Abstract

One of the important components in the education system to measure success, and the performance of the learning process is assessment activities. The importance of assessment in the learning process can be used as a benchmark for improving the quality of education where teachers are able to integrate Islamic values into it. The purpose of this research is to explain how to develop a mathematical communication ability test instrument that is integrated with religious values. This research method is the ADDIE model development research method. The research was tested at one of the Madrasah Aliyah in Tulungagung. The data collection technique uses a description test to solve ten math questions about the inverse function material. Data analysis uses validity, reliability, strength, and difficulty. The results of this study indicate that the social essay test instrument measures mathematical communication skills integrated with Islamic values of high school students with the results of 7 items being valid and reliable and 3 items being deleted (invalid). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Islamic integrated mathematical communication ability test that has been developed is stated to be valid, reliable, has good discriminating power, and a moderate level of item difficulty
