Abstract

In this study there are two variables namely X (Work Discipline) and Y (Employee Performance) variable. This research was conducted to determine the Performance of Employees and the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of analysis to discuss the identification of the problem of how the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta and analysis to discuss the problem identification of how much influence the Work Discipline has on the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero ) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The data used are primary data collected through observation, questionnaire methods, interviews, and library methods. To measure the effect of these variables used the validity test, the reliability equation regression test, the coefficient of determination, the validity test and the reliability test with the help of a computer application program SPSS 23.0 Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods namely the results of the validity test, the reliability test with valid and reliable results , Correlation Coefficient Test Results of 0.843 which means a strong and direct relationship between the independent variable (Work Discipline) with the dependent variable (Employee Performance). From the results of the Regression Analyst, the equation can be obtained, namely: Y = 5,960 + 0,842 X. So Y = Employee Performance, and X = Work Discipline. From the results of the calculation of the regression equation about the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta is having a positive or direct relationship between Work Discipline influencing Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research report aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on the quality of public performance, using quantitative descriptive research methods, and using primary data in the Bekasi City Education Office with 100 respondents as well as related school communities, then the data is processed using multiple regression analysis. The results state that there is a positive and significant relationship from the independent variables, namely work motivation and organizational culture, the dependent variable, namely the quality of public performance, this is quite good and needs to be improved again in order to improve education based on appropriate quality management and become a challenge to continue to innovate performance commitment in the field of education for the people of Bekasi City. Keywords: Motivation; Culture; Performance Quality. ABSTRAKLaporan penelitian mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap mutu kinerja  public, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian  deskriptif kuantitatif, dan menggunakan data primer di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi dengan 100 responden juga masyarakat sekolah terkait, lalu data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, Adapun hasil menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan dari variable bebas yaitu motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi variable terikat yaitu mutu kinerja publik, hal ini cukup baik dan perlu ditingkatkan Kembali guna meningkatkan Pendidikan yang berbasis pada manajemen mutu yang tepat dan menjadi tantangan  untuk terus melakukan inovasi komitmen kinerja dibidang Pendidikan untuk masyarakat Kota Bekasi. Kata kunci: Motivasi; Budaya; Mutu Kinerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalis pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Bata melalui citra merek sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada 100 konsumen sepatu Bata, yang berbelanja di Toko Sepatu Bata dalam satu tahun terakhir, penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Desember 2021 dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan public dimasa pandemic Covid-19 Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS Statistik dan melakukan observasi lapangan (field research) baik secara daring dan luring, dengan memakai metode modus selfadministered questionnaires yaitu penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dengan tatap muka kepada responden, sebanyak 80 responden sehingga ditemukan temuan masalah pada budaya dan kualitas pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, belum dilakukan maksimal, terutama melalui operasional baik tatap muka terbatas dan virtual, masih dijumpai pegawai yang absen bermasalah, regulasi belum sesuai, juga pegawai dalam ini harapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan secara maksimal, Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan menunjukan hubungan positif signifikan setiap variabel, bahwa budaya organisasi dan kualitas tetap dikedepankan dalam menjalankan aktivitas di masa pandemic Covid-19. Kata kunci: Budaya, Kualitas, Kepuasan. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence culture and quality had on public satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic, Bekasi City Education Office, using quantitative research methods using SPSS Statistics and conducting field research both online and offline, using the mode method. self-administered questionnaires, namely the distribution of questionnaires directly face-to-face to respondents, as many as 80 respondents so that the findings of problems in culture and quality at the Bekasi City Education Office have not been carried out optimally, especially through limited and virtual face-to-face operations, there are still employees who are absent with problems , regulations are not appropriate, also employees in this are expected to be able to increase satisfaction to the maximum, The results of the study show organizational culture and quality to satisfaction show a significant positive relationship for each variable, that organizational culture and quality of service p is prioritized in carrying out activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
