Abstract

This data article presents a meticulously curated dataset aimed at simplifying digital forensic research in the domain of online business and social media. The study commences with a keyword-based search on Lens.org, yielding a total of 107,879 records, which are then exported in both CSV and BIBTEX formats. Subsequently, the dataset is refined by applying filters for "Journal Article" and "Conference Proceedings Article," resulting in 86,266 data entries. Finally, a filter for "Law" as the subject matter narrows the dataset down to 3,075 records. This comprehensive dataset serves as a valuable resource for researchers, facilitating literature reviews and enabling experimentation in the dynamic intersection of online business and social media, particularly in the context of legal aspects.Highlights : Comprehensive dataset creation for digital forensic research. Abstract

This data article presents a comprehensive analysis of scholarly publications in the realm of Cyber Law and Fixed Effects Panel Models, sourced from Lens.org. The study focused on articles encompassing "Cyberlaw OR Cyber Law AND Fixed Effects Panel Models," employing rigorous filters for document type and subject matter, specifically Law. Our analysis delves into multiple facets of this domain, including Top Institution Name, Scholarly Works Over Time, Top Fields of Study, Fields of Study covered by the most active Institutions, Most Active Authors, Scholarly Works Scatter Plot, Most Active Countries/Regions, Top Publisher, and Top Journals by Publisher. The primary objective was to unravel intricate patterns within Cyber Law research and discern key contributors and their thematic interests. Results revealed leading institutions such as London School of Economics and Political Science, dynamic trends over decades, and interdisciplinary intersections with fields like Economics and Sociology. Notable authors and prolific journals were identified, underscoring the vibrancy of this academic domain. Using the lens.org database, we employed specific filters, including the document type (Journal article) and subject (Law), to retrieve relevant articles. We examined nine key visualizations to explore the fields of study covered by active institutions, identify prolific authors, highlight leading countries in this domain, track scholarly works over time, visualize relationships within scholarly works, pinpoint top fields of study, unveil prominent institution names, reveal top journals by publishers, and spotlight influential publishers. This article aims to clarify the differences between England, Great Britain, and the United Kingdom. England is a constituent country of Great Britain, which is a geographical term for the largest island in the British Isles, consisting of England, Scotland, and Wales. The United Kingdom, or UK, is a sovereign state that includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The article provides a brief history of the formation of these countries and their current political and social issues.
