Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the quality of service, both simultaneously and partially, on the satisfaction of patients using the Social Security Administering Agency at the Ciawi Bogor Community Health Center. The sample size was 100 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique with accidental sampling method with criteria; 1) patients who have sought treatment at the Ciawi Community Health Center at least once; 2) patients who are mature enough to fill out the questionnaire are 17 years old. The questionnaire was tested using validation, reliability and classical assumption tests. The results of this test are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The research results show that service quality variables, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Ciawi Bogor Community Health Center. The driver of patient satisfaction using the Social Security Administering Agency at the Ciawi Bogor Community Health Center is reliability.

Abstract

Hans Snack and Cake is an MSME that produces various kinds of snacks consisting of tart cakes, pastries and bread. The potential of MSMEs is in demand by many consumers so they have high sales, but there is still a low understanding of financial management which causes MSMEs not to know their financial position. This service provides training on the importance of financial recording with the aim of enabling MSMEs to see financial performance and be able to divide budgets effectively so that they are more structured and mature. Training provided regarding Cost of Goods Production Reports (HPP) and Profit and Loss Reports. The methods used were interviews, observation and training programs. The success of this service provides benefits for students, MSMEs and is able to encourage MSMEs to improve financial management. Community involvement in this service is the key to the success of this program.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most influential factors in the company's work system. Compensation, leadership style, and a good work environment can motivate employees to work harder and employee performance productivity will increase. So the company must be able to pay attention to compensation, leadership style and work environment conditions. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT XYZ. This research data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires to 41 employees. The results of this study based on the results of validity and reliability tests show that all indicators are declared valid and reliable. Simultaneously compensation, leadership style, work environment, affect the performance of PT XYZ employees. While partially all independent variables affect employee performance
