Abstract

Places designated as No-Smoking Areas are equipped with a no-smoking sign or symbol. However, there are still many smokers who smoke in these smoke-free areas. This study aims to analyze the process of implementing the Regional Regulation on Non-Smoking Areas (KTR) at the Kendari City Regional General Hospital. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this study consisted of 4 key informants and 3 regular informants. The technique of determining the informants used the snowball technique and purposive sampling. The results showed that there was a lack of communication and socialization carried out by the government and the Kendari City Regional Hospital regarding the Regional Regulation without Smoking to the target, in this case the community and especially visitors to the Kendari City Hospital, even though socialization was very important to do to implement a policy. It is hoped that the Kendari City government and the Kendari City Regional General Hospital will sit together to carry out the mandate of the rules made, namely to establish a special task force to supervise smoking free areas in the Kendari City Hospital area.

Abstract

Every year, the global industrial sector continues to experience rapid development, contributing to economic growth rates, especially in the textile industry. This has led to an increase in the amount of textile dye waste being distributed into the environment. One solution to address the issue of textile dye waste is by modifying clay with TiO2 (TiO2/clay) using degradation-adsorption techniques. In recent decades, the modification of clay minerals has become crucial due to their diverse potential as catalysts, adsorption media, and ion exchange agents. TiO2 serves as a medium for ion insertion (intercalation), which enhances pore and surface area. This study explains the properties of clay, the photocatalytic properties of TiO2, surface characteristics, and the photocatalytic/adsorption method on the TiO2/clay composite. Various types of minerals have been inserted, such as rectorite, montmorillonite, kaolinite, vermiculite, and halloysite, between the layers of clay minerals through different methods and applications. The performance enhancement of tested dyes is carried out by doping metals into the photocatalytic/adsorption material

Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. manajemen mutu adalah ketiga hal yang memiliki kaitan atau hubungan satu sama lain. Rumah sakit memiliki manajemen mutu yang harus diterapkan dan hal tersebut merupakan sesuatu yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien, kualitas pelayanan, dsb. Tantangan adalah hal atau objek yang menggugah tekad untuk meningkatkan kemampuan untuk mengatasi masalah. Dan Trend adalah arah atau perubahan yang terjadi dalam periode tertentu. Trend, tantangan, dan manajemen saling memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dalam konteks rumah sakit, dalam kontrks rumah sakit, manajemen mutu dapat membantu rumah sakit menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan trend untuk meningkatkan pelayanan bersama dan efisien operasional. Metode dan material : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber yang digunakan adalah Google sholar dengan kata kunci pencarian " Tantangan Dan Trend Terkini Dalam Manajemen Mutu Rumah Sakit". Hasil penelitian : penelitian ini adalah terdapat kesesuaian faktor human, faktor organization, dan faktor technology dalam menghasilkan manfaat (net benefit) RSUD Pariaman. Hal ini dikarenakan faktor human, faktor organization, dan faktor technology sudah saling mendukung.
