Abstract

The Indonesian economy experienced a deep contraction in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.The economic growth rate took a sharp dip at -5.32% in the first quarter based on data from BPS. One ofthe impacts is the decline in credit growth in the banking sector, which grew only 0.12% per August.The government is trying to control the rate of credit growth by introducing policies in the monetarysector, namely a change in the statutory reserve requirement (GWM) from 8% to 4% in order tomaintain banking liquidity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the statutoryreserve requirement, Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio (MIR), and capital buffer onthe growth of commercial bank credit in Indonesia 2019-2020. The data used is monthly data from theIndonesian Banking Statistics on the website of the Financial Services Authority. The statistical methodused in this study is the multiple linear regression method with E-Views SV.11 software to perform thethree hypothesis tests. The results of the study partially show that the reserve requirement has anegative and insignificant effect on commercial bank credit growth. MIR and capital buffer have asignificant effect, but MIR has a negative effect and capital buffer has a positive influence on commercialbank credit growth.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and produce good affective assessment instruments, as well as meet the criteria of validity and reliability. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods. Data collection with questionnaires in the form of several statements about the entrepreneurial spirit, consisting of 5 dimensions, namely motivation to excel, creative thinking, independence, business risk-taking, and leadership. In this study, respondents were students of grade XI IPS at SMA Negeri 35 and SMA Negeri 7 Jakarta. Of the 37 items developed, 36 were conducted limited trials and final field tests. Based on the validity test with Product Moment correlation, and reliability with Alpha Cronbach it is obtained that the 36 statements are valid and reliable. Furthermore, instrument standardization is carried out with CFA factor analysis, and as many as 12 items are fit, valid, and reliable. Then, the entrepreneurial spirit level of students of SMA Negeri 35 and SMA Negeri 7 Jakarta, out of 5 categories was in the moderate category (7.04%), high (48.36%) and very high (44.60%).

Abstract

The number of unemployed is always increasing every year, especially in high school graduates. One way to overcome this is to become an entrepreneur. This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and the quality of entrepreneurship learning on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research population is class XI students in the 2020/2021 academic year at SMAN 35 Jakarta and SMAN 7 Jakarta, totally 454 students. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 212 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Digital Literacy and Entrepreneurship Learning Quality on Students' Entrepreneurial Intentions. The level of digital literacy is very high, while the level of quality of entrepreneurship learning is medium and the level of entrepreneurial intention is very high. It can be concluded that in the current digital era, the need for digital literacy skills is needed to support students' intentions in starting entrepreneurship as well.

Abstract

Given the importance of the role of the community to pay taxes in their participation in bearing state financing, citizen awareness is required to fulfill their state obligations. Apart from awareness as citizens, most people do not fulfill the obligation to pay taxes, especially in the Central Jakarta City area. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of tax rates, tax payment methods and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes. This research was conducted at the Central Jakarta City SAMSATOffice. The number of samples in this study were 234 respondents with the sampling method using the random sampling method. Collecting data in this study using quantitative techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The analysis used in this study uses IBM SPSS version 24.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that tax rates and tax payment methods have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes at the Central Jakarta City SAMSATOffice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment and government expenditure on the economic growth of districts/cities in the province of West Java. Data obtained indirectly obtained by researchers through other parties. Data in the form of annual investment and government spending, as well as Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), were collected from 2015 to 2020 and covered 12 districts/cities in West Java. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of investment on economic growth, there is a negative and significant effect of government spending on economic growth, there is a simultaneous effect of investment and government spending on economic growth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Barat. Data diperoleh secara tidak langsung yang didapat peneliti lewat pihak lain. Data berupa investasi tahunan dan pengeluaran pemerintah, serta Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), yang dikumpulkan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2020 dan mencakup 12 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Software SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, terdapat pengaruh negative dan signifikan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, terdapat pengaruh yang simultan antara investasi dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and the use of social media on student entrepreneurial intention in Jakarta. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, the population used is students with campus domicile in Jakarta and active in using social media. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS version 25. The first test carried out was the validity and reliability test of the instrument with the results of the validity test p-value 0.000 <0.05 and the reliability test results with Cronbach's alpha value of 0.985 > 0.6. The second test is the classical assumption test, all data in this study pass the classical assumption test. The next test is multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 1.024 + 0.332 X1 + 0.495 X2 + e. The next test is hypothesis testing with t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and f-test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study are all hypotheses can be accepted. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa dengan domisili kampus di Jakarta dan aktif dalam menggunakan media sosial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Uji pertama yang dilakukan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dengan hasil uji validitas p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji reliabilitas dengan nilai nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,985 > 0,6. Uji yang kedua yaitu uji asumsi klasik seluruh data dalam penelitian ini lolos uji asumsi klasik. Uji selanjutnya yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 1.024 + 0,332 X1 + 0,495 X2 + e. uji selanjutnya yaitu uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan uji f dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu semua hipotesis dapat diterima.

Abstract

The research aims to develop learning media in the form of audio-visual based contextual on taxation material using the ADDIE model with five stages. The research stages are 1) The analysis stage is that there is a decrease in learning outcomes, the learning approach is less than optimal, and the learning media is not varied. 2) The product design stage, expert validation, and test instruments are declared valid and reliable. 3) Product development stage, and feasibility assessment by Media Expert I (71% and 88%); Media Expert II (80% and 91%); Material Expert I 92%; Material Expert II 90%. 4) The product implementation stage in the experimental class was given a pre-test and post-test. 5) The evaluation stage is the pre-test and post-test in the control and experimental classes. Using the n-gain test and effect size, the results showed that there was a high increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class with an average score of 0.73. While the increase in learning outcomes in the control class obtained an average score of 0.31. This means that there is a difference in improving learning outcomes between classes that use learning media and those without media. In addition, the learning media developed is effective in supporting the improvement of student learning outcomes on taxation material with an effectiveness value of 1.56

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of technology, independent learning, and the activeness of students on learning outcomes both partially and simultaneously. In particular, this study uses a quantitative research method with a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The research sample was 179 students, Based on the results of the study, the use of technology, independent learning, and student activity have an influence on learning outcomes. In the t-test the use of technology in learning partially has a positive and significant effect on the economics learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor with a tcount of 8.349 . greater than t table which is equal to 1.973 (tcount > ttable ), learning independence in learning partially has a positive and significant effect on the economics learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor with a tcount of 7.696. is greater than ttable which is equal to 1.973 (tcount > ttable ), and student activity in learning partially has a positive and significant effect on the economics learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor by having tcount 6.647. greater than t table which is equal to 1.973 (tcount > ttable ).

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence the family environment and self-regulated learning had on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta using the survey method, where the questionnaire became the research instrument. This study used quantitative data using regression analysis and the processing of the data was analyzed using SPSS. The population in this study were all students of class XI Social Studies at SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta for the 2021/2022 Academic Year, a total of 160 students. The sample used is Saturated Sample, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled, meaning that the sample in this study is 160 students. The results of this study are family environment has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; self-regulated learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes, and; family environment and self-regulated learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
