Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, bidang pariwisata merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang mempunyai peranan yang sangat strategis dalam menunjang pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan experiential marketingdan kepuasan konsumen secara simultan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna jasa wisata; 2) menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan experiential marketingdan kepuasan konsumen secara parsial terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna jasa wisata; 3) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna jasa wisata.  Metode penelitian survey dan bentuk penelitian verifikatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan wisatawan sebanyak 200 responden dengan metode purposive sample. Obyek wisata sebanyak tiga belas tempat wisata dan data sekunder diperoleh dari BPS dan dokumen-dokumen serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian terdapat Secara bersama-sama sense, feel, think, act dan relateserta kepuasan konsumen memberikan pengaruh tehadap Loyalitas Konsumenpengguna jasa wisata. Secara parsial relate dan kepuasan konsumen memberikan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna jasa wisata. Sedangkan sense, feel, thinkdan act tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap  loyalitas konsumen pengguna jasa wisata.Kata Kunci: Experiential Marketing, Kepuasan Konsumen dan Loyalitas Konsumen

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata di Indonesia sekarang telah memberikan sumbangan dalam menambah devisa ataupun lapangan pekerjaan. Sektor pariwisata juga dapat memberikan dampak sosial, ekonomi, maupun dalam pelestarian lingkungan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam (SDA), serta budaya yang semakin arif dan bijaksana. Dengan adanya wilayah atau tempat pariwisata maka akan berperan besar dalam memberikan sumbangan pendapatan bagi suatu daerah atau masyarakat di sekitar tempat pariwisata. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) persepsi konsumen tentang sense, feel, think, act, dan relate (experiential marketing) untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna Agrowisata Gunung Mas; 2) hubungan sense, feel, think, act, dan relate (experiential marketing) untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna Agrowisata Gunung Mas. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dan metode survey pada 100 responden. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji Chi Square dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitiannya rata-rata dimensi: sense yaitu 3,90; feel 3,57; think 3,74; act  3,85; relate 3,57. Dimensi sense, feel, think, act, dan relate menunjukkan hubungan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen pada Agrowisata Gunung Mas.

Abstract

The biggest challenge in providing health service is the fulfillment of people, especially the poor, expectation in getting appropriate health service quality and facility. Puskesmas (public health center) is the front liner in providing public health service and in national health system. Therefore, the government role in improving the access of poor people to health service through health maintenance guarantee program for poor people. An analysis of the effects of Puskesmas service quality on the satisfaction of poor family health insurance holder patients in Bogor city seen from tangibility, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance dimensions was done. Results showed that puskesmas service still needed improvement especially in facility completeness and medicine supply. Simultaneously, service quality parameters were found to give significant effects. Partially, it was found that tangibility, responsiveness, and assurance gave significant effects but empathy and reliability did not.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh secara simultan faktor ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, tata ruang, dan ketertiban umum terhadap kinerja pedagang kaki lima (PKL); 2) pengaruh secara parsial faktor ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, tata ruang, dan ketertiban umum terhadap kinerja PKL; 3) faktor penghambat dan pendorong kinerja PKL. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PKL bidang kuliner Bogor Tengah, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 95 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling (penarikan sampel secara acak). Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode pengujian data uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji statistik (uji F dan uji T). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan faktor ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, tata ruang, ketertiban umum berpengaruh terhadap kinerja PKL, nilai R Square sebesar 0,605. Dari uji T menunjukkan bahwa tata ruang dan ketertiban umum secara parsial tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja PKL, sedangkan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja PKL. Faktor penghambat kinerja PKL adalah tata ruang dan ketertiban umum, dan faktor pendukung kinerja PKL adalah ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) gambaran customer experience pada destinasi wisata  kota Bogor, 2) gambaran revisit intention terhadap destinasi wisata kota Bogor, 3) pengaruh customer experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (revisit intention) pada destinasi wisata kota Bogor. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam  dan observasi. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi berganda, uji F dan  uji-t. Secara simultan variabel comfort, educational, hedonic, novelty, safety dan beauty memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada destinasi wisata kota Bogor. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji-t) menyimpulkan bahwa faktor comfort, hedonic, novelty, safety  dan beauty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (revisit intention), sedangkan faktor educational tidak berpengaruh. Kata Kunci : Customer Experience, Minat Berkunjung Kembali

Abstract

The research is conducted at PT. Milko Beverage Industry, Bogor. The purpose of the research is to know about : 1) how is the implementation of employee training, 2) how are the knowledge, skills and attitudes that employee have seen from KKJ and CTF and 3) how are the needs and training decisions based on the KKJ and CTF analysis. It uses Tool Training Need Assessment (TNA-T) method. The results show that the implementation of the training includes three stages; they are planning, implementation, and evaluation stage. The quality of knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the employees are quite good. The quality of knowledge and the skills of employes are quite good and the level attitude is a good interpretation. From the results of the analysis about the needs and priorities employees training decisions in areas B, is mean that it needs a training. The substances of the training include : subject of analysis capabilities, task management, and self-management for the QA department. While the Department of Engineering priorities are self-management, task management and capabilities.Keywords: Training Needs Analysis, KKJ and CTF

Abstract

This research is descrptive and verification which aims to determinee the effectoof the implementation of education and training programs to work performance of emplooyes at Balitnak Ciawi, Bogor. Population in this research were 30 employes who had attended training and education. Data was collected by questionnaires. All variables in this ressearch is valid and reliable, and feasible to use explain the work performance variable. Results of research conducted shows that eduucation and training simultaneously and partially positive and significant impact on the performance of employees Balitnak. Education variable training has an average score of responses at 4.17, which means both categories, and work performance variable have an average score of responses at 4.32, whicch mean excellent category. it is clear that educatiom and trainiing have a close relationship with job performace.Keyword: education and training programs, work performance of employes.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) knowing organizational climate, leadership and employee performance; 2) the effect of organizational climate and leadership partially on employee performance; 3) the effect of organizational climate and leadership simultaneously on organizational performance. The population in this study were all employees amounted to 75 people with a sampling method using Non-Profitability Sampling (random sampling). Data collection techniques with questionnaires, interviews and observations while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical test (F test and T test). Results of the research is that there is a strong relationship between organizational climate and leadership with employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the organizational climate and leadership contributed 62.6%, while 37.4% are influenced by other factors such as the system of compensation, organizational structure, job design and reward systems. Based on statistical test concluded that organizational climate and leadership simultaneously and partially real effect on employee performance.Keywords: organizational climate, leadership, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the perception of employees against transfer and promotion 2) simultaneously and partially the effect of mutations and promotions on employee performance. The research method used descriptive and verification method. Test instrument data using product moment to test the validity and reliability with Cronbach alpha. Methods of data analysis used multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and analysis of determination and hypothesis test F-test and t test. The results showed that the variables of personnel transfers and promotions of powerful positions simultaneously (together) on employee performance. Partially personnel transfers influence on employee performance and promotion effect on employee performance.Keywords: Mutation, Promotion, Performance
