Abstract

Natural resources are an asset for life that is very valuable and must be managed properly in order to membeikan good life. This study is based on frequent occurrence of dead water and consumer complaints that are less responded by managers. This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on user satisfaction of clean water users from the community of Batam Community Health Center. The object of this research is water users. The purpose of research to determine whether there is partial and simultaneous influence between independent variables tehadap dependent variable. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling method, the number of research samples as much as 111 respondents. Technical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research on the results of t test, t arithmetic for price and service quality is greater than t table, it can be concluded there are some positive influence and significant price on customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of service quality customer satisfaction. F test results are larger F table. Then it can be concluded that the variables price and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how the earnings of PT Infineon Technologies Batam were impacted by stock turnover and cash flow between 2018 and 2022. The R Square test findings indicate that 20.8% of the net profit margin can be attributed to the stock turnover and cash flow variables, while the remaining 29.2% is explained by other unexamined factors. The t-test results reveal that the number of inventories has a significant negative effect on the net profit margin, as evidenced by a value of less than -2.299 and a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05. Similarly, the cash flow variable had a significant negative effect on the net profit margin, as evidenced by a t-test value of 3.159 and a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk: (1) Menghasilkan kerajinan rotan dengan kualitas kreatif yang luar biasa; dan (2) emiliki keterampilan menjalankan usaha dan menstandarkan barang. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah pada kelompok-kelompok pengrajin yang telah terbentuk sebelumnya, khususnya kelompok-kelompok pengrajin Pengrajin Anyaman Rotan yang belum memiliki kemampuan untuk mengolah kerajinan rotan. Ceramah, percakapan, pembinaan, pendampingan, dan penilaian adalah teknik yang digunakan. Dengan melakukan kegiatan ini, peserta mendapatkan lebih banyak keahlian dalam manajemen perusahaan, standardisasi produk, dan pengolahan rotan menjadi berbagai kerajinan dalam upaya diversifikasi barang unggulan.

Abstract

Lebah Gougle adalah sebuah industry rumahan yang menyediakan layanan dalam berbagai bidang seperti mencetak, memotret, membuat video, mencetak sablon, mengurus dokumen, dan lain-lain. Saat ini, fokus utama mereka adalah di bidang percetakan, khususnya dalam memproduksi kaos, baju, topi, stiker, poster, mug, piring, dan barang-barang promosi lainnya.Terdapat permasalahan: kurangnya pengetahuan tentang tempat pembelian domain dan hosting, bagaimana membuat website yang disimpan di hosting, bagaimana mengisi konten dari website tersebut serta mengenai pemeliharan dari website. Solusi yang pengabdi tawarkan: mencoba memberi langkah dalam pemilihan nama domain, pelatihan dalam penyewaan hosting yang cocok kebutuhan, pemilihan CMS (Content Manajemen System) yang cocok dengan usaha ini, pemasangan CMS pada hosting yang sudah dipesan, pelatihan untuk merubah tampilan dari website. Tentang konten website dengan memperhatikan dengan tata bahasa formal dan baik dan yang sesuai dengan ejaan yang di sempurnakan. Pelatihan bagaimana cara mengelakukan backup data web dari sebuah hosting. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, pemilik usaha sablon ini memiliki kemampuan dalam pemilihan nama domain dan hosting. Pemilik usaha mampu dalam manajemen data dan dalam personalisasi website. Pelaku usaha mempunyai kemampuan dalam peletakan gambar dan teks, desain dam layout. Objek pembinaan dapat melakukan pemelihaaan website.

Abstract

Taxes are mandatory contributions from the people as taxpayers to the state treasury based on established law. 79% of state revenue comes from taxes and is included in the state budget. Which is with the intention to spend on public needs. This research is aim to to test whether there is an effect of Tax Socialization, Quality of Fiscal Services and Tax Sanction on WPOP compliance. This study has a population 75,350 Individual Taxpayer Registered at KPP Pratama South Batam. Sampling used simple random sampling method and obtained a sample of 111. The data source was primary data through distributed questionnaires. The data analysis technique used to conduct this research was multiple linear regression analysis. However, because there is heteroskedasticity, the researcher uses Parameter Estimates with Robust Standard Errors as a benchmark in determining significance Based on the tests conducted in this study, it was concluded through the T test and F test that Tax Socialization has no effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance, Fiscal Service Quality has no effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. And also Tax Sanctions have a positive significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination shows that Individual Taxpayer Compliance is influenced by an independent variable of 41,7%. While the remaining 58,3% is influenced by other independent variables that not tested in this study.
