Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran neuroticism sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara sensitivitas atasan dengan perilaku kerja kontraproduktif-organisasi. Karyawan menunjukkan perilaku kerja kontraproduktif yang tinggi, indikatornya adalah datang terlambat, menggunakan waktu kerja untuk kepentingan pribadi, memperpanjang waktu istirahat melebihi yang ditentukan. Perilaku kerja kontraproduktif merupakan perilaku sukarela yang melanggar norma/aturan organisasi atau aturan anggota-anggotanya, atau keduanya. Sensitivitas atasan yaitu perilaku memahami, perasaan tulus, dan kesiapan menolong yang ditunjukan oleh atasan kepada bawahannya. Neuroticism yaitu suatu kecemasan, tidak aman, kesadaran diri, dan temperamental, dengan dasar perilaku seperti cemas, gelisah, dan ketakutan yang tidak rasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 123 partisipan. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk analis data yaitu descriptive statistic untuk mengetahui gambaran masing-masing variabel, parametrik pearson untuk menguji matriks korelasi, serta Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk menguji peran neuroticism sebagai moderator. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah neuroticism belum terbukti dapat berperan sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antara sensitivitas atasan dengan perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Kata kunci: Perilaku kerja kontraproduktif, sensitivitas atasan, neuroticismThis study aims to determine the role of neuroticism as a moderator in the relationship between the sensitivity of the superiors and counterproductive-organizational work behavior. Employees exhibiting highly counterproductive work behavior, where the indicators include arriving late, using work time for personal gain, extending breaks over specified time period. Counterproductive work behavior is a voluntary behavior that violates organizational norms / rules or the rules of its members, or both. The sensitivity of the superiors includes understanding behavior, sincere feelings, and readiness to help shown by superiors to subordinates. Neuroticism is an anxiety, insecurity, self-awareness, and temperamental, with basic behaviors such as anxious, restless, and irrational fear. The sample in this study are 123 participants. Sampling techniques used is simple random sampling. The method used for data analysis is descriptive statistics to describe each variable, Pearson parametric to test the correlation matrix, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the role of neuroticism as a moderator. The result of this study is that neuroticism has not been proven to be able to act as a moderator in the relationship between the sensitivity of superiors and counterproductive work behavior.Keywords: counterproductive work behavior, sensitivity of the superiors, neuroticism

Abstract

The number of business interests nowadays, many people use flight services to reach distant areas and must be traveled by very complex flight services. Such conditions have resulted in a large number of airlines requiring flight attendants to service their passengers on the plane. So that the right method is needed to carry out the selection process for flight attendants, the ELECTRE method is one solution that can be done for the flight attendant's selection process. The results obtained from the selection process of flight attendants without a score, because they have used the elimination process through threshold concordance and threshold discordance as follows, out of nine candidates for flight attendants who have passed the selection are flight attendants-3, flight attendants-6 and flight attendants-7, while others are not acceptable. So that through the results of the selection that has been done with the collaboratin AHP and ELECTRE method, by seeing the results obtained from aggregate matrices dominant.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini sudah merambah ke segala aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah aspek pendidikan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri dengan hadirnya teknologi informasi, sangat mendorong kemajuan informasi di bidang pendidikan. Pengelolaan sistem informasi yang berkaitan dengan dunia pendidikan menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisiensi. Sistem pengolahan data yang baik akan mempengaruhi hasil informasi yang tepat, cepat dan akurat sehingga pemimpin instansi pendidikan dapat mengambil keputusan yang dapat membawa kemajuan bagi instansi pendidikan dibawah kepemimpinannya. Rancangan sistem ini menghasilkan aplikasi SIPSIBA (Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru) dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang menyertakan tools sistem yaitu data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD) dan logical relational structure (LRS). Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan merancang user interface aplikasi SIPSIBA yang user friendy akan memudahan user dalam penggunaannya.

Abstract

Minimum Spanning Tree is spanning tree with minimum weigth. There are algorithms was used to get MST, include Kruskal’s Algorithm and Prim’s Algorithm. But all of that just give one solution, although MST problems have many solution. The ways to get all of MST from a simple weighted connected graph G can do by: the first, decide reference MST, is one of MST from G. Then choose all edges of graph G which use in MST. Futhermore decide equivalen class from every edges in graph G is not contained in reference MST with less weight or equal maximum weight in reference MST and decide choosen subset. Combinating choosen subset so getting all of MST from random simple weighted connected graph. There are two special criteria in decision all MST of simple weighted connected graph, are decision all MST with combine choosen edge is not make cycle and decision all MST with combine choosen edge make cycle. The purposes are counting and getting all MST which formed by a random simple weighted connected graph.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi di SMA N 1 Wadaslintang proses pembelajararan masih didominasi guru, ini membuat siswa pasif sehingga hasil belajar rendah. Upaya mencapai kompetensi pembelajaran adalah melakukan perbaikan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Role playing. Permasalahan: (1) apakah keaktifan siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar?, (2) bagaimana respon/tanggapan siswa dengan penerapan model Role Playing?. Tujuan: (1) mengetahui aktifitas siswa yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, (2) mengetahui respon/tanggapan siswa terhadap model Role Playing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus dua kali pertemuan dan beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi: keaktifan siswa, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa. Siklus I aktifitas siswa sebesar 57,82% (cukup aktif), rata-rata nilai hasil belajar 72 ketuntasan klasikal 68,18% dan respon siswa 64,58% (positif). Siklus II keaktifan siswa menjadi 78,9% (aktif), rata-rata nilai hasil belajar 84 ketuntasan klasikal 95,45% dan respon siswa meningkat menjadi 77,56% (positif). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) meningkatnya keaktifan siswa dengan model pembelajaran Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, (2) respon/tanggapan siswa menunjukan respon positif selama proses pembelajaran. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Pembelajaran menggunakan model role playing dapat disesuaikan dengan materi yang ada dengan catatan guru harus menerangkan terlebih dahulu materi yang akan dipelajari, (2) model pembelajaran role playing memerlukan penguasaan materi yang baik jadi sebelum melakukan proses role playing disarankan siswa lebih banyak membaca materi agar proses pembelajaran lebih aktif. Based on observation, economic teacher at SMA N 1 Wadaslintang implement teacher center learning, student being pasive and student achievement was low. Apply Role playing learning method can fix the problem of low student achievement. The problems are ;(1)could student acvities on role playing method increase student achievement?, (2)How are student responses about role playing method?. The purposed are :(1)to define student acvities on role playing method increase student achievement,(2)to describe student responses about role playing method. This class action reaseacrh, use 2 cyclus. Each cyclus consist of planing, action, observation and reflection. Researcher found datas, consist of: student learning activity based on observation paper, post test result and questionnaire student responses at the last meeting. Cycles I result show activity of students at 57.82% mean of student achievement are 72 with classical achievement 68.18% and student responses hits 64.58% in the positive criteria. Cycles II result show activity of students at 78.9% mean of student achievement are 84 with classical achievement 95.45% and student responses hits 77.56% in the positive criteria. The conclusion are: (1) increasing of student activity has impact to add student achievement, (2) observation of class learning activity shown positive result. Suggestions relating to the results of this study are: (1) teachers can apply role playing to improve student achievement in case, teacher should present outline of materials. (2) students are advised to read a material to more actively explore the imagination and respond positively to the process of learning.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) ILMATE merupakan unit kerja di Kementerian Perindustrian yang mengelola bidang industri logam, mesin, alat transportasi dan elektronika. Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja pada Direktorat Jenderal ILMATE merupakan pegawai yang diterima berdasarkan hasil seleksi ketat dari beberapa kandidat dan setelah diterima masih diperlukan pembinaan pegawai sehingga proses monitoring dan evaluasi menggunakan sistem penilaian yang objektif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kali ini berpusat pada penilaian kinerja pegawai yang dianggap belum maksimal karena masih bersifat subjektif dimana penilaian diambil berdasarkan penilai interpersonal pejabat penilai dan hasil dari penilaian ini akan berpengaruh bagi PNS dari segi promosi kenaikan jabatan dan kenaikan gaji secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi SI-PKP (Sistem Informasi-Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai) yang memudahkan dalam sistem penilaian PNS pada Ditjen ILMATE dimana penilai dapat bersikap secara objektif dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga diharapkan tidak merugikan PNS dalam hal penilaian kinerja personal. Dalam rancang bangun aplikasi SI-PKP ini, peneliti menggunakan model waterfall yang terdiri dari System Requirements Analysis, Design, Code Generation, Testing, Support And Maintenance.

Abstract

The results of the study show that sustainable agricultural land protection as an effort to realize food self-sufficiency has problems based on Regional Regulation No. 17 of 2016 concerning the Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land. Boyolali Regency implementation of sustainable agricultural land protection as an effort to realize food self-sufficiency has only arrived at the location identification stage and the existence of a regional regulation that regulates it. The location identification carried out by Bappeda in 2016 resulted in a Spatial Planning for Sustainable Agriculture Land Protection document, but until now it has not been confirmed in the form of regional regulations. So that the next activity process cannot be carried out optimally, such as control and supervision activities that have not been maximized despite having the Boyolali District Regulation Number 17 of 2016 concerning the Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land. The strategy that needs to be taken to achieve sustainable agricultural land protection as an effort to realize food independence in Bupatei Regency is from an ecological aspect. This shows that the protection of sustainable agricultural land is closely related to environmental sustainability. The main priority efforts are soil and water conservation, because the impact of soil damage does not directly affect agricultural production, but without conservation efforts, high agricultural land productivity and agricultural enterprises will not be sustainable. Abstract

There are several factors that can affect student activity during the teaching and learning process. From preliminary observations found that SMK Karanganyar Wikarya does not yet have adequate facilities to support teaching and learning activities. The problem in this study is the level of student activity that is very low. The population in this study were all students of class XI Department of Office Administration Vocational School Wikarya Karanganyar which numbered 40 students. Researchers took a whole sample from the population because of the small population of 40 students. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables namely Parental Attention, Learning Facilities, Teacher Creativity while the dependent variable was Student Activity. Data collection method is done by Questionnaire / Questionnaire. The data analysis method uses regression analysis with SPSS tools. The results showed partially the parent's attention variable (X1) and teacher creativity (X3) did not significantly influence the student activeness variable (Y). while the Learning Facilities (X2) significantly influence the student activity variable (Y). The magnitude of R² variable parents' attention, learning facilities, and teacher creativity did not affect student activity, which was only 14.3% and the rest was influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the results of research that has been done, the suggestion that can be given is SMK Karanganyar Wikarya should improve facilities to be more adequate.
