Abstract

Jumlah angka COVID-19 meningkat setiap harinya termasuk di Indonesia sejak kali pertama didapati di Wuhan, masyarakat ialah garda terdepan untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dengan menjalankan PHBS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 masyarakat Kelurahan Tangkahan Medan Labuhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 56 masyyarakat yang berdomisili di Kelurahan Tangkahan Medan Labuhan. Responden ditentukan dengan teknik non probability dengan total sampling  secara accidental sampling. Instrument yang dipakai yaitu kuesioner elektrik google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis chi-square yang dilampirkan secara univariat serta bivariat dengan melakukan pengujian Ods ratio dan p value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan p value 0,008 dan variable sikap dengan p value 0,004 terhadap variabel  perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 dengan OR = 0,125, warga dengan tingkatan pengetahuan tinggi mempunyai kecenderungan sebesar 0,125 kali memiliki perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 yang baik dibanding warga yang memiiki tingkatan pengetahuan rendah. Korelasi sikap OR = 0,061, warga dengan sikap positif mempunyai kecenderungan sebesar 0,061 kali memiliki aksi pencegahan COVID-19 yang lebih baik dibanding warga yang sikapnya negatif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat di Kelurahan Tangkahan Medan Labuhan. Diharapkan warga senantiasa meningkatkan kesadaran dan inisiatif untuk selalu menerapkan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the teacher career development program at MAN 2 Model Medan. The focus of this study is the madrasah's efforts to facilitate teachers in aspects of career development in the form of promotions, teacher performance-based promotions, and transfers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data were obtained using participant observation techniques, in-depth and specific interviews, and relevant document studies. Then, the data were analyzed through reduction techniques (data sorting), data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, the data is declared valid (valid) after going through the triangulation technique test of sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the teacher career development program at MAN 2 Model Medan has been effective and efficient. This is marked by 3 (three) aspects of the career development program, first, promotion, with the stages of obtaining certificates as needed, continuous professional development (PKB) for teachers, conducting classroom action research (CAR), and submitting rank proposals. Second, performance-based promotion as measured by the level of diligent, disciplined, and teacher dedication to the institution. Third, transfer, which gives teachers the opportunity to continue their studies and transfer to other institutions (such as being a lecturer at UIN North Sumatra Medan, an employee of the North Sumatra Ministry of Religion Regional Office, or the Head of Madrasah).

Abstract

The emergence of educational innovation in Indonesia is a creative and progressive response of leaders and experts and educators in implementing the national education system. The strategic role of planners, program implementers, and evaluators to respond to all internal and external changes requires a positive response to all events that shake managerial power, human resources, and organizational culture in schools, madrasas, and Islamic boarding schools to be able to carry out change or innovation. Because educational innovation necessitates a renewal in management, curriculum, learning technology with networks and modernization of educational facilities and infrastructure. This paper examines the idea of ​​the importance of Islamic education innovation in madrasas, pesantren and Islamic religious schools as a sub-system of national education.

Abstract

The policies applied by management in the learning environment are the most important thing in the learning process. Management of the learning environment itself is an activity related to facilities and infrastructure that connects student activities with the surrounding environment. Where students can carry out various activities, explore and be creative. Learning activities other than in class are very important, apart from not making children's mindset narrow, students must also be given learning in the form of an understanding of the wider environment. Abstract

Based on health profile data in the work area of the Tanjung Medan Community Health Center, Kampung Rakyat District, South Labuhanbatu (June 2019-June 2020), the number of cases of scabies sufferers was 352 cases. The areas where people living with scabies disease are prone to frequent flooding when it rains, because people live along rivers and are also densely populated, so this has resulted in a high number of cases of scabies.This study was conducted to determine the description of the incidence of scabies in the working area of PUSKESMAS Tanjung Medan, Kecamatan Kampung Rakyat.This study uses qualitative methods. The research informants were selected by using purposive sampling method. The criteria for the informants in this study were people who had or are currently suffering from scabies skin disease. Data were collected by in-depth interviews.The results showed the factors that influence the incidence of scabies such as personal hygiene, environmental sanitation, nutritional status, symptoms of scabies experienced, and health services at PUSKESMAS. In the aspect of personal hygiene, it is known how the informants' daily activities in carrying out personal hygiene. The personal hygiene of the community and, the environmental sanitation around the place where the community lives is still not good. It is also known that a poor diet has made supporting factors for the development of scabies continue to occur, in the community, so that people continue to experience symptoms such as itching and the appearance of red spots on the skin.

Abstract

The educational policy on supervision is intended to advance the dimensions of teaching and proper education in schools. The absence of good supervision can lead to inadequate preparation of educators with students' negative mentality towards schools and unpleasant school areasnot only that supervision is used to control instructive interactions in schools that turn the other way and avoid the flow. Schools are required to carry out guidelines for interesting supervisionan instructor (also called a teacher or in certain special circumstances, an instructor) is a person who helps others to secure information, skills or qualities. .in this study also discusses first, the concept of teachers and students; second, how important is school supervision pedagogy in the perceptions of teachers and students at school; third, factors that influence pedagogical supervision of teachers and students in schools; fourth, how bigteacher and student understanding of school supervision pedagogy. Kebijakan pendidikan tentang pengawasan dimaksudkan buat memajukan dimensi pengajaran serta pendidikan yang layak di sekolah. Ketiadaan pengawasan yang baik bisa menimbulkan minimnya persiapan pendidik dengan mentalitas negatif siswa terhadap sekolah serta area sekolah yang tidak menyenangkan. Tidak hanya itu pengawasan digunakan buat mengendalikan interaksi instruktif di sekolah yang berbelok ke arah lain serta menghindar dari jalan. Sekolah wajib melakukan pedoman buat pengawasan yang menarik. Seseorang instruktur (diucap pula seseorang guru ataupun, dalam kondisi spesial tertentu, seseorang instruktur) merupakan seseorang yang menolong orang lain buat mengamankan data, keahlian ataupun mutu.Pada penelitian ini juga membahas tentang pertama, Konsep dasar pengawasan sekolah terhadap supervisi pedagogi menururt persepsi guru dan siswa ; kedua, Seberapa pentingkah supervisi pedagogi pengawasan sekolah dalam persepsi guru dan siswa ; ketiga, Faktor yang mempengaruhi supervisi pedagogi terhadap persepsi guru dan siswa di sekolah ; keempat, Seberapa besar pemahaman guru dan siswa terhadap supervisi pedagogi pengawas sekolah.

Abstract

School management is related to whether or not school goals are achieved in accordance with the school’s vision and mission. Therefore, to achieve this goal the principal must have good humanitarian skills. Because the position of the headmaster is a determining factor, the driver of all sources in the school, he must be able to maximize all existing components so as to improve the quality of education as a school goal. The quality of education is something that must be achieved by every educational institution as a result of the learning process for students at school. In addition, Islamic Education must also be used as a benchmark in improving the quality of education which is the responcibility of the principal in carrying out is managerial effectiveness at school. The purpose of this study is to describe how the principal managerial leadership in improving the quality of Islamic Education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis show that the principal’s leadership in improving the quality of Islamic Education has run quite effectively and in accordance with school policies and planning. Manajemen sekolah berkaitan dengan tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan sekolah yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut kepala sekolah harus mempunyai kemampuan manajerial yang baik. Karena kedudukan kepala sekolah adalah sebagai faktor penentu, penggerak segala sumber yang ada di sekolah, maka ia harus mampu memaksimal segala komponen yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sebagai tujuan sekolah. Mutu pendidikan menjadi hal yang harus dicapai oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan sebagai hasil dalam proses pembelajaran bagi peserta didik di sekolah. Selain itu, Pendidikan Agama Islam juga harus dijadikan tolok ukur dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang menjadi tanggung jawab kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan keefektifan manjerialnya di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kepemimpinan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukanbahwa kepemimpinan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam telah berjalan cukup efektif dan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan perencanaan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi Bimbingan Orang Tua Terhadap Peserta Didik Untuk Mencapai Prestasi Belajar Dalam Administrasi Pendidikan. Metode Penelitian yang dipergunakan ialah kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan jurnal jurnal penelitian sebelumnya dan mengidentifikasi hasil jurnal tersebut satu persatu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa secara keseluruhan sudah tergolong sangat baik yang dapat dilihat dari orang tua mampu memberikan dorongan atau motivasi, membimbing belajar anak, memberi teladan yang baik, berkomunikasi yang lancar Untuk Mencapai Prestasi Belajar Dalam Perspektif Administrasi Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The standard of education in a nation has an effect on its progress. Through interaction between students, educators, and learning resources, education is a teaching and learning activity. The rest is influenced by the community and the environment around it, but these three main factors greatly influence the quality of education. It is hoped that every member of the educational staff and teaching staff will comprehend the significance of educational supervision in the learning process in order to support the improvement of education quality. so that each educator and education staff member can fulfill their supervisory duties in accordance with their rights and authority. It is anticipated that education will produce the nation's next generation with academic and non-academic potential to compete nationally and internationally. In Indonesia, education supervision serves to restore and improve the educational system. However, in practice, educational supervision still suffers from a number of flaws, including supervisors who have not been able to perform their responsibilities to the fullest, a lack of awareness of the significance of educational supervision to the creation of high-quality education, and a lack of infrastructure for educational supervision.. Abstract

Background: T2DM is a background for other diseases, one of which is hypertension. Hypertension can be triggered from T2DM through the mechanism of insulin resistance which then causes hyperinsulinemia, dyslipidemia, and hyperglycemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of blood sugar levels on hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at RSUD Rantauprapat.Methods: Quantitative research with an analytic cross-sectional approach conducted in December 2022-June 2023. There were 205 respondents aged 20-79 years who were taken through simple random sampling. Using data collection sheet instruments. With the analysis used is Univariate, bivariate (Chi-square), and Confounding Mantel Haenszel.Results: Chi-square analysis states that blood sugar levels are significantly associated with hypertension with OR 10.800 (95%CI: 5.410-21.560). Where the confounding analysis of Mantel Haenszel age, gender and occupation are confounding factors that affect blood sugar levels and hypertension with risk difference (OR>10%).Conclusion: The study states that there is an influence between blood sugar levels and hypertension. The government is expected to provide education to change the patient's unhealthy lifestyle so as not to lead to other complications.
