Abstract

The research aims to analyze the main factor determining Chinese Smartphone Customer Satisfaction. The population of this research were all customers who purchased Chinese smartphones in Surakarta, Semarang, Pemalang, Purworejo, Grobogan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking 200 official store customers and 200 black-market customers. The data collection method was a survey by personal questionnaire with an data analysis used multiple linear regression and different tests (independent sample T-test). The results obtained several findings that the price perception, product quality, and marketplace significantly affect customer satisfaction. Finally, there are differences in customer satisfaction felt purchased Chinese smartphones in the official store with the black market. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability on the company's stock returns. Liquidity is proxied by current ratio, leverage is proxied by debt to equity ratio (DER), and profitability is proxied by return on assets (ROA). The research uses quantitative approach to explain the research purpose comprehensively through statistics scheme. The research population is all infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed on Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2020. This resesarch use purposive sampling technique and 27 companies as samples. The analysis method is classical assumption, multiple linier regression, hypothesis test, estimator model accuracy test and determination test. Several results show that liquidity, leverage, and profitability individually have significant effect on stock return. Based on the goodness of fit test shows liquidity with CR, leverage with DER and profitability with ROA simultaneously effect on stock return. The originality of this research is model initiation of the company's policy-making to increase stock returns in the future period through ratio analysis.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to analyze the effect of company size, retun on assets and leverage on a company's value. The size of the company is projected by total assets, number of employees and total sales. Return on asset is proxyed by ROA ratio. Leverage is projected with a Debt to total asset ratio. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study is all manufacturing companies of sub-sectors of foods and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. The study's hypothesis testing used secondary data with purposive sampling techniques and companies that met the criteria of 16 companies. The analytical methods used are cross section data multiple regression test, classical assumption test, goodness of fit model accuracy test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially showed that the size of the company had a significant positive effect on the value of the company, return on asset had no significant effect on the value of the company and leverage negatively and significantly on the value of the company.Keywords: Company Value; Company Size; Leverage; Debt to Total Asset Ratio; ROAABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, retun on asset dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan diproksikan dengan total aset, jumlah karyawan dan total penjualan. Return on asset di proksikan dengan rasio ROA. Leverage diproksikan dengan debt to total asset ratio. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor foods and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria perusahaan sejumlah 16 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi berganda data cross section, uji asumsi klasik, uji ketepatan model penduga (goodness of fit) dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, return on asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan; Ukuran Perusahaan; Leverage; Debt to Total Asset Ratio; ROA

Abstract

This study examines inventory management research. This study uses the package (biblioshiny) in the 'R' tool to perform inventory mapping and science analysis by extracting data from Scopus. A total of 4127 research documents were reviewed, including 3562 articles and 565 conference papers. The analysis results show that the development of articles on the theme of inventory management has ups and downs from year to year, so it is considered insignificant. The authors who published the most Inventory Management articles are Cardenas-Barron, LE, Shah, NH, and Taleizadeh, AA. The year with the most inventory management publications was 2007. The highest source is the Journal of Cleaner Production. With 17.6 percent of document publications in 2016, Decision Sciences was the most mentioned subject. The United States has the highest number of published articles. Inventory Control became the primary focus of this topic's research. The study's findings will help businesses gain a better understanding of inventory management. Meanwhile, academic researchers and students can find findings and recommendations for inventory research.Keywords: Inventory; Inventory Management; Bibliometrix Analysis; Inventory Control

Abstract

Majelis Ekonomi PCIM Kuala Lumpur, wadah pengusaha muslim Muhammadiyah di Malaysia, menghadapi kendala dalam perkembangan bisnis, terutama dalam pemasaran. Kebanyakan menggunakan WhatsApp untuk promosi, mengakibatkan perlunya strategi digital marketing yang lebih efektif. Program Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Kerjasama Internasional ini mengadakan pelatihan digital marketing untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan media sosial. Metode yang digunakan termasuk observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan follower di Instagram dan pendapatan yang signifikan, berkat strategi digital marketing yang diterapkan. Rekomendasi meliputi penggunaan aplikasi kasir, pembuatan konten kreatif, peningkatan layanan, dan penciptaan tempat yang menarik di media sosial.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah, as an Islamic movement with a moderate and cosmopolitan vision, faces unique challenges in managing ethnic, cultural and religious diversity in various countries. The leadership of the Special Branch of Muhammadiyah (PCIM) in Malaysia, which oversees 10 Special Branch Leaders of Muhammadiyah (PRIM), faces obstacles in organizational commitment and governance. To overcome this, PKM-KI UMS proposed a solution through three training programs: Achievement Motivation Training, PDCA Training, and Islamic Leadership Training, with a focus on developing leadership modules. This program aims to increase organizational commitment and governance in PCIM and PRIM Malaysia, as well as strengthen the Muhammadiyah community in Malaysia in facing organizational governance challenges and promote Muhammadiyah's moderate and cosmopolitan vision amidst socio-cultural dynamics across nations and countries. Program methods include initial surveys, needs analysis, training design, evaluation, and program sustainability. The program results show that leadership training can significantly increase commitment and effectiveness of organizational governance. This program provides new insights into the importance of leadership training that focuses on aspects of Islamic motivation, management and leadership in the context of cross-cultural organizations.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan membahas hubungan antara gaya hidup hedonis, literasi keuangan, dan keinginan untuk menabung di kalangan generasi milenial. Seluruh generasi milenial menjadi sampel penelitian. Untuk penelitian ini, kami mewawancarai 288 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Berdasarkan temuan analisis data dan diskusi, terlihat bahwa gaya hidup hedonis memiliki sedikit pengaruh pada perilaku generasi milenial dalam hal keinginan mereka untuk menabung uang. Namun, pengetahuan tentang menabung dan berinvestasi justru secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi untuk menabung.

Abstract

PCM Laweyan has trained entrepreneurs in various fields, including the service, trade, production/manufacturing, culinary, and consulting sectors. Along with developments in technology, information and communication, businesses under PCM Laweyan must adopt new approaches to their business activities according to market desires. The entrepreneurs assisted by PCM Laweyan must utilize digital marketing in their marketing process. This is useful for increasing turnover and expanding the business market fostered by PCM Laweyan. However, entrepreneurs assisted by PCM Laweyan experience difficulties getting the right information technology solutions and need clarification about finding the right solution from the many different types of technology products. Therefore, this service aims to guide the choice of the right information technology according to the type of business and its needs and optimize the technology used. This program covers three areas: information and technology, marketing management, and HR management. The methods applied are training, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of this service program can be seen from the changes on social media and MSMEs' websites after training and mentoring. Their promotional content becomes more attractive and professional, reflecting the impression of professionalism and quality of the products offered. This service program has helped increase the attractiveness of MSME businesses in the wider market through social media and e-commerce platforms.
