This study aimed to analyze income, expenses, and social environment of street vendors between before and after the relocation to Pratistha Harsha. Collecting data is using interview, observation and literature study techniques. The respondents were selected namely Pratistha Harsha Chief Manager, Chairman of The Pratistha Harsha Society, Pratistha Harsha vendors culinary. Population of street vendors who relocated to Pratistha Harsha are 65 peoples and sample are 40 seller respondents. Selection of the sample is using simple random sampling. The study was conducted in September 2015 and using a paired t test analysis. The results show that the amount of production is lower after the relocation, and sales turnover and net income are not different between before and after the relocation to Pratistha Harsha. In the aspect of cost, there are improvement after relocating to Pratistha Harsha.

Indonesia has a large population and potential of natural resources which is resulting in problems of human resources, natural resources, and environment. The high number of productive age also brings the problems of employment and unemployment. Moreover, education has not been able to guarantee the employment opportunities. The situation becomes ironic when people go abroad to looking for jobs without a sufficient skill. The researcher tries to give contribution towards the problem by explaining the importance of entrepreneurship. This descriptive research uses a qualitative approach. The sample is the Migrant Workers (TKI)  in Ponorogo Regency who get support from family to work abroad again. The migrant workers work abroad because of the economic needs. The migrant workers who have returned home, prefer to start being an entrepreneur than to work abroad again

This study aims to analyze the development strategy Pratistha Harsa Culinary Market. Collecting data using the techniques of interview, observation and literature. The respondents were selected ie Pratistha Harsa Chief Manager, Chairman of the Society Pratistha Harsha, traders culinary Pratistha Harsa. The population of merchants in Pratistha Harsa number of 65 peoples and a sample of 40 seller respondents. Selection of the sample using simple random sampling. This research using SWOT Matrix and QSP Matrix. The results showed that the development strategy for the culinary center Pratistha Harsa obtained from the SWOT Matrix and Matrix QSP is using WT strategy, namely to minimize weaknesses and avoid external threats. It can be concluded that the formulation of the strategy of development of the culinary center Pratistha Harsha, looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Pratistha Harsa relocation program that decision makers in Pratistha Harsha will apply Weaknesess-Threats Strategy.

Awal tahun 2020 Indonesia digemparkan dengan penyebaran masif virus Covid-19 yang membuat sektor industri mengalami penurunan, baik industri besar maupun Usaha Mikro, kecil, menengah termasuk pengrajin mebel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengembangan Pengrajin Mebel di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 5 orang. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi lapangan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan (strenghts), kelemahan (waekness), peluang (opporunities), ancaman (threats). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi kompetitif yang dapat digunakan guna memaksimalkan kekuatan (strenghts) dan peluang (opportunities) serta meminimalkan kelemahan (weaknesses) dan ancaman (threats) yang ada dalam usaha pengrajin mebel di kabupaten Ponorogo yakni strategi pengembangan pasar, pengembangan produk, dan pengembangan inovasi. Meliputi meningkatkan dan menjaga komunikasi baik dengan jaringan maupun konsumen, menjalin kerja sama dengan jaringan baru, serta meningkatkkan kualitas dan inovasi guna menjaga loyalitas dan menarik pelanggan baru.Kata kunci :

Jumlah tenaga kerja yang tinggi masih belum diimbangi dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja yang mencukupi. Kondisi seperti ini memerlukan solusi agar angka pengangguran tidak semakin bertambah. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya pola pikir dari para penyandang disabilitas yang ada di Kampung Idiot Ponorogo. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya rumusan atau Road map sebagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan efektivitas pembelajaran program batik ciprat bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kampung idiot Ponorogo. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan intensif yaitu, tenant penyandang disabilitas mendapatkan pembelajaran dan pendampingan kewirausahaan secara intensif dari pengajar, praktisi dan semua pihak yang terlibat terkait batik ciprat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adalah kunci organisasi kewirausahaan sosial di Rumah Harapan. Terlihat dari kondisi pelatihan, pengelolaan, dan strukturisasi Rumah Harapan dapat berjalan sesuai harapan bersama. Sokongan sumberdaya merupakan bahan bakar yang menyuplai ketersediaan hal-hal yang dibutuhkan oleh Rumah Harapan, seperti adanya sumber daya manusia. Kesimpulannya yaitu pelatihan pembelajaran batik ciprat merupakan jaringan dan menjadi kunci bagi organisasi kewirausahaan sosial desa ini sehingga mampu bertahan karena hubungan kerja sama dengan stakeholder bagi Rumah Harapan bukan sekedar untuk memperluas target penjualan produk tetapi juga bentuk usaha penggalian ilmu-ilmu baru.Kata Kunci: Batik Ciprat; Identitas; Pemberdayaan Ekonomi; Kampung Idiot Ponorogo; KewirausahaanBatik Ciprat, The Identity and Economic Empowerment for Handicapped in Kampung Idiot, PonorogoABSTRACTThe availability of adequate employment has not matched the high number of workers. Conditions like this require a solution so that unemployment does not increase. The outcome of this community service activity is the formation of the mindset of persons with disabilities in Kampung Idiot Ponorogo. Therefore it is necessary to have a formula or Road map as an effort made to obtain the effectiveness of learning the ciprat batik program for people with disabilities in the idiot village of Ponorogo. This service activity method uses a qualitative and intensive approach. That is, tenants with disabilities get intensive entrepreneurial learning and mentoring from teachers, practitioners, and all parties involved with splatter batik. The results show that leadership is the key to the social entrepreneurship organization at Rumah Harapan. It can be seen from the conditions of the training, management, and structure of Rumah Harapan that it can run according to mutual expectations. Resource support is the fuel that supplies the things needed by Rumah Harapan, such as human resources. The conclusion is that the ciprat batik learning training is a network and is the key for this village social entrepreneurship organization so that it can survive because the cooperative relationship with stakeholders for Rumah Harapan is not only to expand product sales targets but also a form of business exploring new knowledge.. Ponorogo is one of the many region that is also seriously affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The purpose of this research aims to analyze related activities made by the Ponorogo government, as an effort to overcome the economic barriers of society due to COVID-19. Based on the reports ang facts in the field, the affected people are those who have not been covered by assistance programs such as PKH or BPNT, around 15.000 people. The method in this research is to find a variety of scientific literature, the latest, and valid form of media coverage, and scientific journals as a reference. Ponorogo government innovates policies by diverting the budget to help the process of the acceleration of handling COVID-19 with the main object is society. The result of this research concluded that the Ponorogo government had succeeded in coordinating and agreeing in the proses of determining the budget diversion policy. The said budget diversion is taken from a number non-priority budgets items, or in other words it can still be delayed. In this researches can be analyzed that of course the budget diversion policy has gone through various considerations ang long-term calculations, so that effort to create economic stability can be carried out as soon as possible. However, what’s need to be underlined is related to how the diversion of budget also creates other impact namely inhibiting development process like infrastructure, housing, settlement, increasing human resources, and so forth. The priority scale determined by the Ponorogo government in passing the crisis period dua to COVID-19 is a manifestation of the principle of good government, that the basic needs of the society are the biggest responsibility (even more so in the era of disasters). In addition, the status of the red zone in Ponorogo itself doses contribute to additional logical reasons for the government to make diversion budget precisely and directed. Reyog handicraft industry is one of the leading SMEs in Ponorogo Regency. In early 2020, the Government of Ponorogo Regency established a new building as a production and promotion center for SMEs actors, namely the Industrial Center. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of business financial aspects and development strategies of reyog craftsmen after the construction of industrial centers. Research method using quantitative descriptive approach, informant selected using purposive sampling technique as many as 9 craftsmen. The method of data retrieval through interviews combined with a list of open questionnaires and field observations. Feasibility analysis uses NPV, PBP, IRR and B/C Ratio calculations, while development strategies are analyzed with SWOT. The results of the financial feasibility analysis of 3 types of handicrafts, namely barongan head, bujangganong mask and kelonosewandono mask indicate that the development of reyog handicraft business is feasible and continued. Swot analysis results related to the development strategy used by craftsmen consists of market penetration, product development and market development, including expanding market share by utilizing social media, maintaining the quality of raw materials used production, prioritizing the production of goods that have a faster turnover, have a stock of raw materials production for several months and maintain the prevailing price standards in the market.

Research Objectives "Mapping the Potential of Appropriate Technology for Small and Medium Enterprises as an Effort to Improve the Capability of Technology Readiness in Ponorogo District" is to describe the profile of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), evaluate and measure the level of technological readiness ability (TK2T) of SMEs in Ponorogo District. The analytical tool used is a technometer that serves to measure the level of technological readiness capability used for the production of SMEs divided into three stages, basic (level 1 to level 3), medium (level 4 to level 6) and ready (Level 7 to With Level 9). By using teknometer is expected to provide basic information about mapping the potential needs and the use of appropriate technology (TTG) both tools, processes and production results in Ponorogo regency. SMEs in Ponorogo Regency are dominated in the field of food, handicraft and textile fields. The SME food business unit still requires major government intervention on production process issues. The majority of SMEs business unit in the field of food still use technology (tools) simple and potluck. The production process of SMEs business still neglects the hygienic side of both the production and production. The results of the evaluation and measurement of SME TK2T in Ponorogo District indicate that all samples have passed measurements at level 1 to level 3. Less than 50% pass the middle level ie level 4 to level 6, while less than 10% have passed the top level measurement , Which is level 7 to level 9. This explains that the production of SMEs in Ponorogo Regency still need government intervention both in the use of appropriate technology, as well as supporting indicators such as management, hygiene in production, human resources.

ABSTRAKPeranan Pembiayaan Mikro Express Bank Mitra Syariah dalam praktiknya membawa pengaruh terhadap perubahan ketergantungan pedagang pasar terhadap rentenir. Masalah kebutuhan modal dan manajemen keuangan yang menjadi masalah pedagang pasar dapat terbantu dengan adanya Pembiayaan Mikro Express. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembiayaan Mikro Express terhadap kemandirian pedagang pasar. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lama usaha dan aset usaha. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah kemandirian pedagang pasar. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah lama usaha berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian pedagang pasar dan aset usaha berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian pedagang pasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 44 responden dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 11 pasar kelolaan Bank Mitra Syariah yang tersebar di Kabupaten Ponorogo dan Kabupaten Madiun. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lama usaha dan aset usaha terhadap kemandirian pedagang pasar. The problem of capital needs and financial management which is a problem of market traders can be helped by the Micro Express Financing. The purpose of this research is to study the interaction of Express Micro Financing on the independence of market traders. The independent variable used in this study is the length of business and business assets. The dependent variable used is the independence of the market trader. The hypothesis in this study is the length of business that was approved for the independence of market traders and business assets that support the independence of market traders. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The research sample consisted of 44 respondents using the total sampling method. This research was conducted in 11 managed markets of Bank Mitra Syariah which are spread in Ponorogo Regency and Madiun Regency. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted produced significant results between the length of business and business assets on the independence of market traders.Keywords: loan sharks, micro financing, independence, market traders
