Abstract

Identification in the use medicine in geriatric patient of hypertension with Beer's Criteria In inpatient installation of Ibnu Sina Makassar hospital period 2012. In this study aims to observe and report on the use of drugs included in the Beers criteria on the use medicine in geriatrics patients of hypertension in the inpatient of Ibnu Sina Makassar Hospital. This is an observational study with the following descriptive design through the entire medical record in geriatrics patients who suffer from hypertension of Ibnu Sina Hospital in Makassar. The results showed that the types of drugs included in the Beers criteriaare nifedipine (3.44%), alprazolam (44.82%), lorazepam (13.79%), diazepam (13.79), estazolam (6.89 %), metokloperamide (10.34%), and mefenamic acid (3.44%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mewujudkan produk LKPD yang valid dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 33 Negeri Katon. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) yang dilakukan dengan mengacu pada model desain Borg & Gall. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan hasil uji validitas pengembangan LKPD berbasis model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan menggunakan ahli materi memperoleh skor 79, ahli media dengan skor 80,8, ahli linguistik dengan skor 87,5 dan LKPD berbasis model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. siswa pada nilai pretest dan posttest dengan hasil perhitungan N-Gain kelas eksperimen berada pada kategori efektif.

Abstract

Background: Based on 2021 Ministry of Home Affairs data, there are 418.156 elderly people in Aceh Province. BPS data for Kota Banda Aceh  in2021 shows that there are 55.504 elderly people, and 1,041 elderly people are in Gampong Keuramat, Kuta Alam District, Kota Banda Aceh. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Social Group Activity Therapy (TAKS) on depression in the elderly in Gampong Keuramat, Kuta Alam District, Kota Banda Aceh. Method: This research is a Pre-Experimental Design. The population in this study were all elderly people who lived in Gampong Keuramat, Kuta Alam District, Kota Banda Aceh, totaling 1,041 people. The research sample was taken using the Accidental Sampling Technique. Data analysis used the statistical test of the Paired One Sample t-Test and the Chi-square test. Results: The results of the study showed that there was a difference between before and after carrying out Social Group Activity Therapy (TAKS) on depression in the elderly with a value of sig. (2-tailed)=0.000. The results of statistical tests using Chi-square also show that there is a relationship between the history of chronic disease (p-value:0.010) and family income (p-value:0.048) with depression in the elderly in Gampong Keuramat, Kuta Alam District, Kota Banda Aceh. Recommendation: It is recommended that health workers can further increase the role of Posyandu for the elderly, and also cross-sectoral cooperation, especially cooperation in improving the health status of the elderly, and minimizing diseases that occur in the elderly, as well as being more active in inviting the elderly to utilize the health facilities to maintain the health of the elderly.

Abstract

  This research aims to explore the relationship between library staff service behavior and user satisfaction at the MAN 2 Deli Serdang school using a qualitative approach. The research method involves selecting participants through purposive sampling techniques, collecting data through in-depth interviews and participant observation, thematic qualitative data analysis, and interpreting findings to describe the influence of service behavior on user satisfaction. The main findings highlight the importance of responsiveness to user needs, quality of information provided, friendliness, communication skills, and ability to solve problems as factors that influence user satisfaction. Practical implications of these findings include the importance of training and development of library staff to improve service quality and policy development to increase user satisfaction. This research makes an important contribution to the conceptual, practical, and theoretical understanding of the relationship between library staff service behavior and user satisfaction and emphasizes the importance of paying attention to these factors in improving library services in school environments.
