Abstract

The more aspects of the job that suit the individual's wishes, the higher the level of satisfaction felt. Aspects that can increase job satisfaction are the provision of work benefits and good work discipline. This research aims to determine the effect of work allowances and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. Associative type research using Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. The population used in this study was all employees at the Bima Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office as many as 111 respondents, the sample in this study was 55 employees who had civil servant status at the Bima Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and continue with multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests. The results showed that work allowances and work discipline had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service. The sample in this research was 45 ASN employees with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study, data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously workload and motivation affect employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service.

Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga kerja mengacu pada penggunaan sumber daya secara ekstensif seperti 1sumber daya manusia, keterampilan1, material, modal8, teknologii, manajemene, organisasi dan energi, yang mengarah pada pengembangan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas peranan kemampuan kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 31 pegawai jabatan pegawai negeri sipil, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, teknik observasi, angket dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja dan sumber daya kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Bima.
