Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa perubahan besar dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Pihak manajemen perusahaan berusaha mengikuti perubahan ini jika ingin perusahaannya tetap dapat bertahan dan semakin meningkat kinerjanya. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam bentuk sistem informasi sumber daya manusia. Dewasa ini banyak bermunculan software sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang bersifat open source. Salah satunya adalah orangeHRM. Penggunaan sofware orangeHRM dalam pembelajaran manajemen sumber daya manusia akan lebih meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang aktivitas yang terjadi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia serta bagaimana keterkaitannya antara satu aktivitas dengan aktivitas lainnya. Sedangkan manfaat lainnya adalah adanya tambahan pengalaman praktis melalui studi kasus yang diberikan membuat mahasiswa lebih mengetahui  kondisi sebenarnya yang terjadi pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di dalam organisasi atau perusahaan. Kata kunci : sistem informasi sumber daya manusia, open source, orangeHRM, manajemen sumber daya manusia   Abstract The development of information technology bring major changes in people's lives. The management of the company tried to follow these changes if they want their company can survive and increase its performance. One is the use of information technology in the human resources management in the form of human resources information systems. Today many emerging software human resource information system that is open source. One is OrangeHRM. The use of OrangeHRM software in the learning of human resource management will enhance students' understanding of the activities that occur in human resource management and how the linkages between the activities with other activities. Human Resource valuation or human assets refers to the measurement and identification of human resources value and information communication to concerned parties. Abstract

This study entitled Influence Workload on Employee Performance through Intrinsic Motivation on Outsourcing Employees PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik. This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of workload on employee performance of PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik, (2) To know the effect of workload on intrinsic motivation of PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik employees, (3) To know the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee performance PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik, and (4) To know the effect of work load on employee performance through intrinsic motivation as intervening variable at PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik. This study uses quantitative methods whose population is all employees outsourcing PT. Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik which amounts to 121 employees. The sample used is 93 employees with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sampling technique. Hypothesis in this research are: (1) Work load has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, (2) Work load has positive and significant effect to employee intrinsic motivation, (3) Intrinsic motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance, (4) work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with intrinsic motivation as intervening variable. Based on path analysis result show that: (1) Work load positively and significantly influence to the performance employee value 6,463 (2) Work load positively and significantly influence to intrinsic motivation with influence value 0,796, (3) The intrinsic motivation have positive and significant influence to the performance employee with influence value 0,300, (4) Work load have positive and significant effect to employee performance through intrinsic motivation as intervening variable with influence value 0,238.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to employee performance. This research is conducted in Pamekasan Regency Government. The samples of this research are 116 respondents. The sample technique which used in this research is proportional stratified random sampling. And then, this study employs questionnaire by a large number of answers based on a 5-point likert scale to collect the needed data and information.  The result of this research reveals that the work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) influence significantly to employee performance in Pamekasan Regency Government. Nevertheless, organizational culture do not influence significantly to employee performance in Pamekasan Regency Government.

Abstract

Madura’s economic conditions after the operation Suramadu bridge shows the development in a positive direction. SMEs in Madura Island as one of the business entity should contribute to further boost economic growth. One of the potential is a traditional Madura herbal medicine industry in Bangkalan that produce traditional herbal medicine with different types of products. Marketing efforts undertaken by herbal medicine SMEs is still very traditional and many deficiencies. Such as the distribution channels that are not well ordered, the price disparity, promotional programs that are not designed properly, marketing range is still limited in local area Madura and a little Java and the production and marketing process not in synchronization. The main weshes of the herbal medicine SMEs is an increase in the marketing area of herbal medicine product and the brand better known by the public. From the analysis of the marketing conditions and the requirement of SMEs then drafted a marketing model of herbal medicine SMEs by utilizing information technology such as e-commerce web to improve marketing performance solutions that will bring herbal medicine SMEs in Bangkalan Madura improving business continuity.

Abstract

This study discusses about the effect job involvement, job satisfaction, empleyee performance and motivation of PDAM Sumber Pocong Bangkalan. The purposes of this study are to find out the effect job involvement and job satisfaction effect onemployee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. Ita use a quantitative approach population in this study 183 with 65 sample respondents, and used questionnaires in collecting data, using the multiple linear regression and path analyisis, the result showed that : 1) job involvement has a positive and significant effect on motivation. 2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on motivation. 3) job involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee. 4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 6) job involvement has a direct effect on employee performance without through the motivation. 7) job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance without through the motivation.

Abstract

The  study discusses the problems that exist in Pulorejo Public Health Center of Ngoro, Jombang. The problems that exist in this Public Health Center are low work motivation and job satisfaction. There are 3 variables in this study, namely work motivation as an independent variables, job satisfaction as an intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable.  The objective of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and a sample of 73 respondents. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (2) Work Motivation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (4) The indirect effect of work motivation is positive and insignificant on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center.

Abstract

This research discusses the impact of authentic leadership and emotional work on employee productivity in the context of modern organizations through literature studies. This study aims to understand how authentic leadership and emotional labor can influence employee productivity in modern organizations. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting and analyzing journals, books, and articles related to the chosen theme. In its analysis, this study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques to understand the relationship between authentic leadership, emotional work, and employee productivity. The results of this study indicate that authentic leadership and emotional labor have a positive impact on employee productivity in modern organizations. Authentic leadership can help increase employee confidence and motivation in achieving organizational goals, while emotional labor can help employees deal with stress and maintain high engagement in their jobs. This research has important practical implications for modern organizational management in developing effective leadership strategies and paying attention to the emotional labor aspects of employees to increase productivity and overall organizational performance.
