Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran jurnal yang membahas pemanfaatan media sosial dalam meningkatkan keuntungan UMKM di Indonesia, untuk mengetahui teknik pengumpulan data, metode yang digunakan pada pemanfaatan media sosial dalam meningkatkan keuntungan UMKM, dan untuk mengetahui permasalahan/isu yang ditemukan, media sosial yang dominan, serta hasil penelitian yang diperoleh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Sistematic Literature Review. Unit analis pada penelitian ini adalah 20 artikel jurnal yang membahas tentang pemanfaatan media sosial dalam meningkatkan keuntungan UMKM. Artikel yang dipilih melalui serangkaian kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni wawancara. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Pada permasalahan/isu yang terjadi adalah mengalami penurunan dalam penjualan maupun permintaan produk barang atau jasa dari konsumen, adanya hambatan dalam pengetahuan mengelola media sosial yang kurang dan tidak adanya fasilitas mengakses media sosial, untuk media sosial yang dominan digunakan adalah facebook sebagai media sosialnya sehingga kebanyakan hasil penelitian adalah mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial memberikan prospek yang baik untuk menaikkan angka penjualan produk UMKM namun penggunaannya masih sebatas hanya sebagai media sosial semata.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial motivation, and perceptions of opportunities with entrepreneurship practices of Vacational High School students. The research method used is associative (relationship). This research was conducted on class XII students majoring in Accounting at Vacational High School 3 Padang. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, because the entire population in this study is used as a respondent. Data collection was obtained from the results of direct and online distribution of questionnaires to students. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between students' entrepreneurial orientation and their entrepreneurial practices. In addition, entrepreneurial motivation also has a positive influence on students' entrepreneurial practices. Perceptions of business opportunities are also positively correlated with students' entrepreneurial practices. This research provides evidence that the development of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial motivation, and perceptions of opportunities can encourage entrepreneurial practices in Vacational High School students. The results of this study have important implications for education in vocational high schools to strengthen student entrepreneurship learning and development. In addition, this study also underlines the need for attention to these factors in designing effective entrepreneurship programs in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause students' learning difficulties in learning economics. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 11 Padang in the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 100 students and the sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The data were obtained using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to 80 students who carried out economics learning. The data obtained were processed by descriptive analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The results showed that there were 7 factors causing student learning difficulties, namely ability factors, ADHD disorders factors, learning methods factors, learning interest factors, self-confidence factors, teacher teaching style factors, and social environmental factors. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that students, schools or teachers can work together so that learning can run well.
