Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independence, motivation, and knowledge of sharia-based entrepreneurship on the interest in starting a business in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University. Primary data collection method used is to use a media questionnaire. The sample for this research was students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sultha Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University, Jambi, Class of 2019-2021, totaling 100 respondents. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis. The research results show that independence (X1) has no significant negative effect on the intention to start a business (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the value of tcount (1.640) < ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.104 > 0.05 which means Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Motivation (X2) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest in starting a business (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the value of tcount (2.389)>ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, and entrepreneurial knowledge (X3) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest in starting effort (Y). The results of this study can be seen that the tcount (2.389) > ttable (1.985) with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 106.534 and Ftable is 2. 70 (106.534 > 2.70), and a significant value of 0.000 where p <0.05 so the F test result is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant influence between the variables. Independence, Motivation and Knowledge of Entrepreneurship simultaneously on the variable Interest in Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

There have been several human rights cases in several regions in Indonesia in recent years and the ripples of conflict that have accompanied them show that there are differences in interpretation of the principles and implementation of human rights among the community. In this case, it is necessary to formulate regulations on human rights that are good and universally applicable to all groups. This research aims to offer an ideal formulation of human rights regulation in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative method or also known as literature study. This research reveals findings as one of the problem solving in human rights issues. There are three things that must be promoted as a form of struggle in maintaining human rights in Indonesia, namely strengthening the values of Pancasila as a source of human rights values, the need for a common perception of the conception of the implementation of ideal human rights in Indonesia, and the idea of a human rights education movement among the community on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia telah berkembang dengan pesat. Bank syariah merupakan salah satu instrument yang digunakan untuk menegakkan aturan-aturan ekonomi Islam. PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jambi hadir sebagai Lembaga keuangan syariah untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada seluruh masyarakat Jambi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembiayaan modal usaha kecil/mikro dan konsumtif dengan layanan sesuai syariah Islam antara lain Akad Murabahah. Akad pembiayaan murabahah memiliki beberapa risiko yang dimungkinkan terjadi dari pihak nasabah, diantaranya ketika nasabah tidak bisa melakukan kewajibannya yaitu mengangsur disetiap bulannya, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis pembiayaan terlebih dahulu sebelum bank menyetujuinya. Berdasarkan resiko pembiayaan tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Faktor apa saja yang dinilai pada Agunan Dalam membuat Keputusan Pemberian Pembiayaan modal Kerja dengan akad Murabahah di PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jambi Hayam Wuruk 2? 2) Bagaimana penilaian terhadap agunan bagi Pembiyaan Murabahah dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah? 3)Apa saja Problema yang dihadapi dalam proses penilaian Agunan Dalam Pembiayaan Modal Kerja?. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif, dimana data yang diperoleh dari hasil studi pustaka, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penilaian jaminan di dasarkan atas  Nilai pasar (Market Value) yaitu perkiraan jumlah uang yang dapat diperoleh dari transaksi jual beli atau hasil penukaran suatu properti pada tanggal penilaian.
