Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the financial strategies implemented in improving the quality of financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. Good quality financial management in schools is a crucial factor in supporting the achievement of educational goals and human resource development. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documents related to school finances. This research will focus on identifying financial strategies that have been implemented, such as budget allocation, financial resource management, and financial performance evaluation. SWOT analysis will be used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing financial strategies at SMPN 3 Cilegon. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the financial strategies that have been implemented, as well as provide recommendations for improvements to improve financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. The implications of this research can be a basis for policy makers, school principals and related parties in designing strategic policies that are more effective in improving the quality of financial management in secondary level educational institutions

Abstract

This research explores the important role of financial management in achieving educational excellence at SDN Gedong Dalem 01, Cilegon City. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research analyzes school financial data and conducts in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to understand the impact of effective financial management on the quality of education. The research results show that transparency, efficiency and wise allocation of funds are important factors in improving the quality of education in these schools. These findings are consistent with previous research which confirms the importance of good financial management in achieving educational goals. Practical implications of this research include the need to expand managerial and financial capacity for school staff through training and technical support. This research makes a significant contribution in strengthening understanding of the relationship between school financial management and the achievement of educational excellence, as well as providing direction for concrete efforts to improve managerial and financial capabilities at the school level

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas Kebijakan serta taktik pada meningkatkan Mutu pendidikan pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pendidikan yang efektif serta merumuskan strategi yang sempurna guna mencapai tujuan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Melalui tinjauan literatur serta studi kasus, penelitian ini menjabarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan serta merinci strategi yang bisa diterapkan oleh pemerintah, forum pendidikan, dan para pendidik yang memeiliki kompetensi pada bidang pensisikan. Jurnal ini juga mengeksplorasi akibat inovasi pada kebijakan pendidikan dan menggali taktik-strategi terbaru yang bisa menghadirkan solusi buat tantangan pendidikan yg lebih kreatif. hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi perancangan kebijakan dan pengembangan strategi yg berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada berbagai tingkatan.

Abstract

The development of information and communications technology (ICT) has become a major driver in the transformation of education systems throughout the world. This abstract explores the important role of ICT in the context of education policy, exploring how its use can be increased to support the development of education that is adaptive and responsive to global change. The main focus includes aspects of learning quality, educational accessibility, and curriculum relevance. In this analysis, it was found that ICT is not only a supporting tool, but a fundamental foundation for creating a dynamic learning environment. Strong integration between progressive policies and holistic ICT use strategies is needed to achieve inclusive education goals.

Abstract

When it comes to managing change from a human perspective, an approach called change management can be used. Change management has evolved and evolved over the last fifty years. The term "change" refers to the process in which something changes from an initial state to a different or altered state. Changes, problems, and models are discussed in this research. A literature review was used. The results of this study show how important it is to change everyday life. Additionally, changes must take into account the current problems for which the appropriate model is designed, engineered, and managed.

Abstract

Effective change management requires five main steps: assessing the situation, planning the change, putting the plan into practice, analyzing the results, and ensuring that the change is safe and effective in the organization. This research is in-depth about “Organizational Change Management: Effective Strategies in Facing Global Challenges.” Through the literature study method, this research examines more deeply how to implement an effective change management strategy to face an era of boundless global competition characterized by rapid changes in the business environment and advances in communication and information technology. In this effective strategy, it is necessary to involve employees and leaders who change the paradigm of thinking to face the rapid changes in the business environment in global competition for the success of the transformation.
