Abstract

Employee and job satisfaction has been major research in management studies throughout the world. It is the main concern for organizations to measure the performance of individuals. Employee performance at work is measured by how they carry out their responsibilities in a manner that contributes to the achievement of the organization's goals and creates satisfaction feeling in their work. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology which combined several previous studies to be analyzed. The preliminary studies were obtained and selected based on the article which published in a reputable journal such as the Scopus database index. Significant findings summarize the result that researchers have noted that employees' attitudes and performance at work are influenced by how satisfied they are with their jobs. In conclusion, this systematic literature review study provides an overview of current research on job satisfaction and employee relations. A total of 24 publications of the article were analyzed in this systematic literature review. Firstly, the majority of factors that determine job satisfaction are HRM, employee relationship, and workplace that most frequently suggested in the articles. Secondly, the most suggested ways to increase employees’ job satisfaction that are discussed in many articles are job performance, job security and leadership.

Abstract

Batik is a work of art and cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO. Indonesian people are attached to batik, both in formal and non-formal events. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and promotion through social media on the performance of batik companies in the Trusmi Cirebon batik center. The analysis was conducted using Path Analysis with the help of SPSS software. Data was collected from 80 respondents who are batik entrepreneurs in Cirebon. The results showed that the product innovation variable had a positive and significant effect on company performance. Social media promotion variables have a positive and significant influence on company performance. Both variables together also have a positive and significant effect on company performance . Companies need to manage their social media professionally so that the content presented is interesting and in turn will improve company performance

Abstract

Fundamental analysis is one of the considerations for investors to invest in a company. The study aims to identify the appropriate investment choices for companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange accelerated board. By calculating, examining, and deriving inferences from the financial records of the sample organizations, this research employs a quantitative descriptive technique. Three companies in the acceleration board that meet specified criteria make up the research sample. The research data is in the form of financial reports for the three years from 2019 to 2021. The results show that PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk. has the greatest average ROA, PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk has the highest average CR, PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk k. Offers the highest average DAR value, and the highest average TATO value at PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk. Based on these findings, it is possible to infer that the best investment decision in PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk.
