Abstract

Nyeri punggung bawah merupakan salah satu keluhan umum pada ibu hamil, terutama pada trimester kedua dan ketiga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan usia kehamilan, paritas, aktivitas dengan terjadinya nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III di Puskesmas Kemu Kabupaten OKU Selatan tahun 2023.Desai penelitian ini menggunakan Cross Sectional. Dengan pendekatan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 55 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil univariat responden pada usia kehamilan trimester 2 sebanyak 13 responden (23,6%), pada trimester 3 sebanyak 42 responden (76,4%). Pada paritas ibu hamil primipara sebanyak 8 respinden (14,5%), dan paritas ibu hamil multipara 47 responden (85,5%).pada aktivitas ibu hamil yang mengalami aktivitas ringan sebanyak 26 responden (47,3%), dan ibu hamil yang aktivitas berat sebanyak 29 responden (52,7%). Dan ibu hamil yang mengalami nyeri punggung ringan sebanyak 17 responden (30,9%) dan yang mengalami nyeri berat 38 responden (60,1%). Hasil uji statistik chi square diketahui bahwa ada hubungan usia kehamilan dengan nyeri punggung bawah (p value = 0,006;OR=7.629), ada hubungan paritas dengan nyeri punggung bawah ( p value=0,001;OR=1.200),danĀ  ada hubungan aktivitas dengan nyeri punggung bawah (p value=0,000;OR=5.556). Kesimpulan : ada hubungan usia kehamilan, paritas aktivitas dengan terjadinya nyeri punggung bawah. Diharapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan informasi kepada ibu yang mengelami ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan trimester II dan III yang mengalami nyeri punggung bawah.

Abstract

Continuous care is carried out with the aim of providing comprehensive services that can be started from the preconception period, early pregnancy, during pregnancy in each trimester, labor process, BBL care, to postpartum. This study is to analyze the effect of Continuity Of Care on the health of pregnant women, maternity mothers, postpartum mothers, and neonates. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental design with the Posstest-Only Control Design method. In this design, the samples were divided into two groups, namely, group I carried out continuous assistance and group II as a control. Data sources in this study used primary data in the form of observation sheets and secondary data from medical records, MCH books, and registers. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, which were divided into 2 groups with each group of 50 respondents. Statistical tests used Mann Whitney test. Results: There was a significant difference between pregnancy discomfort. Statistically obtained a p value of 0.030; P<0.05. Conclusion: Pregnant women who are given continuous care have different discomfort experienced compared to those who are not given continuous care.

Abstract

According to WHO data, pregnant women are one of the populations at risk of contracting the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Syphilis and Hepatitis B. The risk of transmission from mother to child for HIV/AIDS is 20% -45%, for syphilis is 69-80%. , and for Hepatitis B is more than 90%. One of the efforts to achieve better health for women is through the Triple Elimination examination, a program aimed at achieving and maintaining mother-to-child elimination of HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, and Syphilis. The aim of the researchers was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and the role of health workers on the triple elimination examination of pregnant women at the Satu Ulu Health Center. Analytical Survey Design with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who made their first visit to the Satu Ulu Health Center, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling. The data collection technique in this study was to use primary data by using questionnaires. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test. The results of univariate analysis revealed that from 40 respondents who carried out the Triple Elimination examination in pregnant women, there were 34 respondents (85.0%), respondents with good knowledge were 35 respondents (87.5%), respondents with a positive attitude were 34 respondents (85%), respondents 35 respondents (87.5%) received the role of good health workers. The results of the bivariate analysis found that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.018), attitude (p value = 0.033) and the role of health workers (p value = 0.018) towards the Triple Elimination examination in pregnant women at Satu Ulu Health Center. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and the role of health workers towards the Triple Elimination examination of pregnant women at Satu Ulu Health Center. It is hoped that the results of this study can increase information for pregnant women about the importance of the Triple Elimination examination so that they can prevent disease transmission (HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B) from mother to child.
