Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem and needs to be addressed immediately. This study aims to map the distribution of the prevalence of stunting in all districts / cities in Central Java province based on the criteria of community nutrition problems by WHO, namely if the region> 20% then the region must immediately make an intervention effort to reduce its prevalence. The design of this study uses research and development using Quantum GIS software. The variable studied was secondary data on the prevalence of stunting in 35 districts/ cities in Central Java Province from 2015-2017. The flowchart of making a geographical system was arranged in a flowchart. Areas with stunting conditions <20% in 2015 in Purbalingga, Kudus, Semarang, Pemalang, Tegal, Surakarta and Semarang City; in 2016 in Banyumas, Magelang, Kendal, Semarang, Semarang City, Salatiga, Semarang City and 1 green zone area (<10%) in Pati; In 2017 all regions in Central Java are chronic. Based on mapping in 2015, the most yellow zone in number among other years. In 2016, the yellow zone shifted to another region and there was one green zone. Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem  in most of developing countries for quite a long time, including Indonesia. In 2018, Indonesia had 30.8% of stunting toddlers, 29.6% in 2017 and 27.54% in 2016. The trend over the last 3 years the prevalence of stunting has increased. The purpose of this research is to map the spread of stunting toddlers and exclusive breast milk coverage in Indonesia. This research is a cross sectional study using secondary data sourced from reporting compiled by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018. WebGIS is used to compile mappings of both variables in each province through the official website of BPS. The results of this study show the information presented in WebGis seen most provinces have a prevalence of stunting in black zones (very high) and exclusive breast milk coverage in red zones (very less met than national targets).

Abstract

Abstrak : LPP TVRI Stasiun Jawa Tengah membutuhkan suatu sistem teknologi yang dapat membantu dalam proses manajemen dokumentasi program acara yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Sistem manual ini dirasa sangat tidak efektif dan efesien. Untuk itu penelitian ini akan mebangun sistem informasi manajemen dokumentasi acara pada LPP TVRI Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan prosedur penelitian R&D (Research and Development) serta metode pengembangan perangkat lunak FAST (Framework for the application of system analysis technique). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data menggunakan database MySQL dan apache sebagai sebagai web servernya. Sistem ini dinyatakan lolos uji dari beberapa hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem ini dapat mempermudah pengelolaan dokumentasi acara menjadi aman, efektif dan efesien. Selain itu, memepermudah instansi yang terkait dalam permintaan dokumentasi acara.

Abstract

Anemia is a lack of blood condition with reduction in hemoglobin as one of indicator. According to data from the Basic Health Research in 2013, the prevalence of anemia sufferers in Indonesia was high at 37.1%. The figure was almost close to severe public health problems with an anemia prevalence limit of more than 40%. However, this was not accompanied by low public knowledge about anemia.Therefore, researcher created an anemia mobile learning application based on android to increase people knowledge about anemia in everytime.There were quizzes randomly issued using the Linear Congruent Method algorithm. Linear Congruent Method algorithm, which was an algorithm that produced random permutations from a finite set. Testing Linear Congruent Method (LCM) algorithm was able to produce an effective randomization problem, where there was no repetition of the same value if the value of the declared variable meets the determination parameters of the existing LCM Algorithm i.e. the increment value and modulus must be relatively prime.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah pembelajaran, media pembelajaran memberikan sebuah peran yang sangat dominan dalam menyampaikan sebuah materi sesuai dengan bahan ajar. Penggunaan ponsel pintar atau smartphone dalam kehidupan sehari – hari sudah semakin umum dan sebagian besar ponsel pintar menggunakan sistem operasi android, serta mempunyai bentuk dan ukuran yang sudah sangat bervariatif namun mayoritas menggunakan layar sentuh dalam pengoperasiannya. Pada saat sekarang Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) provinsi Jawa tengah sedang dalam proses sosialisasi untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat terkait informasi pemilihan kepala daerah (gubernur) Jateng periode 2018 – 2023. Dengan ini maka dibuat sistem pembelajaran dan pemberitahuan kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk game yang dikemas dalam permainan berbasis android untuk memberikan edukasi yang menyenangkan dan menarik.

Abstract

The use of mobile apps in knowing the problems as early as possible was considered effective. The application of mobile applications required today was an application that could help determine various health problems. The health problems discussed in this study were the nutritional status of adolescents. The method of measuring the nutritional status used was the BMI / A method. Profile Matching method in built mobile application is used to rank the nutritional status of adolescents. Aspect of nutritional status assessment in this research was physical aspect (BMI/A and Physical Activity) with 70% and Non-Physical Aspect (Eating & Socioeconomic Aspect) with 30% assessment percentage. Core factor in the determination of nutritional status were the Category of BMI and Frequency of Eating. While, secondary factor were food pattern and socio Economics. The results of mobile application implementation with Profile Matching method in this research there were several forms for the process of ranking the status of Adolescent Nutrition. The form contained in Administrator features include Administrator Login Form, Aspect Setup Form, Sub Aspect Setting Form, Physical Activity Setting Form, Form Setting Frequency Diet, Setting Form BMI/A, Economic Condition Set Form, Setting Form Weight Gap Value. In the User Features there was an Assessment form and a page to see the results of ranking the nutritional status of adolescents.

Abstract

People's lifestyles change in spending their funds have changed. Trend of software development innovation in Indonesia could be mapped into several types of E-Commerce, Media, Transportation, Accommodation and Logistics and Education. Now, there are 45 young entrepreneurs at the University PGRI Semarang. They need a tool to maximize business transactions, so it is necessary to develop E-Marketplace. The E-Marketplace Application System will be integrated with the Apprecitive Inquiry concept to reward users who frequently perform activities on the E-Marketplace application system. UML (Unifield Modeling Language) was used as a tool in designing this system. The result of this research is E-Marketplace application system that can run on web and mobile (hybrid) platform so it is expected to be a new marketing tool for young entrepreneurs at UPGRIS.

Abstract

Abstract - Salatiga is a city in Central Java Province which is located in the middle of two big cities, namely Semarang City which are 49 km away and Surakarta City which is 52 km away. During the colonialism, the Dutch government dubbed Salatiga as "De Schoonste Stad van Midderi-Javaborder" or the most beautiful city in Central Java. At this time the government of Salatiga City is working to make Salatiga again the most beautiful city in Central Java by making development efforts to beautify the city. To support this program, an information technology is needed to improve information about tourism. Tourists who will visit to need information on the nearest tourist destination to plan a trip to a tourist destination. The search for the nearest location can be applied using one of the algorithms, namely the Haversine Formula algorithm. This study uses Google Maps to display location routes. In terms of a utilization, it is hoped that this information system can make it easier for tourists to visit tourist destinations in Salatiga City.

Abstract

The Semarang City Government is currently developing tourism potential in the Semarang City area. However, the number of tourist attractions in the city of Semarang makes tourists who come to the city of Semarang to be confused to visit the tourist attractions that will be visited. In this study the authors provide solutions for grouping based on the type of tour such as religious tourism, environmental tourism, water tourism, nature tourism and education tourism. The use of the Dijkstra algorithm will be used to help find solutions to visit these tourist attractions. In this system the Google Maps API will be used to display spatial data to indicate the route to be passed. System design to create a Geographic Information System using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Tourists later use this application by entering the initial location information and the location you want to get to get the route. Based on testing that has been done the system is able to display information on the route it travels will be bypassed by tourists. The results of research and field studies that have been carried out, can be concluded from the user acceptance testing in terms of usefulness of 89.5%, in terms of use of 89.3%, in terms of appearance of 89.5%, and in terms of accuracy of 87.6%, that is strongly agree.

Abstract

The development of the world of information technology or commonly known as IT is indeed extraordinary rapid that is in harmony with human needs one of which is helping medical staff to analyze the disease one of which is Hepatitis. Hepatitis is inflammation that occurs in the human liver and its types are Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. Application is a program developed to carry out certain functions for certain users who aim to achieve certain goals. On this occasion the authors developed the Hepatitis Disease Early Detection Application Using an Android-Based Forward Chaining Inference Machine to display the classification of Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C. The results obtained in this study are the Early Detection Application of Hepatitis Using the Android-Based Forward Chaining Inference Machine successfully designed to provide support in the form of convenience for doctors regarding the description of hepatitis that is Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and tested using Black Box testing with the results are feasible to use, the White Box test with the results of edges, nodes, predicate nodes and independent pathways is 22 and UAT testing with 92% results from 5 respondents.
