Abstract

Public transportation between the island seas is one of the economic backbones where Maluku Province is an archipelagic area. Ambon City as the capital of Maluku Province is a city with activities and interactions between communities using public transportation to support daily activities. However, due to the enactment of PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) from June 23 to November 22, 2020, the number of public transportations (Perwali No. 18) is limited, with odd-even implementations up to passenger restrictions (6 people per trip), resulting in operational costs. Vehicles will increase. This study aims to find out how much the upper and lower limit tariffs are used for the community and students. In this study, the calculation method was used according to the Standards of the Directorate General of Land Transportation (2002) SK 687/AJ.206/DRDJ/2002. The results of the study show that the upper and lower tariff rates for the community in Nusaniwe District are Rp. 16,592 – Rp. 11,061,-; Sirimau District IDR 5,138 – IDR 3,425,-; and Baguala and Teluk Ambon Districts Rp. 25,000 – Rp. 16,666,-. The upper and lower limit rates for students in Nusaniwe District are Rp. 8,296 – Rp. 5,531,-; Sirimau District IDR 2,569 – IDR 1,712,-; and Baguala and Teluk Ambon Districts Rp 12,500 – Rp 8,333,-. Tariffs based on the BOK during the PSBB period ranged from Rp. 25,000 – Rp. 5,138,-, while the real tariff was Rp. 3,000 – Rp. 5,000.

Abstract

Hunimua Harbor is the link between Ambon Island and Seram Island. The flow of growth in sea transportation users at Hunimua Port in the last five years has increased. The preliminary analysis of Hunimua Port shows that in 2021 passenger growth is 21%, 2-wheeled vehicle growth is 17%, 4/6-wheeled growth is 24%, and ship visit growth is 5%, respectively, and Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) is 72%. The results showed that the average annual load growth over the next ten years was 1.7% for passengers, 1.2% for R-2 vehicles, and 4.5% for R-4/6 vehicles. The Load Factor in 2026 has reached 68%, and in 2031 it has born 67%, which means that the level of demand for ferry transportation has exceeded the available capacity, based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 104 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Ferry Transportation. The Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) value for 2026 = 82%, and in 2031 = 92%. From the percentage of BOR values in table 2.1 based on UNCTAD standards, Hunimua Port should have more than six piers ready to operate in 2026.

Abstract

The flexible pavement generally used in Indonesia is Thin Asphalt Concrete (HRS). The layer that receives the greatest traffic load is the wear layer (HRS-WC). One of the ingredients for the pavement layer is filler. To overcome the adequacy of filler, cement or lime is used, because the use of fillers is generally very expensive. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the development of alternative fillers. This study aims to obtain the Marshall stability value of the HRS-WC mixture using walnut shell ash filler. The method used is an experimental study method on the technical specifications of the Directorate General of Highways 2018. The test results obtained optimum asphalt content (KAO) of 7.25% using a variation of cement filler mixture 2% : 0% walnut shell ash to obtain a stability value of 1892.16 kg, for filler 2% : 1% of 1714.90 kg, for filler 1% : 2% is 1877.45 kg and for filler 0% : 3% is 1989.96 kg. Where filler cement 0% : 3% walnut shell ash has the greatest recovery value of each variation of the filler tested. Overall, the use of walnut shell ash as an alternative filler can be utilized in asphalt pavement mixtures.

Abstract

The building is one of the human needs and is used as a place to live and do other activities, it consists of a combination of several materials and constructions to function as planned. Construction is part or all of the activities that include building construction, demolition, operation, and maintenance. One of the most essential processes in construction work is the issue of supervising construction work. As a unit in construction work, the supervisory position has two functions: monitoring and managerial. The training methods implemented in this activity are lecture, presentation, assignment, and discussion methods. Based on this, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Director General of Construction Development for Region VII Jayapura, collaborated with the Southeast Maluku Regency PUPR Service and Civil Engineering Study Program to carry out Bimtek activities with 32 participants. What was achieved in this activity by the participants was an increase in the knowledge and skills of supervision and construction work processes where the presenters found a significant increase in the participants when compared to the initial meeting

Abstract

Building is one of human needs and is used as a place to live and various other activities. Competence is a combination of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that are reflected in the habits of thinking and acting. SMK is a school that promises employment for its graduates, because in SMK students are prepared to have expertise or skills. For this reason, it is necessary to increase teachers (teachers) through a certification test. The method used in this service is training and debriefing with the stages of pre-test, presentation of material, post-test, and interviews. This activity was attended by 11 participants, the results of the pre-test stage were 63% of participants with a value range ≥ 60. After the debriefing process was then carried out again in the Post-Test stage, there was an increase in the percentage of participant scores by 27% compared to the pre-test with a range of values ≥ 60 as much 90%, then continued with the participant interview session Showing results with a range of values ≥ 60 as much as 100% means that after the interview process is complete 11 participants are declared successful "Competent"
