Abstract

Abstrak Pencapaian kinerja pegawai tidak dapat dilepaskan dari faktor sumber daya manusia yang ada. Hal ini dikarenakan sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu sorotan tajam dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan terkait kesiapan, jumlah pendidikan, dan profesionalitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor desa di kecamatan Latimojong. Dalam mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode statistik SPSS versi 22 melalui pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh antara rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor desa di kecamatan Latimojong diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi sama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor desa di kecamatan Latimojong. Selanjutnya dari hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua, ternyata variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel seleksi. Kata kunci: perekrutan, seleksi, karyawan Abstract The achievement of employee performance cannot be separated from the existing human resource factors. This is because human resources are one of the sharpest highlights in the implementation of government regarding readiness, amount of education, and professionalism. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at the village office in Latimojong sub-district. In applying these objectives, the SPSS version 22 statistical method was used through a multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the results of the analysis of the influence between recruitment and selection on employee performance at the village office in Latimojong sub-district, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment and selection on employee performance. So it can be concluded that recruitment and selection both affect employee performance at the village office in Latimojong sub-district. Furthermore, from the results of testing the second hypothesis, it turns out that the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is the selection variable.
