Abstract

Industri otomotif berkembang pesat didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang profesional di bidangnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Pionika Automobil. Jumlah sampel adalah 120 orang dan responden adalah karyawan PT Pionika Automobil. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki efek positif 9,817 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,657 dan signifikan dengan nilai sig t 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Sedangkan disiplin memiliki efek positif 2,942 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,657 dan signifikan dengan nilai sig t 0,004 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Kemudian secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05 dan nilai F 140,532> F tabel 3,07. Kesimpulannya, motivasi memiliki efek positif dan signifikan, oleh karena itu disiplin memiliki efek positif dan signifikan dan pada saat yang sama motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pionika Automobile. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Kinerja Karyawan; Motivasi.

Abstract

Pelatihan Perancang dengan Menggunakan Perancang CAD untuk UKM Garmen Kabupaten Batu Aji, Batam. Industri garmen di Batam menjadi perhatian khusus pemerintah kota Batam untuk mempersiapkan keterampilan para pekerja dan juga para pemain industri garmen kecil untuk menghadapi tantangan-tantangan ini. Kondisi seperti itu tentu saja ideal untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan dapat memasarkan hasil produksi garmen yang dihasilkan berdasarkan teknologi informasi dan komputer. Dalam layanan ini, pengembangan usaha kecil industri / garmen dalam pembuatan desain mode menggunakan sistem CAD sebagai solusi alternatif untuk menggantikan cara manual dalam membuat desain mode. CAD adalah teknologi yang terkait dengan penggunaan sistem komputer untuk membantu dalam penciptaan, modifikasi, analisis, dan optimalisasi desain. Alat yang digunakan adalah Marvelous Designer 3 Software yang memiliki fungsi untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan pakaian dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen yang memesan karena memiliki fungsi memberikan tampilan nyata bagaimana pakaian yang akan dirancang terlihat. Sehingga membuat desain menggunakan sistem CAD tentu memiliki keunggulan dalam akurasi, kemudahan, kesesuaian dengan hasil, biaya dan waktu yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi swasta harus punya keunikan yang membedakannya dengan yang lain dan menjadi ciri khas yang memberikan penilaian tersendiri di hati masyarakat. Upaya membangun kepercayaanbagi sebuah perguruan tinggi mutlak harus dilakukan demi menjaga eksistensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepercayaan melalui penggunaan sistem informasi akademik dan citra perguruan tinggi swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakanmahasiswayang berasal dari perguruan tinggi swastadi provinsi kepulauan Riau sebagai responden yang mengisi kuesioner yang disebarkan dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional sampling.Structural Equation Modellingdigunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis dan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwasistem informasiakademik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap citra secara langsung dan trustperguruan tinggi swasta di provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akademik mahasiswadalam kegiatan perkuliahan mampu menumbuhkan citra yang baik bagi perguruan tinggi swasta yang akhirnya meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of Sensodyne brand trust, brand image and perceived quality on brand loyalty. There is no doubt that brand trust, brand image and perceived quality are the most precise factors that can affect their brand loyalty. By cultivating brand trust, brand image and perceived quality will have a positive effect on their brand loyalty. The sample in the following research uses 204 customer of Sensodyne toothpaste. In gathering information on this research using a questionnaire’s distributed to customer of Sensodyne toothpaste. Diagnostic methods of data analysis are validity tests, realible tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothetical tests including t and f. For processing and analyzing analytic data in this study tool used is SPSS version 26.0. Research indicates that brand trust has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. Brand image has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. Perceived quality has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. Thus at the same time brand trust, brand image and perceived quality are very practical in improving brand loyalty.

Abstract

The development and competition of the global industry at this time in Indonesia is getting tougher so that, in thesecircumstances management in the company must be managed properly. Therefore, human resources are very much neededas a driving force in the development of organizations or companies, such as being able to create quality human resources,capable and skilled in order to compete in the global era. To gain a competitive advantage, companies need to analyze theirresources to identify their weaknesses and strengths in order to build capability so employees are expected to work well andprofessionally from a total of 256 populations, using a sample of saturated respondents taken using incidental samplingmethod that collects data using primary and secondary sources by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. whichmeasures 32 statements. This analysis uses multiple linear regression test in which the data is processed by SPSS 22. Theresults of the f test which shows the organizational culture and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence onemployee performance at PT. Nissin kogyo Batam. Partial t test results, it is known that the organizational culture variablepartially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by including a significance amount of 0,000 <0.005.Motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by including a number ofsignificance values of 0.003 <0.005.

Abstract

The development of tourism in the city of Batam has increased very rapidly. There is more competition in service companiesso that certain strategies are needed to survive in the market. Companies must maximize customer satisfaction in order tomaintain the survival of the company. In achieving customer satisfaction, the company must pay attention to two variables,that is promotion and service quality. In this study, to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality oncustomer satisfaction at The Evitel Hotel Batam. At The Evitel Hotel Batam, the promotion is still lacking due to the lack ofpromoting the company through social media so that less consumers from outside Indonesia in using hotel services and alsothe lack of giving promos like discounts. In service quality, the lack of provided such as unfriendly staff and lack ofcommunicative between consumers at the cashier. This study has a population of 335 consumers. The sample used was apurposive sampling technique, in calculating the number of samples using the slovin formula with a sample of 182consumers. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data processing method in this study usesSPSS 25. Based on the test results, the promotion and quality of service simultaneously has a positive and significantinfluence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Product quality is a good experience for all customers something that is offered to customers because it satisfies the element of customer satisfaction so competitive in the market. Brand image is a unique set of associations that will be created or managed by marketers. Promotion is the process of corporate communication with interested parties now and in the future as well as the public. Purchasing decisions are consumer decision making that varies, depending on assumptions such as economic views, passive views, cognitive views and emotional views. Samsung Group is one of the world's largest electronics companies. Samsung until now has also become one of the biggest brands in the world by releasing smartphones that have become champions in the smartphone market competition. However, there are still many consumers who are shaken in the decision to purchase this product. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on Samsung smartphone purchasing decisions on students. The population in this study is Samsung smartphone user students. The sample in this study were 385 respondents. The sampling technique used was sampling aksidental. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. Hypothesis testing conducted in this study is the t test and f test. The results of the study concluded that product quality, brand image and promotion influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main purpose of an investor‟s investment is to achieve a high return. And when insvestor‟s want to invest in the capitalmarket, investors will evaluate the company‟s performance to determine which shares will provide benefits. Companies withgood performance will certainly make investors more interested because the company‟s performance affects stock prices.And the manufacturing industry sub-sector chosen as the object of research is food and baverage. The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), andEarning Per Share (EPS) on stock return on manufacturing companies in the food and baveragesub sector. Listed on theIndonesia stock exchange for the period 2015-2019. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, there are 10companies that have met the required sample criteria with a period of 5 years. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linearregression analysis using statistical applications test and hypothesis testing. Partially the results of the study indicate thatReturn On Asset (ROA) significantly influence stock return, but in the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price EarningRatio (PER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) shows that there is no significant effect on stock return. Silmutaneously theresults of the study show that Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and EarningPer Share (EPS) together have a significant effect on stock return.

Abstract

Shopee is one of the marketplace applications that have features for buying and selling transactions. This online or onlineshop business system is an activity carried out by the seller and buyer by not directly or not face to face but through theinternet by displaying or displaying the products that have been provided. and interested buyers or who visit the website ofthe online store this research aims to find out and explain how the influence of product diversity, quality and customersatisfaction on purchasing decisions. The population in this study is all consumers or people of the sagulung district of BatamCity who have made purchases at Shopee And the sample in this study was 383 people using purposive sampling with thetechnique of taking data by distributing questionnaires and processed through the application of SPSS 22. Data analysisused descriptive analysis and linear regression. Testing was obtained using n t test with 1984 product diversity variable witha significance value of 0.048 <0.05, and the quality variable of 2.887 with a significant value of 0.004 and for customersatisfaction of 5.056 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 and the f test to determine the effect simultaneously obtained F count of56,390 <2.62 in the table, sig value 0,000 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which consists ofproduct diversity, quality and customer satisfaction variables has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at onlineshopee proven to be true.
