Abstract

Dinasti politik seringkali terlibat dalam praktik politik transaksional yang melibatkan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan untuk pertukaran kepentingan pribadi atau kelompok tertentu. Dalam pemilihan umum, hal ini dapat merusak integritas pemilihan dan proses politik secara keseluruhan. Dinasti politik mengacu pada dominasi berulang keluarga atau garis keturunan dalam panggung politik dan posisi berpengaruh dalam pemerintahan. Hasil case method ini diharapkan memberi wawasan mendalam tentang peran dinasti politik dalam politik modern dan menyoroti tantangan dan peluang dalam menjaga demokrasi yang kuat dan inklusif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana dominasi keluarga atau garis keturunan tertentu dalam politik dapat mempengaruhi partisipasi warga negara dalam pemilihan umum. Mini Riset ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dinasti politik memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap demokrasi, partisipasi politik, dan integritas proses politik. Dalam konteks politik transaksional dalam pemilihan umum, ditemukan bahwa hal ini dapat mempengaruhi preferensi pemilih, tingkat partisipasi pemilih, integritas pemilu, kebijakan publik, persepsi masyarakat terhadap proses politik, dan kualitas demokrasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, beberapa alternatif solusi telah diajukan, termasuk peningkatan pendidikan politik, pengawasan dan penegakan hukum yang lebih kuat, peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat sipil. Kata Kunci: Dinasti Politik, Pemilu, Partisipasi, Politik Transaksional

Abstract

Geographical Indication Protection aims to protect the uniqueness of a region's products, such as producers from certain regions which are famous for their sap water. usually they do not protect the quality of their regional products. This can open the door for other manufacturers in different locations to produce similar products and claim that their products come from the same area or have the same quality, when in fact they do not The Mini Research Assignment for Group 1 from class A PPKn stambuk 2021 is entitled: "Legal Protection of Geographical Indications for Nira Water in Dolog Haluan Village, Dolog Masagal District, Pematang Raya" The results of this observation will hopefully provide a better understanding of the effectiveness of the geographical indication law in protecting and promoting sap water in the Pematang Raya area. This research aims to understand the role of geographical indication laws in protecting and promoting sap water from the Pematang Raya area. This Mini Research uses normative empirical research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach.

Abstract

The development of housing infrastructure through individual participation and community participation in local communities becomes infrastructure that builds the economy of the Cinta Rakyat Village community. Currently, infrastructure development in Cinta Rakyat Village is experiencing good progress, driven by the local community's need for good infrastructure. This research is in accordance with qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research was chosen as the type of research used in this research. The choice of qualitative research is because there are several factors that take precedence in terms of elaborating and explaining a phenomenon to be studied. In qualitative research there is also more explaining, describing and more analysis using an inductive approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers are techniques from relevant sources. In this case, the focus of various in-depth reference sources is the presence of key informants who have previously been given access to provide in-depth questions related to the problem topic being researched. Infrastructure has an important role as one of the driving wheels of economic growth and the development of physical facilities and infrastructure or often referred to as infrastructure is a very important part of the public service system. Development of rural transportation infrastructure to support increased accessibility for rural communities.
