Abstract

The competence of PAUD teachers is indispensable in achieving early childhood education goals, in fact 47.42% of PAUD teachers have not obtained UKG scores according to the criteria or can be said to have no professional and pedagogic competence in the high category. Therefore, it is necessary to study the education background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers towards the UKG results. The purpose of the study was to analyze: (1) the achievement of the value of UKG for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Bandar Lampung in 2015, (2) educational background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers who had attended UKG in Bandar Lampung City in 2015. The results of the research were found: (1) Competency mapping based on educational background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers and (2) Formulation of recommendations of policy makers on the effectiveness of programs in improving the competence of PAUD teachers in the form of education and training, seminars, internships, workshops, and comparative studies to support PAUD teacher professionalism. Keywords: Test of Teacher Competence, PAUD Teacher Certification, Educational Background, Age of PAUD Teachers

Abstract

This study was aims to explore, describe, and analyze parent support for the speech delay early childhood. This study used to the qualitative method of the research subject is both parents of children who experience speech delay in Kalisari village. This study was used to three methods of data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analyze used to descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the discussion that has been described it can be concluded that parent support that has been given to children who experience speech delay is informational support, assessment support, instrumental support, emotional social support, and real support. Of the five supports, the researchers concluded that the support often used by subjects was informational support, namely parents provided support through the provision of good advice and advice, giving instructions by installing pictures in the refrigerator so that the twins could understand the food taken and want to say food they took, and provided information by taking the twins for a walk to get a new vocabulary.

Abstract

This research is motivated by children's language skills that have not developed as expected. Children's language skills include mastery of children's vocabulary which is still lacking, lack of interest in reading, and children's writing abilities that have not yet developed. The formulation of the problem in this research is Is there an effect of pictorial crossword puzzles on the language skills of group B children at Kindergarten Amarta Tani Bandar Lampung. The aim of this study was to explain the effect of crossword puzzles on speaking, reading, and writing skills of group B children at Kindergarten Amarta Tani Bandar Lampung. This study was a pre-experimental design. The sample in this study consisted of 10 children in the experimental class. Data collection was obtained by means of observation and documentation. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Mann Wilcoxon test because the research data is ordinal data. From the results of the analysis of the Mann Wilcoxon test, it was obtained from the post-test results of the experimental class. For the ability to speak the value of Sig. (0.00 <0.05) and supported by the average of (experimental class = 4.18), for reading ability the value of Sig was obtained. (0.00 < 0.05) and supported by the average of (experimental class = 4.18), for writing ability the value of Sig was obtained. (0.00 <0.05) and supported by the average of (experimental class = 4.18). So from the three results of the problem formulation above it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, so there is an influence of pictorial crossword puzzles on the language skills of group B children in Kindergarten Amarta Tani Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku main bergantian serta mengetahui faktor penyebab sulitnya main bergantian pada anak usia dini di TK Amarta Tani Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil observasi dengan peserta didik sebagai subjeknya dan data sekunder dadri wawancara guru sebagai informan serta data pendukung berupa dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dikumpulkan, direduksi, dideskripsikan dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku main bergantian di TK Amarta Tani Bandar Lampung terdapat anak yang main bergantian dan tidak main bergantian. Sebagian besar anak main bergantian dengan temannya dan beberapa anak tidak main bergantian. Anak yang sudah main bergantian termasuk anak yang cepat menyesuaikan diri secara sosial. Faktor lingkungan mempengaruhi anak main bergantian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan bersosialisasi anak usia dini dari orang tua yang bercerai. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik TK MEIRA - Kecamatan Teluk Betung Timur, Kota Bandar Lampung. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 peserta didik yang merupakan anak dari orang tua yang bercerai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan teknik analisis data interaktif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi pada anak usia dini dengan kondisi orang tua yang bercerai, yang dimana perceraian orang tua ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu: Faktor perselingkuhan, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, ekonomi dan campur tangan orang ketiga (orang tua) salah satu pasangan.
