Abstract

The concept of numbers is the basis of mathematics which consists of counting numbers, connecting objects, knowing the number of objects, based on initial observations there are still many children who seem to be less focused on the material that has been delivered by the teacher and some cannot even name the order of numbers from one to ten which are not sequential spoken. The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the concept of numbers by applying the Make a Match model at RA Al-Karomah, Karangtanjung Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency. In this study using classroom action research which consists of stages, implementation stages, observation stages and reflection stages which consist of 2 cycles. The results of this study show an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in group A children at RA Al-Karomah. Data from the research results regarding the concept of numbers applying Make a Match are presented as follows: in Cycle I after the first meeting was held the result was that the criteria had not developed by 33.33%. Criteria began to develop at the first meeting 58.33%, the second meeting 66.67%. The criteria developed according to the expectations of the first meeting 8.33% and at the second meeting it became 33.33%. Furthermore, there are no well-developed criteria. Cycle II on undeveloped criteria does not exist. Criteria for starting to develop does not exist. The criteria that developed as expected at the first meeting were 75%, then became 41.67%. The criteria developed very well at the first meeting of 25%, the second meeting became 58.33%. So from these results it can be concluded that the understanding of the concept of numbers can be improved by using Make a Match.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's fine motor development by using montage activities at KOBER Al-Basir Sukamulya Village, Cipongkor District. The method used in this research is classroom action research, which consists of planning, implementing and reflecting which consists of 2 cycles. The results of the study showed that the development of fine motor skills in children in class A Kober Al-Basir increased. Data from research on the development of children's fine motor skills using montage activities are as follows: Cycle I, first meeting, criteria for starting to develop 26%. In the first cycle, the second meeting increased to 29.16% and in the first cycle, the third meeting increased again to 36.45%. Cycle II at the first meeting, the child's fine motor development increased to 44.79%, during Cycle II at the second meeting it increased to 61.45% and cycle II at the third meeting increased to 93.75%, which is in the very well developed criteria. Thus it can be concluded that montage activities can improve fine motor development in children.

Abstract

The prolonger covid-19 pandemic has hit countries around he world, including Indonesia, face to face learning activities in schools are now being replaced by online learning.Several problems arise, including: parents have difficult in providng learning assistance, do not understand explaining to children about the material and assignments given by the teacher also the level of student desre online learning is very low. Online learning mentoring activities are community service programs, the goal is to be able to help parents who have difficulties in providing learning assistance also help students to have a high desire to learn online. The parties involved are RT and RW, Karangtaruna, teachers, village officials, parents and the community. This learning mentoring activity involved KKN students from STAI Darul Falah. The method used is independent KKN assistance. The stages of learning mentoring include program planning, program implementation and evaluation.the results found in the field, this community service activity is very much needed and provide great benefits especially for parents and students,parents feel helped by the presence of learning companions for thir children, also the enthusiasm of students in learning is getting higher and is expected to have a good impact on learning outcomes at school, so that community service activities like this are very important to cary out.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture, Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a tangible manifestation in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is community service where students must devote themselves wholeheartedly which is carried out with an approach in the community. This KKN is the task of universities to determine the regions and groupings determined by LP2M, the benefits of which are to introduce aspects of education, health and social society. With the KKN in Cicangkanggirang village, it is hoped that students will be able to optimize the form of kinship, good character and students are able to face problems that occur during times of crisis and are independent and able to think critically in facing challenges in real life. A program that has been successfully implemented includes in the field of education such as tutoring, smart homes, seminars and regular recitations. In the health sector, such as posyandu, blood donation and environmental hygiene and in the social sector, such as village administration services, distribution of BLT, donations to orphans, celebrating the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day, Tabligh akbar and helping UMKM. The obstacle found is the lack of concern for some of the community towards children's education and health, both for the environment and for themselves.

Abstract

The low interest in reading in the community can result in a lack of knowledge obtained, lack of information obtained, lack of vocabulary and difficulties in managing information. One of the Darul Falah Real Work Lecture (KKN) programs is the provision of Great Children's Reading Cottage (AHE) in Sindangkerta village, Sindangkerta sub-district, West Bandung regency, which aims to increase public interest in reading. This KKN program collaborates with local community leaders such as the head of the RT, the head of the RW and also the whole community. The focus of the AHE reading cottage is for children aged 5-9 years. The method used in this activity is a qualitative method with a learning socialization approach and the provision of a children's reading hut commonly known as AHE. The provision of this AHE reading lodge has a positive impact on the local community, this can be seen from the results obtained in the form of an increase in reading for children aged 5-9 years. the existence of intensive tutoring individually.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) is motivated by a problem with teachers' creative abilities in developing Educational Game Tools (APE) as well as the limited game tools that teachers can use and use for the learning process, this makes children bored and less enthusiastic. Participate in various activities in class. The aim of Community Service (PkM) activities which are carried out in the form of training activities is so that teachers at Sahabat Mentari Kindergarten can develop their abilities in making educational game tools (APE) creatively, using simple materials sourced from used materials found around them. The method used is in the form of training activities for Friends of Mentari Kindergarten teachers on how to make educational game tools (APE). Next, an evaluation process is carried out to find out the extent of the obstacles and various shortcomings in the implementation of activities so that later improvements can be made. As the final result of this activity, it is hoped that every teacher will have interesting and creative learning media by relying on materials that are easy to make so that they can support the learning process.
