Good communication ethicswill build trust customer, strengthen reputation company, and improve loyalty consumer. Besides that's ethics positive communication as well factor towing for candidate Gen-Z employees who are looking environment quality and practical work values ethics. An understanding company mark important ethics communication in build culture inclusive and respectful company diversity will interesting talents best in competition get power quality work. In the digital age, messages and information can spread with fast through social media and other online platforms. because tha , business must very be careful with ethics communication them, avoid practices that don't ethical, and caring reputation them to stay positive .

Abstract

Development is a very important thing to do in every region, including the source of regional development funds, namely the role of hotel taxes and restaurant taxes. Infrastructure is the most strategic infrastructure in the development process of a region, influencing economic activities and providing various other infrastructure. Inefficient development can cause socioeconomic decline and social adequacy. Regional taxes function as development funds, including road infrastructure. Independence and original regional income influence and help ensure that regional income is good for managing regional households and improving the regional economy. One of the drivers of development in the city of Medan is hotel and restaurant taxes, therefore the author really wants to research more deeply regarding the extent to which regional development has been optimized from hotel and restaurant taxes.

Abstract

Abstrak Dengan pengungkapan dan analisis data, konteksnya akan mengarah pada studi kasus Strategi Dan Program Pemasaran Global. Penulis juga akan menjelaskan mengapa unsur mutu produk bisa menjadi begitu penting dalam Pemasaran global. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengolahan dan pengumpulan data. Data penelitian yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari jurnal online berdasarkan topik pembahasan. Sederhananya, pengaruh strategi dan budaya sangat penting karena memungkinkan keberhasilan besar atau kegagalan total. Kerugian bukan berasal dari berwirausaha, kerugian adalah bagian dari kehidupan. Jika peneliti lain hanya melakukan penelitian teoretis, mereka tidak dapat mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan secara penuh. Dalam hal ini, penulis sangat kompeten dan profesional. Sebagai sistem perdagangan internasional, standar mutu mampu mempengaruhi pasar global. Dari segi kemampuan pemasaran, pemahaman dan pengenalan aspek budaya dapat dikatakan sangat baik, karena selalu bertanggung jawab atas hasilnya.
