Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that is mostly caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis germs.This disease generally causes signs and symptoms that vary greatly in each sufferer, ranging from asymptomatic to very acute symptoms. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) at Manguharjo Madiun Lung Hospital in 2023. The research design used in this study is Descriptive. The population in this study was all outpatients diagnosed as TB sufferers, this study was conducted at the Manguharjo Lung Hospital in Madiun. Sample selection is done by 'purposive sampling', and meets the 'inclusion and exclusion criteria. The variables in this study used a single variable, namely the characteristics of pulmonary TB patients (gender, age, education, health insurance and occupation). The data collection technique used is primary data taken at the time of research. Based on the characteristic research of tuberculosis patients at Manguharjo Madiun Lung Hospital, it can be concluded that the characteristics seen from the age of the patient and male gender, who are more than 38 years old, higher education, and IRT (Housewife) work are characteristics of patients who come to visit the hospital.Keyword : Characteristics, Tuberculosis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hospital administration services on the community satisfaction index in hospitals. Several previous studies have shown that the quality of administrative services and health services greatly affects patient satisfaction in hospitals. Therefore, this study focuses on hospital administration services and how it affects the community satisfaction index. The research method used was a survey with questionnaires given to patients in hospitals. The data obtained were then analyzed using regression techniques to determine the effect of administrative service variables on the community satisfaction index. The results showed that hospital administration services had a significant influence on the community satisfaction index in the hospital. This shows that good administrative services can increase patient satisfaction in the hospital. Therefore, hospitals need to pay attention to the quality of their administrative services to increase patient satisfaction and improve the hospital's reputation in the community.Keywords : Effectiveness, Hospital Administration, Community Satisfaction Index

Abstract

Satisfaction in services contained in a hospital can be measured by the quality of its health workers. High-quality health services are able to provide satisfaction to health service users at the standard level of satisfaction and code of ethics of a profession. Continuous improvement can be done through a process that is carried out on the quality of health services to meet all customer expectations. The purpose of this activity is to socialize the quality of outpatient services at Manguharjo Madiun Lung Hospital. The results of this PKM socialization showed that respondents who stated that they were satisfied with the quality of officer service because officers had the ability/reliability and experience in carrying out medical actions. This shows that the better the service provided by officers to patients related to the actions given, and can provide clear information related to the disease and the actions to be taken, the customer/patient will feel more satisfied with the service received. In order to better understand and understand how the quality of service in the hospital, especially outpatient, is in accordance with the patient's expectations with the reality felt during the examination. So it is important to provide this education to patients so that they are a little educated and not easily consumed by hoaxes about the issue of poor service.

Abstract

Background. Public satisfaction with public services plays an important role in the stability of a country's health services. Measurement of the Public Satisfaction Index is a reference in evaluating the quality of service between patient expectations and health service performance.Purpose. This study aims to analyze the Community Satisfaction Index for Health services at the Madiun City Health Center.Methods. This study used a crosectional design with quantitative methods, conducted in October 2023 at the Madiun City Health Center with a sample of 64 research subjects using a simple random sampling technique. The research variables were 9 elements of the Community Satisfaction Index, namely the elements of requirements, procedures, time, rates, service products, competence, behavior, handling complaints, and facilities and infrastructure.Result. The results showed that the Community Satisfaction Index was 81.99, with details of the Community Satisfaction Index being good, namely in the elements of requirements (81.3%), procedures (71.9%), time (84.4%), service products (87.5%), competence (81.3%), behavior (71.9%), handling complaints (70.3%), with a very good Community Satisfaction Index in the elements of tariffs (62.5%) and facilities and infrastructure (79.7%).Conclusion. The Public Satisfaction Index is 81.99, with a very good Public Satisfaction Index on the elements of tariffs and facilities and infrastructure.

Asuransi kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan jaminan kesehatan yang menyeluruh bagi rakyat Indonesia, sehingga penduduk Indonesia dapat hidup sehat, produktif, dan sejahtera. Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang asuransi kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat sosial ekonomi seperti pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan Berbagai aspek sosial ekonomi, seperti tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan, dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan masyarakat tentang asuransi Kesehatan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh faktor sosial dan ekonomi, seperti pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan, terhadap kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan di Desa Tanjang, kabupaten pati. Desain Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada masyarakat Desa Tanjang, Puskesmas Gabus, Pati dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariat dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Health insurance plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive health assurance for the people of Indonesia, enabling them to live healthy, productive, and prosperous lives. Public knowledge about health insurance influences socioeconomic factors such as education, employment, and income. Various socioeconomic aspects, including education, employment, and income, are affected by public knowledge about health insurance. The aim of this research is to understand the influence of social and economic factors, such as education, employment, and income, on the ownership of health insurance in Tanjang Village, Pati Regency.Research Design: This study employs a quantitative descriptive research design conducted among the residents of Tanjang Village, Community Health Center Gabus, Pati, with a sample size of 250 individuals. The analysis method used is multivariate analysis with a significance level of 5%. Research Findings: The research findings indicate that 52% of the population already possesses health insurance, and there is a socio-economic influence on the ownership of health insurance, as evidenced by the multiple linear regression test with a p-value of 0.020.
