Getting profit is not the end goal, but getting the opportunity to grow (value) and continue to increase revenue is the essence of the company's existence. Therefore, the company value is considered important (as a long-term goal). This study seeks to analyze the factors that shape the value of a company, so that research recommendations can be made. In research implementation, quantitative methods are used with statistical regression analysis. The research object is a company engaged in the consumer goods sector, totaling 22. The type of research data is a panel, with a purposive technique of taking. The results suggest that the rise and fall of firm value is strongly influenced by technical and fundamental factors, particularly from the aspect of earnings management. The company's ability to manage and manage profits has an impact on increasing the company's business effectiveness, and has an impact on improving the company's financial quality. This makes investors perceive and assess a company as having a good future, thereby increasing the company's value.

Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang melakukan kegiatan usaha atau pekerjaan bebas dapat menghitung Pajak Penghasilan dengan menerapkan metode Norma Perhitungan Penghasilan Neto dan Pembukuan. Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan persamaan antara metode Norma Perhitungan Penghasilan Neto dengan metode Pembukuan, (2) untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan antara metode Norma Perhitungan Penghasilan Neto dengan metode Pembukuan, dan (3) untuk mengetahui metode manakah yang lebih menguntungkan antara Norma Perhitungan Penghasilan Neto dengan Pembukuan untuk Notaris “S” dari segi penghematan biaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-komparatif. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Pembukuan menurut penulis dalam menghitung Pajak Penghasilan Notaris “S”, besarnya pajak terhutang nominalnya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan metode Norma Perhitungan Penghasilan Neto yang diterapkan pada kantor Notaris “S”.

Perusahaan rintisan atau startup menjadi kunci utama dalam pergerakan ekonomi saat ini dimana sangat tepat dengan situasi pandemik yang mewabah diseluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja dalam mendukung kesuksesan wirausaha startup di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan riset kualitatif deskriptif dimana data yang diambil berasal dari data riset kuantitatif sebelumnya. Konstruk teori didukung dengan empiris dan scientific research. Hasil dari riset menjawab hipotesis mengalami perubahan bahwa selama ini modal, sumber daya manusia, regulasi, pasar, strategi serta fasilitas tidak menjadi lagi bagian utama dalam menunjang kesuksesan startup. Variabel seperti inovasi produk, fokus usaha, pola atau model usaha, prestasi atau kinerja usaha, kelompok atau tim yang hebat serta timing waktu dalam meluncurkan produk. Variabel baru tersebut sangat mendukung kesuksesan wirausaha startup di Indonesia.

Stock prices can change within a certain time span can be observed in the volatility of the stock price index. Changes in stock prices can be influenced by a country's macroeconomic conditions and global economic conditions. The macroeconomics observed in this study consisted of interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, and economic growth, while global economic inflation conditions were observed using the Global Economic Policy Uncertainty (GEPU) index. This study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomic variables on the volatility of the stock price index of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and to change the effect of economic feelings on the volatility of the stock price index of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A descriptive analysis method was used in this study by utilizing time series data in the time range between the first quarter of 2016 to the fourth quarter of 2021. The results of this study indicate that partially the interest rate has a negative and significant effect on the volatility of the stock price index, while the value of each Global economic exchange and trade partially have a positive and significant effect on stock price index volatility. However, each of the inflation and economic growth variables partially has a positive relationship and does not have a significant effect on the volatility of the stock price index.

This article contributes to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is an existing application of various studies derived from existing literature. This scientific article uses qualitative as a method, which is illustrated from scientific articles from journals, books, and other sources that make literature sources in supporting this article so as to provide a result. This scientific article provides a result and recommendation, namely providing application or implementation, especially the field of human resource science involved from various industries in scientific articles as the literature used. It is very necessary that with the gap in performance management that has not been thoroughly discussed related to the existing Key Performance Indicators, other researchers in the future can continue the results of this scientific article.

This study aims to review several articles related to employee performance which has become a phenomenon in the industry, many findings in the industry employee performance is influenced by various variables such as work engagement, competence, motivation and are mediated by resilience, this article uses a literature summary study and there are findings of several variables that are indeed related to employee performance, in this study no sample was used because there was no distribution of questionnaires to respondents.

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of PAI learning in an effort to build religious values at SMP Muhamadiyah 3 Bandung City. And to also analyze the PAI teacher's intracurricular learning curriculum regarding building religious values of the Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School school community in Bandung City. Research method with a qualitative analysis approach. Data collection techniques include field observation, in-depth interviews, and literacy studies. The result is the implementation of Islamic religious education in building religious values at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandung City. It has been implemented effectively and efficiently. Applied in everyday life through the habit of greeting each other, ethics, good manners, noble character, respecting teachers, loving friends. Intracurricular activities are also carried out, such as early morning prayers, congregational noon prayers, coaching, religious lectures, memorizing Al-Quran letters. Providing an example for the school community. In building students' religious values, this is done centrally according to aspects and concepts.
