Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor utama dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Perusahaan harus bias mengolah dan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang ada agar dapat mengoptimalkan peluang-peluang yan dimiliki dalam persaingan. Kinerja merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dan menarik bagi suatu lembaga atau perusahaan. Demi tercapainya tujuan suatu perusahaan, manajemen perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan, work engagement dan motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, work engagement dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Villa 69 Umalas Kerobokan Kelod Badung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil pengujian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parisal variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara simultan kepemimpinan, work engagement, dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Villa 69 Umalas Kerobokan Kelod Badung.

Abstract

Performance is the real work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him in accordance with the vision, mission and goals set by the organization. Performance can be affected by competence and workload. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and workload on employee performance. The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. Determination of the number of respondents is done through the census method. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination test, t test and F test with SPSS software. The results of the instrument test showed valid and reliable data. The results showed that the competence and workload simultaneously affect the performance of employees at CV. Samas Bhakti Pertiwi. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Samas Bhakti Pertiwi. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Samas Bhakti Pertiwi.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important aspects that must be considered by the organization, because employee performance requires the organization to achieve its goals. Constraints contained in an agency usually decrease the level of performance of the employee this can be caused by the factor of providing performance allowances for employees and promotions held in each agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance allowances and promotions simultaneously on employee performance in Civil Servants at the Communication and Information Office of Badung Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Communication and Information, Badung Regency. The population in this study is the Civil Servants of the Communication and Information Office of Badung Regency as many as 45 people. The selected sample is 45 respondents to Civil Servants at the Communications and Information Office of Badung Regency. The analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study show (1) the performance allowance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Communication and Information Office of Badung Regency, (2) Job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Communication and Information Office of Badung Regency.

Abstract

Good employee productivity will increase profits in office institutions and be able to influence the success of an institution to achieve a goal. In order to increase work productivity, the application of a disciplinary system in office institutions must be more applied and maintained, as well as work stress if it is not managed properly it will have a negative impact on employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee work productivity at the Gumbrih Village Office in Pekutatan Jembrana. The population in this study included 46 employees at the Gumbrih Service Village Office in Pekutatan Jembrana. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, where the sampling technique is when all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, the samples were employees at the Gumbrih Service Village Office from several divisions, with a total of 46 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that work discipline has a positive influence on work productivity. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on work productivity at the Gumbrih Village Office in Pekutatan Jembrana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. BPR Ashi Sempidi Badung. The population and samples taken were 30 respondents, with the method of determining the sample using the Slovin formula. Data was collected through questionnaires, documentation studies, observations and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination and t test. The results showed that competence, motivation and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ashi Sempidi Badung.

Abstract

Development in the industrial sector is one of the development priorities which is expected to be able to bring about fundamental changes in other economic structures, so that progress achieved in the industrial sector will be followed by progress in other sectors. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, career development and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Denpasar Main Branch. Companies engaged in the service sector. The object of research in this study is the level of education, career development and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The total population used in this study was 163 employees with a sample obtained from the calculation of the Slovin formula of 62 employees. The technique used is stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS version 25 For Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Denpasar main branch. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam suatu perusahaan sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan organisasi.Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Ramada Sunset Road Badung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 92 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki ketentuan, yaitu seluruh pegawai kontrak dan tetap yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki maupun perempuan dengan usia antara 18 tahun sampai dengan 34 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Ramada Sunset Road Badung. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Ramada Sunset Road Badung. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Ramada Sunset Road Badung.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition requires companies to improve employee performance. Employee performance has an important role in achieving the goals of a company. Because with good employee performance, the company's goals can be achieved optimally. Based on the results of initial observations, the problem that exists at the Hotel Como Uma Ubud is a decrease in the level of employee performance, which can be proven through the level of employee absenteeism. Lack knowledge sharing, work experience, and work environment. This research was conducted at Hotel Como Uma Ubud using a population and sample of 72 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the Slovin method. The sample in this study using the Slovin formula is as follows: 134 / (1 + 134 x 0.08) = 72.13. The number of samples needed in this research is 72 employees. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that knowledge sharing, work experience, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Como Uma Ubud so that the more knowledge sharing, work experience, and work environment within the Company, the performance at Hotel Como Uma Ubud will increase.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HR) is important in achieving the goals of a company with good human resources in the company, it will increase employee work productivity. Work productivity has an important role in achieving the goals of acompany. Based on the results of initial observations, the problems that exist at theHotel Fivelements Retreat Bali are violations of discipline during working hours which can be seen from the percentage of employee attendance. Lack of selection benefits, organizational commitment and work discipline. This research was conducted at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali using a population and sample of 30 employees as research respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows the benefits of selection, organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali so that the better the selection of employees, organizational commitment, and work discipline of employees within the company, the higher the work productivity of employees at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali.
