Abstract

Allocation of Village Funds is a balance of central and regional financial funds received by the Regency/City which in distribution is distributed to each village, namely at least 10% (ten percent). The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of Mojokerto Regent Regulation Number 27 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency, as well as to find out what factors influence the implementation of the Mojokerto Regent's policy Number 27 of 2021. . This writing describes and knows the problems being studied in this case, namely the evaluation of the Mojokerto Regency Regulation No. 27 of 2015 in the context of managing Village Fund Allocations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which describes the management of Village Fund Allocations in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency. By using data collection techniques through interviews with informants regarding the implementation of Village Fund Allocations, then comparing it with Mojokerto Regent Regulation Number 27 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Village Fund Allocations. Several factors influence the implementation of Village Fund Allocation management in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency, including internal factors, namely Executors, Mojokerto Regency Regulation No. 27 of 2021, Government Officials and external factors, namely Social, Political and Economic conditions. Keywords: Policy Implementation, Mojokerto Regency Regulation No. 27 of 2021. Abstract

PT Citi Asia Internasional (Citiasia Inc.) merupakan sebuah perusahaan konsultan manajemen dan pembangunan smart city yang memiliki visi untuk mendukung kemajuan pembangunan di Indonesia melalui Gerakan Indonesia Smart Nation yang telah digagas sejak tahun 2015 yang dijalankan oleh lini strategisnya Citiasia Center for Smart Nation (CCSN). Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, Citiasia Inc. membangun kemitraan dan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk dari pihak kementerian dan lembaga pemerintahan, serta organisasi internasional dan pemerintah daerah di Indonesia. Pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini PT Citiasia inc mengembangkan program Smart Cities & Smart enterprises: Solution & Innovation Development yang dirancang untuk melibatkan para mahasiswa dalam mengaplikasikan kompetensinya dengan berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan solusi dan menyelesaikan permasalahan perkotaan melalui pengembangan riset dan inovasi pintar yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi daerah maupun badan usaha di Indonesia, pada kesempatan tersebut penulis bergabung program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan PT Citiasia Inc menjadi intern Smart City Analyst yang di tugaskan untuk penyusunan Masterplan Smart City, Penyusunan paper dan Project lain perusahaan. Penulis telah menjalankan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat selama 20 minggu, di mana durasi waktu yang ditetapkan adalah mulai dari 8 Februari hingga 31 mei 2023. Selama 5 bulan tersebut, penulis mendapat beberapa soft skills, antara lain Analytical Skills, Time Managemen, Komunikasi, menulis paper, kerja sama tim, manajemen waktu, tanggung jawab, etika profesi, Terlibat dalam mengorganisir, mengarahkan, dan mengimplementasikan projek sesuai dengan waktu dan kualitas yang telah direncanakan.

Abstract

RSUD Sidoarjo memiliki kegiatan rutin untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan internal.Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan menanyakan harapan pelanggan internal atau yang dikenal dengan Survei Kepuasan dan Harapan Pelanggan Internal.Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan internal di RSUD Sidoarjo dalam upaya mengembangkan mutu pelayanan.Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internal RSUD Sidoarjo dianggap puas dengan kondisi unit kerja secara umum, puas dengan rekan kerja di sekitar pekerjaan, puas dengan pekerjaan pada posisi saat ini, puas dengan sistem penggajian, puas dengan kesempatan mendapatkan promosi, serta puas dengan supervisi. Adanya rasa puas dari pelanggan internal RSUD Sidoarjo diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya mengembangkan mutu pelayanan.

Abstract

Marriage is a permanent relationship between a man and a woman that isrecognized as valid by the community concerned based on the applicable marriage regulations. While child marriage is a marriage perfomed by a child who is 19 years old based on law number 16 of 2019 on marriage. Cases of marriage are very common in Bojonegoro district, where the majority of the population still thinks that marrying young is a must. Factors that affect child marriage are juvenile delinquency, lack of education, etc. This is a concern for the government, especially the Dinas for Womens Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning, Bojonegoro Regency and the community must help move together in preventing child marriage. From this explanation, this research examines the following problems: (1) how is the implementation of law number 16 of 2019 refarding marriage in Bojonegoro district?, (2) what factors influence the existence of child marriage ini Bojonegoro Regency?, (3) how are the efforts made by the Office to prevent child marriages based on law Number 16 of 2019 concerning marriage in Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study to determine the implementation oflaw No.16 of 2019 regarding marriage in Bojonegoro Regency, to find out the factors that affect child marriage in Bojonegoro, to find out the efforts made by DP3AKB so that child marriage does not occur based on law No.16 of 2019 concerining marriage. To achieve this goal, this study uses a descriptive qualitative type of research, namely describing the phenomena that occur. Data collection was done through observational interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the Office of Woman Empowerment for Child Protection and Family Planning in Bojonegoro regency has a fairly good responsiveness both to the prevention of child marriages such as the many efforts to make child marriage prevention programs. The effectiveness of the Implementation of Law No.16 of 2019 concerning marriage carried out by the DP3AKB of Bojonegoro Regency is quite good, however it is not yet fully effective becauses of the many factors that encourage child marriage it from the people of Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementing the KB Village program. In this study, the focus will be on what factors determine the process of implementing the KB village program. Broadly speaking, the KB Village program is an attempt by the central government through the BKKBN to move people to live a more prosperous and quality life. This study aims to describe the implementation of the KB Village program in Tegalsari District. This research method is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The population in this study was taken from 3 locations in the KB Village in Tegalsari District, Surabaya City. For the purposes of this research related to the establishment of Family Planning Counseling in Tegalsari District, the research was focused on KB Village, Tegalsari Sub-District (Malang Village), Dr. Sutomo (Pandegiling), Wonorejo Village. The results showed that the implementation of the KB Village program in Tegalsari District had gone well in terms of planning, coordination with the Kedungdoro Health Center in Surabaya, availability of infrastructure, contraceptives, and supervision. In addition, obstacles that need to be addressed are funding and PLKB personnel in the field. Therefore the implementation of the KB village program in Tegalsari District needs to be improved in the future. Keywords: Implementation, family planning, health center
