6,009 + 1,279. Jika t hitung t tabel maka tidak ada pengaruh X terhadap Y maka t hitung t tabel atau 2,022 1,6608. Variabel bebas X yaitu harga memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh variabel terikat Y yaitu keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,686 atau 68,6%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada Ha, harga produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik di marketplace Shopee.
