Abstract

The background of this research is to find out and analyze how to implement local wisdom-based character education management in developing local potential at MTs Nurul Fajri. This study uses a case study method with a type of qualitative research. Researchers use this type of qualitative research, because this type of qualitative research is a method that focuses on the involvement of the interpretation of researchers who try to interpret stakeholder behavior in a phenomenon that they experience. In this case, the application of local wisdom-based character education management in developing local potential at MTs Nurul Fajri shows that character education has such a big impact on stakeholders in the school environment. So that all stakeholders in the school environment are expected not only to learn and know about science, but also to be able to shape the personality of students who have character values based on local wisdom.

Abstract

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja staf tata usaha dalam melayani administrasi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Keliat Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan skala likert dengan jumlah sampel 20 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke 5 indikator tersebut yang tergolong rendah sebanyak 25% (5 guru), yang tergolong sedang sebanyak 55% (11 guru), yang tergolong tinggi sebanyak 20% (4 guru) dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang paling dominan adalah kategori sedang yang mana dengan persentase 55% (11 guru).

Abstract

This aarticle is motivated by how the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, the role of administration in improving administrative services there are 3 main points, namely: 1) Serving the implementation of operative work to achieve the goals of an organization 2) Providing information -information for the superiors of the leadership of the Organization so that they can make decisions or take appropriate actions 3) Assisting the smooth development of the organization as a whole. As for administrative services, namely an effort provided by the school to students to be more optimal and all joint efforts to utilize resources, both personal and material, effectively and efficiently in order to optimally support the achievement of goals. This study aims to determine the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. In this study, this study used several data collection techniques, including interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri that administrative staff plays an active role in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, but because there are still many things that need to be learned so that developments in its administrative services developed gradually.

Abstract

The computer is one of the electronic media that is widely used to facilitate human work in managing data and storing information (data storage) in a practical and efficient manner. In today's all-digital era, computer-based information and communication technology (ICT) is needed for all people, both adults and children. Information and communication technology greatly influences various aspects of life, including education, especially for children, who really need training and an introduction to information and communication technology so that it can help them in their daily academic activities at school. The purpose of this research is to introduce ICT and learning to operate Microsoft Word in grade 5 students at SDN 24 Gelumbang. With this activity, it is hoped that students will be able to operate computers and know the parts of the Microsoft Word application and how their use can help with schoolwork and improve abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pola Komunikasi Kepala Desa dalam mengurangi kriminalitas di Desa Srijaya Makmur Kecamatan Nibung Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi deskriptif. Melalui teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 1 orang informan kunci dan 2 informan pendukung. Data penelitian diperoleh lewat observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Desa melakukan komunikasi kepada Aparatur Desa dan kepada masyarakat secara langsung (face to face). Berlandasan pada teori yang dikemukakan oleh effendy bahwa pola komunikasi dibagi menjadi 4 jenis yaitu Pola komunikasi primer,sekunder, linier dan sirkuler. . Keempat pola komunikasi tersebut yang digunakan Kepala Desa dalam menyampaikan pesan atau informasi guna mengurangi tingkat kriminalitas di Desa Srijaya Makmur. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan Kepala Desa dalam mengurangi kriminalitas antara lain melakukan pendekatan secara personal terhadap masyarakat untuk mengetahui persoalan dan permasalahan yang dialami tiap masyarakat sehingga selalu mendapatkan perhatian yang bertujuan agar masyarakat tidak mengambil jalan yang salah dalam penyelesaian persoalan dan permaslahan yang dialami. melakukan perdekatan personal kepada tiap masyarakat yang bertujuan mengetahui persoalan tiap masyarakat sehingga meminimalisirnya tindakan-tindakan yang mengarah pada perbuatan kriminalitas. Kepala Desa juga membuat agenda rutin setiap hari senin Kepala Desa melakukan rapat untuk membahas masalah perkembangan Desa termasuk masalah kriminalitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pelayanan di Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah (BPPD) Kayuagung dengan memeriksa beberapa aspek kinerja pelayanan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan petugas pelayanan, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pelayanan di Kantor BPPD Kayuagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan di Kantor BPPD Kayuagung telah berjalan dengan baik dalam hal kedisiplinan petugas, ketaatan terhadap prosedur, standar pelayanan, kecepatan layanan, dan respons terhadap keluhan masyarakat. Namun, terdapat beberapa area yang memerlukan perbaikan, termasuk peningkatan pelatihan petugas, ketersediaan informasi yang lebih baik, dan optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar Kantor BPPD Kayuagung meningkatkan pelatihan petugas, meningkatkan ketersediaan informasi, memperkuat sistem monitoring dan evaluasi, serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas lingkup dengan mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek lain dari pelayanan publik dan melibatkan lebih banyak pihak terkait untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Badan Pengelola Pajak Daerah Kayuagung Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, serta untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan potensi permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi dalam pelaksanaan layanan tersebut. Dengan demikian, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat serta efektivitas pengelolaan pajak daerah di wilayah tersebut.
