Abstract

The role and presence of technology today is very much needed, especially for companies engaged in the service sector. Computerized systems and integrated with other systems will greatly help support the company's wheels and be able to compete with other companies. PT Asta Pilar Gemilang Jakarta is currently still running a manual system in recruiting its employees, so the process from initial recruitment to employee selection takes a long time, and information on the availability of existing job vacancies is only through word of mouth (MOM). The best solution to the existing problems is by designing a web-based employee recruitment information system. Applicants can immediately send and fill out their profiles to the system provided, so that companies will be able to see applicants' data in real time and can immediately select and provide information to applicants. This system is built with the Waterfall system development method, and is designed responsively through bootstrap technology, for system devices using UML with the PHP programming language and MySQL database to accommodate data. With this system is expected to provide convenience, effectiveness and efficiency for companies in providing a decision and comfort for job seekers.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today is making changes to all aspects of life. Every second of it always us to see and feel its development, especially software that became the main focus. It also followed the development of hardware that is always also a supporting factor. Development of Internet technology that is faster and more users now become a leading-edge technology to deliver things, like send and retrieve media files or documents such as text, video, images, etc. The Internet is also used to convey information, exchange data, media communication between users worldwide. In this paper, the authors use the waterfall model to resolve the existing problems in the agency management team in terms of registration of new artists by applying several stages and procedures. Waterfall method has several steps to resolve the problem include the planning, analysis, design, implementation or application, testing and maintenance is expected to resolve the existing problems in the artist agency Management Team. Abstract

The development of technology and information is very helpful in an organization. Extracurricular organizations in Malaka Vocational High School Jakarta in the registration information system still use manual system or not yet computerized, it caused the lack of effective and efficient registration information. So the need for information system registration extracurricular effective and efficient with computerized a system using a website-based, to help facilitate the management of registration information and extracurricular data member. To develop an extracurricular registration information system using waterfall method. The test results show that the information system capable of conducting online extracurricular registration process can be effective and efficient.

Abstract

The Indonesian Supreme Court Archives and Documentation Sub-Section requires an information system that supports and provides satisfactory services for archivists, because the current system is still operated conventionally and has not been computerized. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia as a judicial institution that applies a modern judicial body, currently records management is still using the manual method, namely by using paper. This can cause several problems including corrupted or lost archive data and spending a lot of time in the process of collecting new records. The best solution is to design a web-based archiving information system using the waterfall method, using several web-based application processing software. Hopefully this is the Supreme Court Archives and Documentation Sub Division of the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Court that is easier to collect data on archives and prevent lost or damaged data. Archive staff also benefit from this system because it will reduce the time to find the required records.

Abstract

Saat ini PT. Indovisual Presentatama dalam hal menangani sistem manajemen untuk proyek-proyek yang sudah dilaksanakan saat ini masih bersifat manual dengan menggunakan metode yang dapat dikatakan belum terstruktur dengan baik, sehingga dalam beberapa hal sangat menyulitkan untuk dilaksanakannya tracking (pelacakan) dokumentasi proyek-proyek tersebut.  Untuk sebuah proyek multimedia idealnya diperlukan sebuah manajemen dalam rangka mengatur agar proyek tersebut berjalan sesuai rencana, target dan sesuai harapan.  Untuk hal itu sangat diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan dokumentasi secara terstruktur, sehingga dengan sebuah sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi maka diharapkan dapat memudahkan perencanaan dan implementasi sebuah proyek multimedia pada PT. Indovisual Presentatama.  Oleh karena itu sebuah solusi sistem terkomputerisasi berbasis web atau online kami rasa dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut, mengapa berbasis web, karena sistem akan mudah untuk diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun, basis data dapat dikelola secara cloud computing (komputasi awan) hal tersebut untuk meminimalisir kehilangan data-data serta dapat dengan mudah untuk dilakukan backup data.

Abstract

Export-import activities in this modern era increasingly make it easier for export-importers. Such is the case with the recording of import data at the computerized Customs and Excise Customs Office (KPBC). Make it easy for export-importers to monitor the export-import of their goods. And also other service providers that are interrelated in the export-import process. They have computerized the data, then informed it through the website. So as a service user it is easier to find information related to their export-import goods. In this research a web-based information system is designed. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of users to find information and determine the decisions that will be taken next. Because quick decision making will save costs and make performance more effective and efficient at PT. Samudra Permata Motokarz in the implementation of export-import. And data that has been stored in the database can be an archive that is not easily lost and easy to find in the future if needed.

Abstract

At this time the advancement of technology is so very fast. Almost all sectors of life take advantage of these technological advances. From the fields of economy, education, to the field of government, there is no exception for lower-level government services, namely the Rukun Tetangga who can also take advantage of this technological advancement in their services. In the neighborhood of RT 007, the services provided are still manual, for this reason, a design for the creation of a citizen information system that helps in the service process will be carried out. Making this website application uses the Rapid Application Development method in its development and this application is also built using the Codeigniter 3 framework and website-based Bootstrap. To build this system the programming languages used are HTML, PHP, JAVASCRIPT and CSS. This website application that was built aims to make it easier for residents to submit cover letters, make it easier to share RT cash financial information, and also make it easier for Leader RT to make reports. Tests carried out by this application use Black Box Testing which is centered on the input process or input only.

Abstract

Kredit koperasi adalah penyedia dana untuk transaksi pinjam meminjam atas persetujuan dan kesepakatan antara pihak koperasi dengan nasabahnya, serta mewajibkan peminjam untuk membayar hutang dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pembatasan kredit di koperasi belum menemukan cara yang paling sesuai, karena koperasi belum mempunyai analis kredit yang handal seperti perbankan dan selama ini koperasi hanya melakukan pendekatan secara personal dan survei lapangan. Klasifikasi data mining dengan model Naive Bayes, Optimize Weights dan Stratified dilakukan dengan pengujian-pengujian yang terukur melalui uji AUC dan ROC dengan bantuan Rapidminer. Hasilnya setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan model Naive Bayes ternyata menghasilkan accuracy= 66.27%, precision= 66.45%, recall= 94.39% dan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan model Naive Bayes, Optimize Weights dan Stratified menghasilkan accuracy= 86.67%, precision= 89.47%, recall= 89.47%. artinya accuracy pengujian dengan menggunakan model Naive Bayes, Optimize Weights dan Stratified masih baik dan dapat dijadikan salah satu pedoman untuk deteksi pemberian kredit pada koperasi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan model Naive Bayes bukan satu-satunya untuk deteksi pemberian kredit koperasi, melainkan masih banyak model klasifikasi data mining yang kemungkinan hasilnya akan berbeda.

Abstract

The current industry will not escape the role of suppliers to support their needs, especially the provision of consumptive products. The company cooperates not only with one partner or supplier, but to provide satisfaction to customers with the variety of products sold and from the price of the products offered, the company establishes relationships with many partners or suppliers. Currently in the selection process the selection of partners is still carried out in a simple manner, as long as partners can still send the required products, they are considered capable and worthy to be business partners. This study wants to prove and test the feasibility of several partners or alternatives using the Electre method. The criteria include delivery time, production capacity, discounted prices, payment terms and quality of goods. The partners or suppliers are manufacturers of industrial machines that have products with similar functions, only slightly different in features and product brands. The number of data tested was 5 partners to compare the feasibility level. The method used is by using the ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Reality) method, the stages include Normalizing the Decision Matrix, Weighting the Normalized Matrix, Determining the Concordance and Discordance Sets on the Index, Calculating Concordance and Discordance Matrices, Calculating the Concordance Dominant Matrix and Discordance, Determining the Aggregate Dominance Matrix and Elimination of Less Favorable Alternatives. The final results obtained from the 5 alternatives tested showed that alternatives A1, A2, and A5, were alternatives that were considered feasible to be made permanent partners as product suppliers to the company.

Abstrak - Perancangan sistem pakar penyakit mata ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada para penderita penyakit mata yang masih awam tentang gejala - gejala apa saja yang mungkin dapat dirasakan serta segera mengetahui jenis penyakit mata yang di derita dan dapat langsung berkonsultasi dengan dokter serta dapat segera di tanggulangi.
