Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Pendidikan Anti Korupsi Bagi Siswa SMA ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mewujudkan generasi muda yang mempunyai cara pandang, sikap dan perilaku yang demokratis untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat, bangsa dan negara, mempunyai integritas, dan anti korupsi. -korupsi. (2) Melahirkan generasi (3) Mendorong lahirnya kader-kader politik muda yang cerdas, berintegritas dan anti korupsi pada tingkat mahasiswa pada khususnya. Hasil dari kegiatan program pendidikan antikorupsi pada pelajar antara lain mampu memberikan pemahaman dan motivasi kepada pelajar mengenai sikap antikorupsi melalui pemberian materi dan pemutaran film antikorupsi. Program ini mampu mengasah mahasiswa untuk berpikir kritis dan memberikan pengalaman langsung terhadap praktik korupsi.

Abstract

His study aims to examine the level of public understanding of criminal acts in the form of Hate Speech and Hoax which are regulated in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE). The development of information technology and the internet has had a significant impact on the way people communicate and interact. However, the use of this technology has also created new problems, such as the rise of hate speech and hoaxes on online platforms. This study uses a survey method with questionnaires distributed to respondents randomly in several areas that represent the diversity of society. The questions in the questionnaire focused on people's understanding of the concept of Hate Speech and Hoax in accordance with the ITE Law, the impact of the spread of Hate Speech and Hoax, as well as knowledge of related legal sanctions.

Abstract

Legal action by the Indonesian government to protect trafficked workers. Through law enforcement, prevention, education, rehabilitation, and international cooperation, governments are committed to protecting the rights and well-being of victims. Several laws, such as the Indonesian Labor Protection Law and the Law on Combating Trafficking in Persons, provided the primary legal basis for victim protection. These protective measures include prevention, law enforcement, and rehabilitation in accordance with human rights principles. However, challenges remained in protecting the workforce, especially those vulnerable to trafficking. Further efforts are needed to enforce the law, improve regulations, and raise public awareness to address the trafficking problem that impacts the lives of Indonesian workers.
