Abstract

Pharmaceutical care in the hospital is one activity that can support good quality. According to the previous observation, in some cases, the adding number of drugs, choosing a less precise drug, emptiness of the drug, and inexpediency between drug planning and consumption. Considering the importance of drug management, then it needs to be browsed all phases of drug management, from the beginning step of selection, procurement (planning and supplying), storage, distribution, and use. The study used descriptive analysis by taking prospective and retrospective data. Data related to drug management is analyzed to use indicator management of drugs. Then, the result is compared with existing standards and research done in another hospital. The results of the interview are also supported by further analysis. Study results indicate that the selection phase has not yet shown efficiency at indicator according to drug with DOEN and formularium. Phase of planning: did not make the drug requirement; on the other hand, the fund allocation is enough to make it. The phase of supplying: The frequency of providing drugs is low, and 15 35% of invoices do not match an order then, and delayed payment is 22 days on average. Storage and distribution show good results. The phase of use, the percentage of drugs prescribed by generic name for hospitalized and ongoing patients 27,1% and 32,3%, the rate of medicines prescribed from formulary for hospitalized 87, 78% and persistent patients 89,95%, percentage usage of antibiotics for hospitalized 12, 57% and 24, 82% for the ongoing patient, percentage usage of injection for hospitalized 47, 26%, the average number of drug per encounter 2, 9 for hospitalization and ongoing patient.

Abstract

ABSTRACTJambi Province is one of the areas most inhabited by the Anak Dalam Tribe (SAD). Their estimated population in Jambi province alone is around 200,000 people. SAD life itself is often known as hunting and gathering to meet life's needs. Pelempang, Muaro Jambi Regency is one of the areas in Mestong village/sub-district, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. Their distance which is quite far from the outside environment makes them live more by utilizing natural materials as a means of fulfilling their daily needs, ranging from food to medical needs. Herbal plants are a type of plant that is able to provide pharmacological effects on the body. In the last few years, we have been surprised by the emergence of a disease condition caused by a virus, namely the corona virus, better known as COVID-19. This condition requires us to always try to improve our health or body immunity to minimize the bad effects of this virus attack. So that many herbal products have emerged that are beneficial to the immune system, both in the form of beverage products and in the form of snacks so that what used to be known by the public about herbal medicines is a medicine that is not tasty and comfortable to consume, and has become a product that is delicious to eat and has benefits for the body's immunity. The distance of access means that education for the SAD community is also minimal. So it is important to provide additional knowledge to improve their quality of life and be able to blend in with the surrounding community. The solution offered in this activity is to provide knowledge and training about the importance of maintaining health and how to use medicinal plants to be given training in making herbal snacks which have many health benefits. This service activity will be carried out in Pelempang village, Maestong sub-district, Muaro Jambi district, Jambi province. This activity was carried out offline and was attended by 30 participants. The results of the activity show that there is additional knowledge for the SAD community in the process of processing herbal products that are delicious to enjoy.Keywords: snacks, SAD, Herbal, Palempang Village ABSTRAK Provinsi jambi merupakan salah satu wilayah yang paling banyak ditempati oleh Suku Anak Dalam (SAD). Perkiraan jumlah populasi mereka di provinsi jambi sendiri adalah sekitar 200.000 orang. Kehidupan SAD sendiri sering dikenal dengan berburu dan meramu guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Pelempang, kabupaten muaro jambi merupakan salah satu daerah yang berada didesa/kelurahan Mestong Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Provinsi Jambi. Jarak mereka yang cukup jauh dari lingkungan luar membuat mereka hidup lebih memanfaatkan bahan alam sebagai sarana pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup mulai dari makanan hingga untuk medis. Tanaman herbal merupakan jenis tanaman yang mampu memberikan efek farmakologis bagi tubuh. Beberapa tahun terakhir kita sempat dikejutkan dengan munculnya kondisi penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus yaitu corona virus yang lebih dikenal dengan COVID-19. Kondisi ini menuntut kita untuk selalu berupaya meningkatkan kesehatan atau imunitas tubuh untuk meminimalisir efek buruk dari serangan virus tersebut. Sehingga telah banyak bermunculan produk-produk herbal yang bermanfaat bagi kekebalan tubuh baik itu berbentuk produk minuman maupun berbentuk snack sehingga yang dulunya masyarakat mengenal obat herbal merupakan obat yang tidak enak dan nyaman dikonsumsi menjadi produk yang nikmat untuk d makan dan memiliki manfaat bagi imunitas tubuh. Jauhnya akses membuat pendidikan bagi masyarakat SAD juga minim. Sehingga pentingnya memberi pengetahuan tambahan untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup mereka dan dapat berbaur dengan masyarakat sekitar. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan ini adalah Memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan cara pemanfaatan tanaman berkhasiat obat untuk diberikan pelatihan pembuatan snack herbal yang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan di desa pelempang kelurahan maestong kabupaten muaro jambi provinsi jambi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara offline yang dihadiri sebanyak 30 orang peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya tambahan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat SAD dalam proses pengolahan produk herbal yang enak untuk di nikmati. Kata kunci: snack, SAD, Herbal, Desa Palempang

Abstract

ABSTRACT Community service activities on Training on Making Herbal Cosmetics at RT.02, Mendalo Indah village, Jambi Luar Kota District aim as follows: a)  Providing knowledge to partner communities about the benefits of herbal plants in the form of cosmetic preparations in order to increase the use value of many herbal plants around the RT.02 Mendalo Indah community; b) Provide technical training to partner communities on how to make herbal cosmetics including masks, scrubs, moisturizers and body scrubs made from active herbal ingredients and how to use them. The results of this PKM activity are expected to form knowledge, competence and empower community independence in RT 02 Mendalo Indah in utilizing and processing medicinal plants around the house into herbal cosmetics in the form of scrubs, body scrubs, masks and moisturizers made from active ingredients from herbs that are safe for use by the community. Counseling on the efficacy of herbal plants in cosmetic preparations and conducting training on processing herbal plants into herbal cosmetics through learning by doing (technical procedures for processing plants) into cosmetic preparations including how to process plants until they are ready for use, introduction to basic ingredients for making cosmetics, how to make cosmetics and how to use and store herbal cosmetics. The people of Mendalo Indah Village understand about the processing and manufacture of cosmetics using herbal plants. Sharing dosage forms of cosmetic products given during training and counseling include scrubs and masks that are efficacious as antiaging, face and skin whitening, exfoliating and antioxidants. Keywords: Cosmetic, Herbal, Mendalo Indah, Jambi   ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang Pelatihan Pembuatan Kosmetik Herbal di RT.02, desa Mendalo Indah Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota bertujuan sebagai berikut : a) Memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat mitra tentang manfaat tanaman herbal dalam bentuk sediaan kosmetik dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai guna dari tanaman herbal yang banyak di sekitar masyarakat RT.02 Mendalo Indah; b) Memberikan pelatihan teknis kepada masyarakat mitra tentang cara pembuatan kosmetik herbal diantaranya masker, lulur, pelembab dan body scrub berbahan aktif herbal dan cara penggunaannya. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini diharapkan dapat membentuk pengetahuan, kompetensi dan memberdayakan kemandirian masyarakat di RT 02 Mendalo Indah dalam memanfaatkan dan mengolah tanaman obat disekitar rumah menjadi kosmetik herbal dalam bentuk lulur, body scrub, masker dan pelembab berbahan aktif dari herbal yang aman digunakan oleh masyarakat. Penyuluhan khasiat tanaman herbal dalam sediaan kosmetik dan melakukan pelatihan mengolah tanaman herbal menjadi kosmetik herbal melalui learning by doing (prosedur teknis pengolahan tanaman) menjadi sediaan kosmetik meliputi cara pengolahan tanaman sampai siap digunakan, pengenalan bahan dasar pembuatan kosmetik, cara pembuatan kosmetik serta cara penggunaan dan penyimpanan kosmetik herbal.Masyarakat Desa Mendalo Indah memahami tentang pengolahan dan pembuatan kosmetik menggunakan tanaman herbal. Berbagi bentuk sediaan produk kosmetik yang diberikan saat pelatihan dan penyuluhan diantaranya adalah lulur dan masker yang berkhasiat sebagai antiaging, pemutih wajah dan kulit, exfoliating dan antioksidan.
