Abstract

The number of business interests nowadays, many people use flight services to reach distant areas and must be traveled by very complex flight services. Such conditions have resulted in a large number of airlines requiring flight attendants to service their passengers on the plane. So that the right method is needed to carry out the selection process for flight attendants, the ELECTRE method is one solution that can be done for the flight attendant's selection process. The results obtained from the selection process of flight attendants without a score, because they have used the elimination process through threshold concordance and threshold discordance as follows, out of nine candidates for flight attendants who have passed the selection are flight attendants-3, flight attendants-6 and flight attendants-7, while others are not acceptable. So that through the results of the selection that has been done with the collaboratin AHP and ELECTRE method, by seeing the results obtained from aggregate matrices dominant.

Abstract

Abstrak - Media Pembelajaran mempunyai peranan penting dalam menentukan prestasi belajar siswa. Tersedianya media pembelajaran yang memadai akan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang paling efektif dapat digunakan dalam membantu pembelajaran adalah komputer. Komputer merupakan  media pembelajaran yang dewasa ini menjadi media utama dalam proses belajar mengajar. dengan mengoptimalkan peran dan fungsi komputer, pembelajaran akan mudah dilaksanakan dengan efektif dan efisien yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Salah satu sekolah yang memanfaatkan komputer sebagai media pembelajaran adalah  Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) Mathlaul Anwar Sidowaluyo Sidomulyo Lampung Selatan Lampung. Penelitian berbasis kuantitatif ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh dari media pembelajaran berbasis komputer terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.  Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden berjumlah 50 orang siswa  dengan melakukan observasi menggunakan  metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Sementara untuk pengolahan data, peneliti  menggunakan program software SPSS 21. Dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan akan  diketahui mengenai variabel 1) kriteria  kesesuain dengan materi, 2) tampilan program, dan  3) kualitas teknisnya. Berdasarkan ketiga variabel tersebut akan diketahui variabel mana yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dan variebel mana  yang tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Komputer, Prestasi Belajar, SiswaAbstract - Learning media has an important role in determining student achievement. The availability of adequate learning media will be able to improve student learning achievement. One of the most effective learning media that can be used in assisting learning is computers. Computers are learning media which are currently the main media in the teaching and learning process. By optimizing the role and function of computers, learning will be easily carried out effectively and efficiently which in turn can improve student learning achievement. One school that uses computers as a learning medium is Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) Mathlaul Anwar Sidowaluyo Sidomulyo Lampung Selatan Lampung. This quantitative-based research was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of computer-based learning media on student learning achievement. The method of data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents by making observations using multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, for data processing, researchers used the SPSS 21 software program. From data processing carried out, it will be known about the variables 1) criteria for conformity with the material, 2) program appearance, and 3) technical quality. Based on these three variables, it will be known which variables have a positive and significant effect on student achievement and which variables do not have a positive and significant effect on student achievement.Keywords: Learning Media, Computer, Learning Achievement, Students

PT . POS INDONESIA Jakarta business area IV is a big company engaged in the field of services and has many parts . In each section consists of many employees Here the authors see with so many personnel will require good attendance system . Once the authors refer to the attendance is there still using signatures attendance . Trying authors using the waterfall method to see how to analyze the existing problems in the existing manual attendance at these services firm by interviewing and questioning the assistant manager of human resources services and direct observation of activities studied . Here can be seen at the time of manufacture rekab absent very time consuming lama.Setelah the author tries to design phase , here the authors use a tool that is a data flow diagram data for designing how the system of making data flow information needed for absentee company 's services . So did the author use to design normalized tables and fields are required for building information systems absentee PT . Pos Indonesia Jakarta Region IV effort . In attendance system will be able to see out the inclusion of employees with more detail , as well as the human resources department to see employee who is absent at the desired date and can see the recap missed months with very clear that recap absent sick , do not get in , overtime with very precise , accurate and fast . So that reporting to the other parts that need to be very fast tersajinya attendance reporting . With the absence of this information system will help a lot of PT . Pos Indonesia Jakarta Region IV businesses and can help managers to make decisions to improve the performance of the company employees

Abstract

The level of defects in a software will always be linear with the quality of the resulting software. In the development process, developers need to predict the level of defects in a software to produce better software. In this study, the Particle Swarm optimization (PSO) method was used to optimize the data at the preprocessing stage, the Random Over Sampling (ROS) method to balance the classes in the dataset and the ensemble technique to maximize the performance of the J48 algorithm. The dataset used in this study uses the PROMISE repository dataset. The results showed that the integration of the PSO+ROS+J48+Bagging algorithm resulted in an average accuracy value of 92.378% and an AUC value of 0.924. This shows that the combination of PSO, ROS and J48 methods with Bagging Technique is feasible to be used as an algorithm to predict the defect level of a software

Abstract

Abstract: Currently, the culinary business is increasingly competitive, thus requiring every company to have a strategy to increase its sales. However, to overcome the competition, not only mastering the strategy, the processing of raw materials is also very important. The Bebek Mas Gendut Restaurant in Bogor is one of the food restaurants favored by all people, where the process of making the food menu is made by the restaurant's employees. So this restaurant manages food from raw materials to finished ingredients. However, sometimes there is a problem, namely that consumers often feel disappointed because when they place an order, the food turns out to be out of stock. This is due to a lack of information from the kitchen and warehouse department. In the process of procuring raw materials, there are often errors in managing data to make reports on raw materials because the current system still uses manual recording in a ledger that is backed up using Microsoft Excel. Therefore, as a solution to these problems, the authors use the method of observation and interviews as a method of data collection and Prototype as a method of software development. In addition, the author uses UML diagrams as a depiction of the system to be made. This Raw Material Inventory Information System can facilitate users in the process of inputting data, managing reports, and receiving information quickly and accurately, so as to minimize errors. Keywords: Information systems, inventory, raw materials, prototypes,UML Abstrak: Saat ini bisnis kuliner semakin pesat persaingan, sehingga mengharuskan setiap perusahaan harus memiliki strategi dalam meningkatkan penjualannya. Akan tetapi, untuk mengatasi persaingan tidak hanya menguasai strategi saja, pegolahan bahan baku juga sangat penting. Rumah Makan Bebek Mas Gendut Bogor merupakan salah satu restoran makanan yang disukai oleh semua kalangan yang mana proses pembuatan menu makanannya dibuat oleh karyawan rumah makan tersebut. Sehingga restoran ini mengelola makanan dari bahan mentah menjadi bahan jadi. Namun terkadang terdapat permasalahan yaitu sering kali para konsumen merasa kecewa karena pada saat melakukan order makanan ternyata sudah habis. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya informasi dari pihak dapur dan bagian gudang. Pada proses pengadaan bahan baku sering terdapat pula terjadinya kesalahan dalam mengelola data untuk membuat laporan bahan baku dikarenakan sistem yang ada pada saat ini masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dalam buku besar yang di back up menggunakan microsoft excel. Oleh karena itu, sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data dan Prototype sebagai metode pengemangan software. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan diagram UML sebagai penggambaran sistem yang akan dibuat. Sistem Informasi Persediaan Bahan Baku ini dapat memudahkan user dalam proses penginputan data, mengelola laporan, dan penerimaan informasi secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan. Abstract

ABSTRACT - Management of human resources (HR) of a company has an impact on the critical aspects of the work success of the company. Employees are the most important assets owned by the company in its efforts to maintain survival, develop, the ability to compete and make a profit. One of the most important in managing human resources (HR) in a company is the selection of the best employees to rise to the Unit Head position. But in fact PT FIFGROUP is still not optimal in the implementation of the best employee appraisal this is due to the unavailability of media that can process employee appraisals and provide recommendations in employee appraisals. Promotion of position is important because it is the rejuvenation of each position so that it is occupied by employees who have suitable evaluation criteria for the position. In selecting for appointment with the Simple Additve Weighting (SAW) method, it can be a solution in the appointment that is done by PT FIFGROUP. From the results of calculations using the Simple Additve Weighting (SAW) method, the employee named Rizky Aulizar got a percentage value of 98.36% which is only 4.52% different from Wahyuitna Irawan who was ranked second with a percentage value of 93.84%.Keywords: HR, SAW, Employee, Appointment Position ABSTRAK - Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dari suatu perusahaan sangat berdampak pada aspek penentu keberhasilan kerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Karyawan merupakan aset terpenting yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam usahanya mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup, berkembang, kemampuan untuk bersaing serta mendapatkan laba.Salah satu yang terpenting dalam menajeman sumber daya manusia (SDM)  di suatu perusahaan adalah pemilihan karyawan terbaik untuk naik ke jabatan Unit Head. Namun pada kenyataanya  PT FIFGROUP masih belum optimal dalam pelaksanaan penilaian  karyawan terbaik hal ini disebabkan oleh belum tersedianya media yang dapat memproses penilaian karyawan dan memberikan rekomendasi dalam penilaian karyawan. Promosi jabatan merupakan hal yang penting karena hal tersebut merupakan peremajaan setiap  posisi jabatan agar diduduki oleh karyawan yang memiliki kriteria penilaian yang cocok untuk menduduki jabatan tersebut. Dalam menyeleksi untuk pengangkatan jabatan dengan metode Simple Additve Weighting (SAW) dapat menjadi solusi dalam pengangkatan jabatan yang dlakukan oleh PT FIFGROUP. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additve Weighting (SAW), karyawn yang bernama Rizky Aulizar mendapatkan persentase nilai sebesar 98,36% yang hanya berbeda 4,52% dari Wahyuitna Irawan yang berada diperingkat kedua dengan persentase nilai sebesar 93,84%.Kata Kunci: SDM, SAW, Karyawan, Pengangkatan Jabatan

Abstract

Pada bisnis perhotelan, aplikasi Hospitality bukan hal yang baru, tetapi sudah digunakan oleh kebanyakan hotel. Aplikasi Hospitality sangat membantu dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan memudahkan pekerjaan sehingga pekerjaan lebih efisien dan efektif. Pada suatu hotel, aplikasi Hospitality digunakan oleh hampir semua karyawan mulai dari level bawah sampai dengan level atas. Dengan penggunaan aplikasi Hospitality karyawan terbantu dan dipermudah dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan pekerjaannya dalam mengolah data transaksi sampai dengan pembuatan laporan. Banyaknya penggunaan aplikasi Hospitality memunculkan kebutuhan terhadap  evaluasi aplikasi Hospitality. Pada penelitian ini analisa aplikasi dengan Metode Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) sehingga menghasilkan point usability Content, Organization, and Readability sebesar 0,79 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Good”. Kemudian perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability Navigation and Links sebesar 0,78 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Good”. Begitu juga dengan perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability User Interface Design sebesar 0,86 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent”. Terakhir perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability Performance and Effectiveness sebesar 0,85 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent”.
